Bob Lemay retirement, A-Rod, Purple rain, stretching, and more...

To start the second hour, Carton acknowledges how Bob Lemay, the voice of the Colts radio network, was retiring after 31 years, after reports came out of inappropriate language used by Lemay. A story about the NXIVM sex ring leads Carton to talking about Alex Rodriguez at the VMA's, and then goes on the sing "Purple Rain." The gang argues if it is actually better to stretch before or after working out, and also Carton brings up how he did the Navy SEALs training. Carton tries to put together an end of summer pool party for the Carton and Friends crew next week.
