In this episode jo is back in London meeting Tula Yoga's Louka Leppard right after Christmas for a second time to experience his Meditation in Touch at Akasha in Picadilly.
The pair get into the subject of touch, its alchemy and talk about intimacy after the session as they explore how it feels to go deep into someones true essence and emotinal traumas held in the body through the treatment.
