Big Dave Fox visits the show today to talk all things bodybuilding and discuss how the scene has changed over the years.
After 40 competitions he is one of Irelands most decorated competitors. In this interview he reveals some of the mistakes that people are constantly making and talks about how tough it is to try and make it in the game.
His passion for BB is clear in this chat and it shows no signs of slowing up. Bodybuilding has taken him all around the world and and he has been an excellent ambassador of the game.
It really was great having the big man on today and hopefully we get him back on again at some stage soon.
