Vicki Harber is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Alberta from the Faculty of Physical Education & Recreation. Vicki was honoured in 2011 and 2012 by the Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Sport and Physical Activity as one of the Most Influential Women in Sport and Physical Activity. Vicki was a rower for the 1980 and 1984 Canadian Olympic Rowing teams. She is involved in researching the female athlete as an academic, she coaches an elite girls’ soccer team and she is a parent. Her experience and passion have driven to work with those who can make a difference in the world of high performance, particularly for girls and women.
