How do you solve a problem like the Euro? It's a question that politicians across the world have been grappling with for months. Perhaps this will help - the second largest cash prize in economics after the Nobel. In a few weeks time the Conservative peer Lord Wolfson will announce his annual shortlist, with the prize going to the person who can devise the smoothest way for a state to leave the single currency.
