Janey interviews a podcast listener Pat from Patchwork Recovery on the culture of drinking in Ireland and his inspirational story and also Lauren from We Love Lucid, who offer sober holidays
This week not one guest but two, its great hearing from podcast listeners and Pat was a drinker living in Dublin where the booze flows! He shares his story and the work he is now doing inspiring others, Janey also interviews Lauren from travel company We Love Lucid, so often going on holiday can be a difficult time as its so often linked to copious amounts of booze, these are sober breaks where you can have fun, relax and try something new with like-minded individuals.

The next Self care for the sober curious event is July 22nd and it’s our ‘summer party’ guests TBA but we will have live music, more vegan food and a good choice of AF drinks.
