Nearly 200 extra police officers could be recruited in #Kent before the end of the year, as part of an ambitious plan to make the county’s force one of the best in England. The police and crime commissioner wants to hire another 189 officers. Matthew Scott's been speaking to our local democracy reporter Ciaran Duggan.
