Gene Healy, the vice president of the Libertarian think-tank Cato Institute, joins FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald on this episode of the On The Hill podcast. In 2008, Healy wrote a book called “The Cult Of The Presidency,” which examined the power of the executive branch of government. The Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton and Reagan administrations have all expanded the scope of the presidency. Now, Healy says 11 years later that book is more important than ever.
