Paths to Success (part one)

Oct 16, 2019, 10:10 AM
This is the first episode of Leading the Way, a new podcast series from The Africa List. In it, we ask four leading executives working across the continent what "success" means to them, how their definition has changed over time and anything they might have done differently if they were starting their careers again.

It includes insight from:

  • Susan Mulikita, CEO, Liquid Telecom (Zambia)
  • Yasser Bagersh, Founder, Cactus Communications (Ethiopia)
  • Miranda Naiman, Founder, Empower (Tanzania)
  • Doris Akol, Commissioner General, Uganda Revenue Authority
This is the first of two parts on the topic of "success". In our next episode, we'll look at the other side of the coin and ask leading executives how they've overcome the challenges they've faced on their journeys to the top.
