Have you ever eaten and you instantly fell into a food coma? Your energy slowly begins to deplete and all of a sudden you're in need of a nap. What if I were to tell you that there are certain foods you should avoid at certain times of the day to avoid fatigue.

Find an accountability partner and tell them your plans.
A lot of us want to try and conquer this journey alone, but you need accountability.
