Aayushi Khemka is a mental health fighter. As the founder of Mental Health Talks India, she has been vocal about her own mental health struggles. Ayushi started feeling suicidal when she was doing her MPhil and it began to get way too stressful. With the kind of space and people around her, she was made to feel that she doesn't belong in academia and started to feel like a student who is just not good enough, who doesn't understand anything and will never be able to match up to the set standard. She was then diagnosed with depression and anxiety and it's been 3 years now that she has been taking therapy. Come listen to her story.
