My guest this week is Ben Arogundade the author of “My Terrifying, Shocking, Humiliating, Amazing Adventures In Online Dating” in which he chronicles his own dating experiences as a man in his early 50s thrust into the app-dominated world of dating.
During his time dating he worked out how to make the system work for you rather than against you, and he shares his both painful and hilarious anecdotes plus recipes for success.
We talk about his reflections, tips and advice but of course we kick off talking about the world we’re in right now - a world under lockdown - we talk about how Ben fuels his mojo, how he gets into flow as a creative and the impact of COVID19 on relationships.
