Breaking Sugar Addiction Part 1

Hey sis,
Did you know that sugar is addictive, and is found in many of the foods we consider to be "healthy"
This week to discuss why sugar is so difficult to overcome, the sugar addiction cycle, how the brain responds to sugar, and how it can be just as addictive as drugs. 

Stretch Challenge:
Look through your kitchen, cupboards, and pantry for all sugary drinks, cereals, snack bars, yogurts, baked goods, breads, and anything else that contains sugar.
Throw ALL of it out and commit to NOT bringing these foods back into your home until you are confident that your addiction has been permanently broken.​
