In this episode of The Success Rebellion podcast, I had the opportunity of talking with Richard Bandler, best known as the co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a methodology to understand and change human behavior patterns. We discussed the power of self talk, setting yourself up for success and how he has helped people overcome addiction, phobias and achieve greatness through the use of languages an agent of change.
