I've been working on my personal development since 2015 and in that time I've consistently fallen into the trap of consistently trying to do something with my thoughts and always trying to shift something to only feel positive - this is what created a lot of unnecessary work for me😅
In today's episode of what I learned this week I want to share with you a massive shift I've made in my thinking because I think it will serve you to practice the concept of doing nothing with our thoughts as it's been really freeing for me😇
