The imminent Election Day vote-by-mail crash landing in the Keystone State @SalenaZito @DCExaminer @RealClearPolitics SalenaZito.com

Salena Zito, The Middle of Somewhere column; New York Post; Real Clear Politics; in re: Pennsylvania.  Delayed ballot-counting because most ballots were mailed in.  A new process; with some absentee ballots.  Some counties took days; the Collar Counties took weeks to get the final count in.  ’Twasn’t the ballots, it was the counting that took so long.  Imagine the presidential contest dragging on till December.  In the end, 31,000 ballots not counted—enough to swing the election. There were 160,000 newly-registered Republican voters.  Keystone State because the person who wins the election in Pennsylvania is likely to win the White House.
