Do Coaches Need a Niche?

Sep 09, 2020, 04:00 PM

This is one of the main things that stop coaches from actually putting their content out there for potential clients to find them! Why would we limit ourselves to only working with a certain type of person whether that be psychographic or demographic? I became a coach because I knew I could help all kinds of people so doesn't it make sense for me to have conversations and then see if we're a good fit to coach together? I think the main problem is stalling, so many coaches are waiting for their website (which I still don't have), their messaging (irrelevant) and their "brand" (don't even get me started on that one) to be just right before they start sharing content to create clients. We tell our clients that there's no right time for anything so why would we wait for the right time to start using social media?

Walk your talk and share powerful content from your experience to help others - this is how you will create your potential client conversations.
