Some folks seem to be surprised that Golf has flourished so well during this Covid-19 quarantine period. We really shouldn't be surprised. It seems that golf and golfers have adapted and flourished during much more serious emergencies, like WWII. We have a hilarious collection of temporary rules used at a course in England in 1940. Anyone want to hazard a guess the penalty for landing a ball to close to unexploded ordinance?

We also share the labeling code for ProV1 balls so you can tell just hpw old that one you just found is and should it be thrown int the shag bag or can you really use it?

And finally, are you in good enough shape to play? Can you get into shape quickly? Of course you can. We talk with Bob Forman from Gofitcarolina.com about how to train physically for golf no matter how old you are or what shape you are in now. Bob is TPI certified. All in all just another hilarious, fun, entertaining hour of golf talk podcast from Those Weekend Golf Guys.
