Eric Berger: The Pit Father Joins the Sit Down

Today we have a special guest, the owner of the gym both co-hosts Garret and Brandon lift at: The Pit Jax Beach. Owner Eric Berger joins the sit down and talks us through the ups and downs of owning a gym. His journey in life, his life as a body builder and his love for grit, blood, sweat and tears when it comes to a gym environment. From his time in Ohio to his time in south Florida and the travel to his now home North Florida where he provides a second home for many powerlifters and bodybuilders in the area.
