I like to move it, move it!

Moving your body is just the most natural thing, but when you are fat it gets layered with the need for it to result in weight loss. In addition the “exercise industry” which shows fit people get fitter and is not inclusive to larger sizes. As Ameya rants about gyms and waxes lyrical about boxing, Pallavi shares some research on exercise and weight loss as well as her own struggle with finding a movement that works for her.
