They chatted about his early days as an apprentice alongside a little known player called Alan Shearer, the legendary Ali Dia and why Glenn Hoddle was incredibly good tactically, but possibly the worst man manager to ever grace the league.
The Southampton legend also answered if he was ever tempted to join rivals Portsmouth.
