Derby Mum talks about lack of care support

Nearly a third of carers in Britain gave up their job, or went part-time because local care services weren't suitable. Carers UK says many households are being pushed to breaking point because of a lack of help from their local authority. Victoria Holland spoke to Melanie Phillipson who quit her job to look after her kids. She talks of her struggle 17 years ago.
