LGBTQ+ Leaders, Be Proud
My perspective on Pride month and on the LGBTQ+ community is that of an ally. I want everyone to be able to lead form a place of authenticity, without having to hide, cover or battle with prejudice and hatred. I want to create a space where everyone is comfortable bringing their whole self into work and into their leadership responsibilities.
I want to support LGBTQ+ employees, business owners and corporate leaders to grow, apply for promotion, be part of the decision-making process and have an impact on the positive change we want to see when it comes to inclusion.
