Your way to the 5K! Get to run your first 5K easily with this HIGH TRACKS program. In collaboration with the Urban Runners Crew. In this 6-week running program that includes 3 workouts per week, you'll build up to a 5K run. Your runs will get longer every week and your rest will get shorter.
