Hypnotherapy?! That term freaked me out until I tried my first hypnotherapy session with Clinical Hypnotherapist, Julie Costa. I became so fascinated with this anxiety-reducing modality, that I interviewed Julie in this latest podcast episode of Diet-Free Living with Meridith Oram.
