What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
—> it’s essentially psychological acupuncture without the needle — it touches on the meridian points in the body that hold energy
—> when feeling anxious, fearful or any similar feeling, begin to tap…
—> tap the place in between your knuckles and pinky/ring finger whilst affirming yourself… theres’s also other tapping points (your head, wrist, cheek, etc.)
—> this will instantly calm and restore balance in your mind ~
—> it will re-program your brain
- Journal — anything of your choice. It is about making a thought an action~
- Create a vision board for yourself! Surround yourself with your pure intentions.
- Be aware of the things you’re saying to yourself.
- Find affirmations that work for the season you’re in… personalize it! :-)
- Your intention is your GPS!
