Janey chats to Veronica Valli on her new book Soberful, she has 19 years experience as a recovery coach and psychotherapist, she understands that there is no ONE path to recovery. She developed the Soberful program into an online subscription community; Soberful Life. Now based in the US after relocating from the UK, she is married and lives on Lake Tahoe, NV, with her husband and two sons.
