On today’s episode we have with us someone who has been creating magic with one plant-based Egg at a time. Introducing Shraddha Bhansali, Co-founder and COO of Evo Foods.
Shraddha is a passionate foodie and vegan, who owns and operates a vegetarian restaurant and bar in Mumbai called Candy & Green. She has also launched a vegetarian rooftop lounge called Candy Club. Her entrepreneurial spirit has been recognized by Forbes who have included her in their 30 under 30 list in 2018.
Her efforts to promote green and clean eating habits have landed her prestigious publications like CNBC, Economic Times, Times of India, among others. She has also given a TEDx talk on the importance of sustenance and sustainability in our eating habits.
Shraddha serves as the Sustainability and CSR head for the National Restaurant Association of India (Youth Committee).
Coming to her unique venture, Evo Food, a clean protein company, was started in 2019 with the mission to end animal agriculture by creating superior substitutes.
