Ep 262: Back to School, social media and Spiderman with Dr Nihara Krause

Sep 05, 2022, 05:00 AM

Mick takes a look at issues facing young people as September rolls around and millions of pupils and students head into the classroom after the summer holidays.

Joining him is Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Nihara Krause from Stem4, whose new survey shines a light on the pressures young people are facing, including the need to always be on social media, and the difficulties finding meaningful connections with friends away from the online world.

Stem4 was recently mentioned by Spiderman actor Tom Holland as a service young people should check out - as he himself announced he was taking a break from social media sites.
