Gilbert "Gib" Bogle and Margaret Chandler were well respected within their upper social circle in Australia 1962. They were both married with children and Dr. Bogle was thriving in his career as a brilliant physicist. However, when their bodies are discovered by a river bed in an area known as "lovers lane" without a single wound to indicate how they met their fate, investigators find themselves unraveling a web of secrets throughout society and government to attempt to uncover the truth.
