You just writing down New Year's resolutions doesn't mean that it's a new Us. And obviously life gets in the way, and we default to type very soon, and that's why people feel frustrated don't fulfill their potential and don't achieve their goals.

It's happened to me before, but the difference is when you actually get a coach, then incredible things can happen. So that's what I'm going to talk to you today about maybe changing things this year by getting a coach, and if you listen to the end, I can tell you a little bit about how we do coaching, ranging from very light touch.

So that's the 1st thing getting clear on what it is you want. If I say to you, what do you want? Very often it's hard to answer, but that's what coaching can do. It can help you get really clear on what it is that you want. That's the 1st thing. The next thing is, it can keep you accountable. You know we often do much more for other people than we do for ourselves.

There will be some things that you have to do, some habits that you have to change, and if no one's watching, and no one really cares, and your loved ones are telling you that you're great just the way you are. And why do you have to work so hard, and all that sort of stuff. Then the odds are that you won't make the changes to your habits that you need to to fulfill

And when you know that you're going to be speaking to your coach, either in a group, environment or face to face or on a telephone call once a week you are much more likely to take those steps, and when you take those steps great things happen. I mean, really is just action, you know, in their focus way.

Your coach will have seen the exact same situation. I mean, we're not that different. So they would have seen the same situation in other people, and they can really help you. Firstly, to understand, it's not just you that maybe you know your limiting beliefs are getting in the way yourself sabotaging, and that everyone does it, and they can also give you strategies to

So that's an important aspect of it, and then give you expertise as well. Most coaches myself particularly, you know, I have worked with thousands and thousands of

And really, you know, we all go through sort of peaks and troughs, don't we? In terms of moods to try and lift you up again by explaining to you what's possible, reminding you of how far you've come. So that motivation piece is really really important, and that goes hand in hand with overcoming limiting beliefs as well. We've always we've all got them. We've all got these

But you know it doesn't mean to say, just because they're there, that we have to allow them to stop us doing the things that we want to. So helping you, overcoming limiting beliefs. And all of this culminates in you, making some faster changes and getting some quicker results. And when you do that it's very motivating.

And yes, it's hard, you know, it is hard to change. But that's what coaching that helps you to do. It helps you to build resilience when things don't quite go to plan.

The only difference very often between you and some of your competitors or other people people that you compare yourself to, who are where you want to be. The only difference.
