An innovative twist - Galway Simon Pirate Treasure Hunt

Paul Stapelton from Galway Simon conducted a Test Run of a Pirate Treasure Hunt today. The treasure hunt will be taking place everyday of the Volvo Ocean Race from the 30th June to the 8th July. It is a completely paperless treasure hunt utilising smart phones and QR codes and has been developed in conjunction with the DERI Institute in NUIG. The prizes have been generously supported by the Galway business community. Galway Simon will have a stall in the Volvo Ocean Race Global Village located in south park and three different treasure hunts are been offered.
