<v Peter Guest>Let's go with Ren, who are in 11th, taking on Nantes, who are in 13th.
<v Peter Guest>It's on Friday, 18th of April, quarter to eight, UK time. Click the link in
<v Peter Guest>the description and you'll be able to find your local kickoff time,
<v Peter Guest>betting odds and broadcast streaming options.
<v Peter Guest>This one is watchable on the League One Pass.
<v Peter Guest>If you don't want to pay for a subscription, you can watch it on Bet365.
<v Peter Guest>To qualify for that, all you need is any funds in your account or to have placed
<v Peter Guest>a bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Peter Guest>Don't forget to use the bonus code FP365 when you sign up.
<v Peter Guest>Well, you know, Moose, looking at these two sides, it's a bit like stripes,
<v Peter Guest>isn't it? It's like win-loss, win-loss, loss-loss, win.
<v Peter Guest>In fact, they've got identical records. haven't they over the last six.
<v Moose>Yeah exactly identical records three wins
<v Moose>and three defeats each what's actually quite remarkable is
<v Moose>that ren has played 21 matches
<v Moose>in league and not managed to draw a single one of those so no draws in 21 games
<v Moose>for the home team here and that's not to say that that's a massive hint for
<v Moose>what our prediction is later on but yeah let's let's dive in obviously They're
<v Moose>a very mixed bag of results.
<v Moose>If we do look at Rennes, I mean, literally, if we look last 10 matches,
<v Moose>they are slightly leaning towards the winning side.
<v Moose>They have six wins and four defeats. At home, Rennes, though, has been struggling.
<v Moose>Five defeats from the last seven.
<v Moose>Just two wins and those were two 1-0 wins against Hans and Strasbourg.
<v Moose>Although Strasbourg, at the moment, is starting to pick up some really good
<v Moose>form in Ligue 1. But yeah, not a lot of draws.
<v Moose>Last weekend, we had Rennes to win at Avra and did the win. They won that game
<v Moose>5-1, so they're certainly in good form there.
<v Moose>Against Oxer in the last home game, our main prediction was under two and a
<v Moose>half goals and it ended 1-0 to Oxer.
<v Moose>At Angers, we had Rennes to win.
<v Moose>He ended up winning that game 3-0. And then we had a correct score prediction
<v Moose>when Rennes went to Lens and lost 1-0. We had 1-0 Lens in that one.
<v Moose>Maybe we can just cap it off on the outcomes here because at home to PSG,
<v Moose>we had both teams to score and PSG to win.
<v Moose>And at Montpellier, we had Rennes to win. So yeah, wow, our predictions on Rennes
<v Moose>has been pretty spot on, both in terms of the goals markets and the outcomes.
<v Moose>But yeah, let's move on to the opponents.
<v Moose>Nantes. Nantes equally. no draws in the
<v Moose>last nine matches so once again a team
<v Moose>that likes to either win or lose
<v Moose>but yeah last weekend they did a win we had both teams to score this was a little
<v Moose>bit of a surprise because they went to nice and beat them 2-1 in that game they
<v Moose>had another away game prior to that at afra at the end of 3-2 afra we had both
<v Moose>teams to score in that game now this is nance third away match in a row.
<v Moose>Yeah, the last two has ended with a defeat and a win, but yeah,
<v Moose>I guess leading into the tip for this one,
<v Moose>it's one of those where you should probably put your money on draw no bet,
<v Moose>but we don't tend to give that option, so I'm going to hand it over to Gesty for the prediction.
<v Peter Guest>Yeah, well, just with Ren in them, have usually been very high scoring, haven't they?
<v Peter Guest>So in their last half dozen matches alone, 20 goals have been scored for both
<v Peter Guest>sides combined, that is. That's 3.33 goals per game on average.
<v Peter Guest>Wren have scored 13 of those goals, by the way.
<v Peter Guest>I mean, you can't guarantee it's going to happen in this game,
<v Peter Guest>can you? But, you know, the stats sometimes do tell a story.
<v Peter Guest>Nantes have also been scored against in five of their last six.
<v Peter Guest>That's eight goals have gone in against them in those games as well.
<v Peter Guest>So they've got some problems at the back, Nantes, haven't they?
<v Peter Guest>We think it's probably going to be a Wren, well, a comprehensive victory.
<v Peter Guest>We've gone four in this game, both teams to score.
<v Peter Guest>Odds there you can get at 1.8.
<v Peter Guest>And actually, exactly the same odds you can get for a Wren win.
<v Peter Guest>So, you know, take your pick.
<v Peter Guest>But our tip is for both teams to score, Ren to win, both 1. For the score,
<v Peter Guest>we've gone for something a bit tastier, actually.
<v Peter Guest>We've gone for both teams to score. We've gone for a big Ren win.
<v Peter Guest>We've gone 3-1 to the home side and very good odds for that.
<v Peter Guest>You can get 15. That's 14 to 1 odds for them to win by that exact score line.
<v Peter Guest>And other sort of top odds for the game at the moment, looking at all the bookies
<v Peter Guest>here on my screen, we've got Nantes 4.75, a draw 3.5, and Ren are best priced
<v Peter Guest>at 1.8. so they are odds on to win the game.
<v Peter Guest>Let's move on to another high-flying team, PSG, who are still in the Champions
<v Peter Guest>League as well, taking on Avra, who's 16th.
<v Peter Guest>It's on Saturday the 19th of April, 4pm.
<v Peter Guest>Look in the description of this podcast. Click the link and you'll find your
<v Peter Guest>localised kick-off time, odds, TV channels and streaming services.
<v Peter Guest>This one, you can catch on Bet365. You can live stream it there.
<v Peter Guest>To qualify for that, all you need is funds.
<v Peter Guest>Any funds in your account or to a place to bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Peter Guest>And when you join, use the bonus code, of course,
<v Peter Guest>Now, even though they did lose to Aston Villa on the night, they won,
<v Peter Guest>they got through on the tie in PSG in the Champions League.
<v Peter Guest>But before that, they'd been going very swimmingly in all competitions,
<v Peter Guest>whereas Avra got thumped.
<v Moose>Yes, PSG actually in Ligue 1 has not played since the 5th of April.
<v Moose>They've had those two Champions League games against Aston Villa as their last two games.
<v Moose>So probably not too much to cover here on PSG, but they have won their last
<v Moose>nine games in Ligue 1 and also in Coupe de France.
<v Moose>They are through so yeah they are doing really
<v Moose>really well and obviously they won the they won
<v Moose>the aisle but i'm pretty sure that they would like to just
<v Moose>keep up this momentum considering the cup
<v Moose>competitions and the chairman's league but yeah the last game was a home game
<v Moose>it was against our share that was on the 5th of april and that ended with a
<v Moose>1-0 win to psg prior to that they had a 6-1 win at sandy chen and a 3-1 home
<v Moose>win against marseille but this is
<v Moose>back in March so yeah moving on to
<v Moose>the visitors from Afra like you
<v Moose>said they got thumped last weekend they played
<v Moose>again at home and lost that game 5-1 they
<v Moose>were in fact 3-0 down after 15 minutes so
<v Moose>that that kind of laid the ground for for that game but yeah 5-1 defeat but
<v Moose>in general Afra actually leading up to that had been in a fairly good form they
<v Moose>had three wins from five but now obviously three wins from six and one draw and two defeats.
<v Moose>The last away game was at Montpellier. We had under two and a half goals as our main prediction.
<v Moose>Avoua ended up winning that one 2-0 and then prior to that they lost 4-2 at Lyon.
<v Moose>Now going into this game, Avoua is sitting in 16th. That's a relegation playoff
<v Moose>spot but they are just two points below Horns.
<v Moose>They're still in with a shout to kind of dig themselves out of that relegation
<v Moose>mess but it's going to be really really hard and a big ask if it's going to happen at PSG.
<v Peter Guest>Yeah for sure I mean PSG really kind of unbackable in the league out there at
<v Peter Guest>the moment especially when they're playing low league teams you know for PSG
<v Peter Guest>win you can only get 1.13 so is that even worth it so our tip for this one better
<v Peter Guest>value is both teams to score we've got odds there currently of 1.8 so that would
<v Peter Guest>be a little bit better profile if you're.
<v Peter Guest>Correct score prediction, we've
<v Peter Guest>gone for 3-1 and your odds there at the moment, just looking now, 10.
<v Peter Guest>So 9-1 to get them to win by three goals to one. Difficult one,
<v Peter Guest>isn't it, this game? But yeah, we think maybe the both teams to score is the one to look at.
<v Peter Guest>Look at the overall odds, the best odds. You can get Avra at odds of 17,
<v Peter Guest>a draw at 9 and PSG to win at 1.14.
<v Peter Guest>So, you know, is it one you really want to go near? I mean, it's probably,
<v Peter Guest>it's a safe bet, isn't it, for PSG to win?
<v Peter Guest>If you don't mind picking up small amounts, then maybe that's one for you.
<v Peter Guest>But yeah, we think both teams to score is a bit better value.
<v Peter Guest>Next up, we've got Monaco.
<v Peter Guest>Talking of top teams, they're in second and they're taking on Strasbourg,
<v Peter Guest>who are in sixth. It's on Saturday the 19th of April. It's 6 p.m.
<v Peter Guest>UK time, that is. Click the link in the description of this podcast and you'll
<v Peter Guest>find your localised kick-off time. Odds, TV channels, streaming service.
<v Peter Guest>It's on League One Pass, but you can also stream it, if you don't want to pay
<v Peter Guest>for a subscription anyway, on Bet365.
<v Peter Guest>To qualify for that, all you need is any funds in your account or to have placed
<v Peter Guest>a bet in the last 24 hours.
<v Peter Guest>Use the bonus code FP365 if you haven't signed up with them already.
<v Peter Guest>Now, actually, this is a really interesting looking game because the only team
<v Peter Guest>to have lost in the last six is Monaco. Yes, Monaco.
<v Moose>Both teams actually are in very good form, but none as good as Strasbourg.
<v Moose>But let's start with Monaco because actually, When we isolate them to just their
<v Moose>home form, they have been nothing but exceptional this season and especially
<v Moose>over the past 10 or so matches. They have some really big wins in there.
<v Moose>And the last home game was against Marseille, who at the time was second and
<v Moose>Monaco was sitting in third.
<v Moose>Monaco went into that game knowing that they could deepfrog Marseille and so
<v Moose>did they beat them, Marseille, 3-0.
<v Moose>So quite convincing win. And Marseille has been a little bit out of form of
<v Moose>late, but yeah, to beat them 3-0, go into second, Monaco has put themselves
<v Moose>in a very good position for these playoff spots.
<v Moose>But as we know, it's very competitive at the top of Ligue 1.
<v Moose>There is only three points separating Monaco and Strasbourg in sixth.
<v Moose>So this is another key game for Monaco.
<v Moose>You just cannot slip up in this race for the Champions League spots.
<v Moose>There's only five matches to go and all points count.
<v Moose>But yeah, for Monaco, six wins in a row now at home and they've had some really high scoring games.
<v Moose>Sorry, they've had high scoring games, but they've certainly also scored a lot of goals themselves.
<v Moose>Across those six games, they have scored a total of 23 goals.
<v Moose>So yeah, that is nearly four goals on average for Monaco at home over the last
<v Moose>six matches. So yeah, that's really impressive.
<v Moose>But what's also impressive is Strasbourg and the way that they've turned their season around.
<v Moose>Because if you looked at them at the beginning of the season,
<v Moose>in fact, all the way up to the Christmas break, they only had four wins.
<v Moose>But then coming back off the Christmas break, I don't know what's happened to
<v Moose>Strasbourg, but they must have worked quite hard because they've just not been able to stop winning.
<v Moose>Although they did stop winning last week. And we did predict that as well.
<v Moose>We had a score draw at home to Nice that ended 2-2.
<v Moose>But prior to that, Strasbourg had won five matches in a row,
<v Moose>and they have got just one defeat this side of Christmas.
<v Moose>So that was at Rennes in February. One thing that has to be said about Strasbourg
<v Moose>is it's not the most high-scoring games, but obviously 2-2 last weekend.
<v Moose>And then they've had a few high-scoring games of late.
<v Moose>So yeah, don't write that possibility off. What's quite interesting,
<v Moose>though, is that when we do look at the Strasbourg games, So if we go back to
<v Moose>January, the last 10 matches, it's only been scored four goals in the first half.
<v Moose>That is well below one goal a game in the first half when Strasbourg is playing.
<v Moose>So it seems like they have a clear strategy there.
<v Moose>Keep a tight ship during the first 45 minutes and then just slowly grind down the second half.
<v Moose>But yeah, we are not so convinced that Strasbourg is going to manage that against Monaco.
<v Peter Guest>Yeah, I'll tell you what, it's interesting, this fixture. You know,
<v Peter Guest>looking at the head-to-head. The last six games they've played,
<v Peter Guest>stretching back to 13th of March, 2022, Monaco have won five.
<v Peter Guest>Strasbourg only have won one of them with no draws. There were 19 goals produced
<v Peter Guest>in those clashes combined.
<v Peter Guest>13 for Monaco and six from Le Ressing.
<v Peter Guest>So that's an average of 3.17 goals per match.
<v Peter Guest>The last time the score was Strasbourg won Monaco 3. That was back in November.
<v Peter Guest>And maybe that will repeat itself.
<v Peter Guest>Strasbourg haven't beaten Monaco when they've played them away from home in
<v Peter Guest>the last four league games, yet they're also unbeaten themselves in the last
<v Peter Guest>four away league matches.
<v Peter Guest>So, yeah, it's going to be a very interesting game.
<v Peter Guest>But, yeah, Monaco are unbeaten in their last six at home as well.
<v Peter Guest>So, I could take that into account. They didn't have the slip-up against Brest a couple of weeks ago.
<v Peter Guest>We fancy them to win here. We've gone for a Monaco win. 1.57 is what you can get for that.
<v Peter Guest>We think it'll be both teams to score. 1.53 is the odds you get for both teams to score.
<v Peter Guest>I mean, both teams do score, don't they? They have all in the last six.
<v Peter Guest>They've both scored on every occasion. So we can't see this one being any different either.
<v Peter Guest>Take a pick between those two, really, the Monaco win or the both teams to score.
<v Peter Guest>Maybe both teams to score is a little bit safer. For the correct scoreline,
<v Peter Guest>though, we've gone for a 3-1, bit of a big one, for Monaco to win by.
<v Peter Guest>And your odds there are 11.
<v Peter Guest>That's 10 to 1 in fractional. Look at the other odds.
<v Peter Guest>Five you can get for Strasbourg to win, which is very high. A draw, still very high, 4.75.
<v Peter Guest>But yeah, everyone's kind of, the bookies are piling onto Monaco and only giving
<v Peter Guest>you 1.57 for them to win. And that's what we think will happen as well.
<v Peter Guest>Next up, we've got Marseille. This is a very different game from the last one.
<v Peter Guest>Although they're up in third, they're taking on Montpellier,
<v Peter Guest>who are 18th. It's on Saturday, the 19th of April.
<v Peter Guest>Five past eight UK time, evening kickoff. You can click the link in the description
<v Peter Guest>of this podcast and you'll be able to find your local kick-off time,
<v Peter Guest>odds, TV channels and streaming.
<v Peter Guest>This one is available on League One Pass or TV Mond, but you can also,
<v Peter Guest>subscription free of course, watch it on Bet365 to qualify for that.
<v Peter Guest>All you need is any funds in your account or to have placed a bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Peter Guest>And of course, when you join, use the bonus code that we provide for you,
<v Peter Guest>which is FP365. Well, Moose, Montpellier haven't had anything at all to shout
<v Peter Guest>about for a long time, and Marseille have really been spluttering.
<v Moose>Yeah, Marseille really has fallen out of form just at the wrong time because
<v Moose>they were, for a long time, actually, the only challenger to PSG at the top.
<v Moose>But now they have five defeats from seven.
<v Moose>They're just one point above Lyon for the direct spots for the Champions League.
<v Moose>And with this trajectory of form, they are going to miss out of the Champions
<v Moose>League spots altogether because they picked up just six points from their last seven matches.
<v Moose>And when you look at some of the in-form teams around them, Monaco,
<v Moose>Strasbourg, even Lyon and Lille have got more points over the past seven matches.
<v Moose>It's not looking good for Marseille, but what a game to actually be able to
<v Moose>turn it around. And if Marseille cannot turn it around against Montpellier,
<v Moose>they probably don't deserve a Champions League spot either.
<v Moose>But let's look at Marseille, because like we just covered with Monaco last weekend,
<v Moose>they went to Monaco and lost 3-0 there, Marseille did. We did have Monaco to win that game.
<v Moose>It was not that it was a big surprise to us, but once again,
<v Moose>it was kind of based on Marseille's form of late, especially away from home,
<v Moose>where they're now on four away defeats in a row. In fact, we've lost five,
<v Moose>our last six away from Holt.
<v Speaker2>But at home, Marseille is a lot stronger.
<v Moose>They've just got one defeat from the last nine. That was at home to Lens in the beginning of March.
<v Moose>But their last home game, that did result in a win. That was a 3-2 home win against Toulouse.
<v Moose>We had both teams to score and Marseille to win in that game.
<v Moose>So we did believe in Marseille in that game.
<v Moose>If we do look at Montpellier, that is a sorry sight. Ten defeats in a row for Montpellier.
<v Moose>That is not a good look. but it gets even worse. Guess how many goals Montpellier have
<v Peter Guest>Scored over the last 10 matches? Well, do you know what? None?
<v Moose>They've scored one. One. So Montpellier has managed one goal across the last 10 matches.
<v Moose>So I think we know what way it's going to go at Marseille.
<v Peter Guest>Yes, I think so. Yeah, so for this one, we've got those collective thoughts
<v Peter Guest>together and rather than not both teams to score, We've gone for over 2.5 goals.
<v Peter Guest>And so we think they're all going to go to Marseille as well.
<v Peter Guest>So we've got over 2.5 goals tip.
<v Peter Guest>1.4 is the odds you can get for that, which isn't that high really.
<v Peter Guest>But it's better than you can get for Marseille to win because you can only get
<v Peter Guest>1.22 for that. So completely odds on favorites.
<v Peter Guest>Pellier in a pathetic downward spiral. Haven't won away from home in the last five league matches.
<v Peter Guest>Haven't beaten Marseille away from home in nine league matches.
<v Peter Guest>We don't think it's going to change here. In fact, the last time they played
<v Peter Guest>was in October, match day eight.
<v Peter Guest>It was Montpellier nil, Marseille five. And that was them being at home.
<v Peter Guest>So, yeah, it's not looking great.
<v Peter Guest>We've gone for a correct score of three nil.
<v Peter Guest>Probably that's a minimum for Marseille.
<v Peter Guest>And your odds there, would you believe, for three nil correct score,
<v Peter Guest>you can only get odds of eight, seven to one for that.
<v Peter Guest>So it's looking pretty likely, isn't it? And just looking at the other odds,
<v Peter Guest>for a Montpellier win, you can get 11 and a half, 11.5. For a draw, you can get seven.
<v Peter Guest>And like I said, for a Marseille win, you can get 1.22 only.
<v Peter Guest>But that's how we think it'll go. 3-0 to the home side. Let's move on to the summary games.
<v Peter Guest>Lillian 5th taking on Augs' Air in 10th. It's on Sunday the 20th of April, 2 p.m. UK time kickoff.
<v Peter Guest>You can stream it on Bet365. It's on League One Pass as well.
<v Peter Guest>To qualify for the Bet365 stream, all you need is a funded account or to have
<v Peter Guest>placed a bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Peter Guest>Sign up with the bonus code FP365 for this one. We think it's going to be an under 2.5 goals game.
<v Peter Guest>We've gone for a Lille win, though. We've gone for a correct score prediction of Lille 2, Oxair nil.
<v Moose>Yeah, moving on to Nice in 7th, takes out our share in 14th.
<v Moose>This game also kicks up Sunday, 20th of April, quarter past four UK time.
<v Moose>It's another game you can watch on Bet365.
<v Moose>In order to qualify, all you need is to have a funded account or to have placed
<v Moose>the bet in the last 24 hours.
<v Moose>Use that bonus code FP365 on
<v Moose>sign-up. Now, for this game, we are going to go with a home win for Nice.
<v Moose>Both teams to score prediction. That is our main prediction. Both teams to score.
<v Moose>And a correct score of Nice 3 on share 1.
<v Peter Guest>Yes, and next up, we've got Bryce, who are in 8th, taking on nearby Alonso,
<v Peter Guest>who are in 9th on the table, that is.
<v Peter Guest>It kicks off on Sunday, the 20th of April, quarter past 4 in the afternoon UK time.
<v Peter Guest>It's on League One Pass if you've got a subscription to that.
<v Peter Guest>But otherwise, you can watch it on Bet365 to qualify for that.
<v Peter Guest>All you need is any funds in your account, of course, or to a place to bet with
<v Peter Guest>them in the last 24 hours.
<v Peter Guest>Use the bonus code FP365 when you sign up.
<v Peter Guest>This one should be a really tightly contested game. And we think that will be
<v Peter Guest>reflected in the scoreline.
<v Peter Guest>There have been a lot of 1-0s involving Longs in the last recent times.
<v Peter Guest>And we think it's going to go the same way. We think for this one,
<v Peter Guest>we're going for a tight under 2.5 goals tip with a correct score of a breast 1-0.
<v Moose>Yes, and then we've got Hans in 15th, who takes on Toulouse in 12th.
<v Moose>This game kicks off Sunday, 20th of April, also quarter past four UK time.
<v Moose>It's another game you can watch on Bet365.
<v Moose>And in order to qualify, all you need is to have a funded account or to place
<v Moose>the bet in the last 24 hours.
<v Moose>Sign up using that bonus code FP365. Now, for this game, we're also going with
<v Moose>a low-scoring game, so under two and a half goals is our main prediction.
<v Moose>We're going with an away win, a narrow away win of Hans Nell,
<v Peter Guest>To lose one and finally sent etienne in
<v Peter Guest>17th for taking on leon who are fourth and it's
<v Peter Guest>on sunday the 20th this is the evening game quarter to eight uk time
<v Peter Guest>kickoff for this one we've actually
<v Peter Guest>gone for both teams to score we think it'll be tight
<v Peter Guest>but we think the away team will get it we've gone for a correct score of saint
<v Peter Guest>etienne one leon two and of course a reminder that that one is also available
<v Peter Guest>for streaming on bet365 make use of our bonus code fp365 when you register to
<v Peter Guest>qualify All you need is any funds in your account or to have placed a bet with
<v Peter Guest>them in the last 24 hours.
