<v Music>
<v Speaker1>Hi, it's Peter Gatts and I'm here with The Moose for another episode of the
<v Speaker1>Bundesliga 1 FootballPredictions.net podcast covering matches from the 25th
<v Speaker1>to the 27th of April, 2025.
<v Speaker1>And you can see the details for all the games we're about to discuss in this
<v Speaker1>podcast via the clickable links in the description on FootballPredictions.net
<v Speaker1>alongside the fixtures from just about every other football competition in the world from A to Z.
<v Speaker0>Yes, and on our website it will show you where to watch games on local broadcast
<v Speaker0>channels plus video streaming services as well as match odds from local bookmakers.
<v Speaker0>Look in the description of this podcast episode for direct clickable links to
<v Speaker0>all of the matches we are about to discuss.
<v Speaker0>If you're streaming any matches on Bet365, geolocation and live streaming rules apply.
<v Speaker0>18 plus gamble aware.
<v Speaker1>And first up, we've got Stuttgart in 11th position taking on Heidenheim, who is 16th.
<v Speaker1>It kicks off on Friday the 25th of April at 7.30 in the evening. That's UK time.
<v Speaker1>Click the link in the description of this podcast and you'll be able to see
<v Speaker1>your local kickoff time, betting odds, and broadcast streaming channels tailored
<v Speaker1>to your location for this match.
<v Speaker1>This one you can stream live on Bet365. Qualify for that. All you need is funds
<v Speaker1>in your account or to a place to bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Speaker1>And when you join, use the bonus code FP365. I think in the UK this one's also
<v Speaker1>available on Sky Sports.
<v Speaker1>Well, this could be an interesting game because not much to cheer about recently
<v Speaker1>for either side the last couple of weeks.
<v Speaker0>No, although last weekend did have a cracking game for Stuttgart because 4-4
<v Speaker0>at Union Berlin, not only was it 4-4, so eight goals, but all eight goals scored in the first half.
<v Speaker0>So that was a pretty crazy game from that perspective.
<v Speaker0>Now but yeah they're not in they're not in form Stuttgart
<v Speaker0>and also they are pretty much they
<v Speaker0>are pretty much out of the picture for European spots in the Bundesliga
<v Speaker0>not too much to play for there but they do
<v Speaker0>have a game in the DSV Pokal
<v Speaker0>coming up which is it's going to be their main
<v Speaker0>focus basically because that is the
<v Speaker0>final against Armenia Bielefeld so yeah
<v Speaker0>that's a that's that's their carrot for the
<v Speaker0>end of the season Stuttgart so yeah they want to obviously keep in
<v Speaker0>form but they're playing a high nine team here that has got everything
<v Speaker0>to play for because they're still very much under a
<v Speaker0>relegation threat but their form do not doesn't
<v Speaker0>really indicate that they are down there battling
<v Speaker0>they've not scored in the last three matches a 1-0 home defeat to Leverkusen
<v Speaker0>followed up by a 3-0 way defeat at Frankfurt and then last weekend they lost
<v Speaker0>4-0 at home to Bayern Munich we had Bayern Munich to win in that game and in
<v Speaker0>the last away game at Frankfurt and
<v Speaker0>we also had the outcome of the Frankfurt to win.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, as for Stuttgart, really mixed bag. They're not in great form.
<v Speaker0>They've only won one from nine.
<v Speaker0>And at home, they've actually lost their last five matches in a row.
<v Speaker0>All both teams to score matches. It has to be set and over two and a half goals.
<v Speaker0>So very entertaining when Stuttgart is playing at home, but it's not been so
<v Speaker0>entertaining for the home fans up late with five defeats on the trial.
<v Speaker1>Yes, yes, exactly. Yeah, fixtures, I should say, with Stuttgart involved have
<v Speaker1>been pretty entertaining, haven't they?
<v Speaker1>This last sort of six games they've scored, there have been 27 goals scored
<v Speaker1>for both sides, of course.
<v Speaker1>That's an average of 4.5 goals per game.
<v Speaker1>15 of those have been from Stuttgart as well. Yeah, a lot of goals have been
<v Speaker1>flying around. For this one, we are going for both teams to score prediction.
<v Speaker1>The odds there are currently 1.67. And for the correct score,
<v Speaker1>we're expecting lots of goals. We just said we think Stuttgart will get the
<v Speaker1>win for the home side to win.
<v Speaker1>Correct score, we've gone for 3-1 and the odds there are 11.
<v Speaker1>That's 10-1 on a 3-1 correct score prediction.
<v Speaker1>All the odds for the game, you can get Stuttgart at 1.48. That's what we think will happen.
<v Speaker1>Finishing all square for a draw, it'll be odds of 5 and Heidenheimer there at 6.
<v Speaker1>So, I mean, a draw is interesting. But yeah, we think it'll be both teams to score.
<v Speaker1>Should be a lot of goals. We could even look at over 2.5 for this one.
<v Speaker1>Moving on to the next match, which is Bayer Leverkusen, who are in second,
<v Speaker1>of course, taking on Augsburg in 10th.
<v Speaker1>It's on Saturday, this one, the 26th of April.
<v Speaker1>It's at 2.30 p.m. and that's UK time.
<v Speaker1>Check the link in the description of the podcast and you'll be able to find
<v Speaker1>your local kickoff time, betting
<v Speaker1>odds and broadcast streaming options available to you in your area.
<v Speaker1>This game is going to be great to watch and it's on bed 365.
<v Speaker1>To qualify to watch on there, all you need is funds in your account or to a
<v Speaker1>place to bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Speaker1>When you sign up, use the bonus code FP365. Now, this is very fascinating, this game, isn't it?
<v Speaker1>Because, you know, along with
<v Speaker1>the other match, this is going to decide potentially who wins the title.
<v Speaker1>And Leverkusen seem to be kind of stuttering towards the finish line,
<v Speaker1>don't they? Yeah, it looks
<v Speaker0>Like it's going to Bayern, doesn't it? With Leverkusen's last few matches ending
<v Speaker0>in draws like last week, a away game at Sampaglia team, really,
<v Speaker0>that they should be beating in the battle for the championship,
<v Speaker0>but it ended a one-all draw.
<v Speaker0>Our main prediction was both teams to score, so we did have it down as a both-teams-score game.
<v Speaker0>But then before that, the last home game ended, a 0-0 draw against an Union
<v Speaker0>Berlin side, who really had nothing to play for.
<v Speaker0>So quite disappointing from a Leverkusen perspective.
<v Speaker0>Again, on the goals market, we had under two and a half goals in that game, so that was correct.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, it's going to be a tricky one, this one, probably when we look back
<v Speaker0>at the Sampaoli game and the Union Berlin game, both ending in draws,
<v Speaker0>they're playing an Augsburg team here, it was really, really tricky to break down.
<v Speaker0>They've only conceded seven goals across the last 14 games.
<v Speaker0>And during those 14 games, they've only lost once.
<v Speaker0>That was a home game to Bayern Munich.
<v Speaker0>So yeah, it's a really, really tricky team to beat Augsburg.
<v Speaker0>And last time out, they had a draw at home to Frankfurt.
<v Speaker0>And we had the outcome correct on that game because we had it down for a draw.
<v Speaker0>Previous game, both teams to score. prediction at
<v Speaker0>Bochum it ended 2-1 to Augsburg and
<v Speaker0>then in that home game against Bayern Munich we had Munich to
<v Speaker0>win and both teams to score but yeah for Augsburg
<v Speaker0>like I said really it's a really tricky team to
<v Speaker0>beat it's a really tricky team to break down but this is not going to be an
<v Speaker0>easy task for Leverkusen could the championship be decided that this weekend
<v Speaker0>we will see if Leverkusen drop points and Bayern wins then Bayern also wins
<v Speaker0>the championship so anything but a Leverkusen win here pretty much plays it
<v Speaker0>into the basket of Bayern Munich.
<v Speaker1>It does and we think it could go a bit closer to the wire though.
<v Speaker1>We're going to go for a Leverkusen win. They've got to win to keep their hopes
<v Speaker1>alive. But we know for an under 2.5 goals tip.
<v Speaker1>It's odds there of the under 2.5 you can get that 2 at the moment.
<v Speaker1>For the Leverkusen win, 1.36.
<v Speaker1>And for a correct score, we're thinking that they might be able to overcome
<v Speaker1>being at the Bay Arena. Augsburg fairly comfortably.
<v Speaker1>We've gone for 2-0 to the home side. Your odds there are 6.5.
<v Speaker1>Other odds available apart from the win at 1.36 for Leverkusen.
<v Speaker1>5 for a draw and 8.5 for an Augsburg away surprise away win.
<v Speaker1>I mean, a draw could be a possibility considering the recent form of both of
<v Speaker1>these sides because they both drawn last week and week before Leverkusen drew
<v Speaker1>at home to Union Berlin 0-0.
<v Speaker1>So we'll see how it goes. But we think that Leverkusen might be able to keep
<v Speaker1>the title race alive for at least one more week anyway.
<v Speaker1>We'll see how that one goes. Next, we've got, of course, the other one,
<v Speaker1>Bayern Munich, top of the table, taking on Mainz, who are six.
<v Speaker1>And it's on Saturday, the 26th of April. It's at 2.30 in the afternoon.
<v Speaker1>That's in the UK, click the link in the description of this podcast and you'll
<v Speaker1>be able to see your local TV channels, kickoff time and odds.
<v Speaker1>This one you can see on Bet365. You can get the live stream to qualify for that.
<v Speaker1>All you need is any funds in your account or to have placed a bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Speaker1>Sign up with a bonus code FP365. Well, Moose, Bionic got back on track.
<v Speaker1>Finally got a win and the first one since the 4th of April in all competitions.
<v Speaker1>I'm not sure if Mainz will be able to break their losing streak or not winning streak issues there.
<v Speaker0>Yes, Bayern Munich bounced back well from that Champions League disappointment
<v Speaker0>against Inter Milan. They got knocked out of the Champions League and they went
<v Speaker0>to Heidenheim and beat them 4-0 on the weekend.
<v Speaker0>So that was a quite convincing win there for Bayern Munich. We had the outcome correct of that game.
<v Speaker0>And like we just said with Leverkusen, look, if Bayern Munich win this one,
<v Speaker0>Leverkusen drop points, then the championship is all but
<v Speaker0>decided in the could it happen this weekend well
<v Speaker0>we predicted Leverkusen to win so it could
<v Speaker0>be it could be another week in waiting but if we
<v Speaker0>look at the two teams yeah Bayern Munich they did have a disappointing the Champions
<v Speaker0>League quarterfinal against Inter Milan they lost at home then the draw away
<v Speaker0>from home wasn't enough but knocked out in between that they had a two-all draw
<v Speaker0>against Borussia Dortmund but both teams to score in that game is our main prediction.
<v Speaker0>It ended 2-2. If we look at the opponents from Mainz, Mainz was on a really,
<v Speaker0>really good run up until beginning of March.
<v Speaker0>They were in the Champions League spots. They looked very good.
<v Speaker0>They had a good-looking fixture list as well for the reminder of the season,
<v Speaker0>but now they're going to probably miss out because the last four matches does
<v Speaker0>include games against the top three sides from Mainz's perspective.
<v Speaker0>And they've now not won in five matches in a row.
<v Speaker0>Last weekend, they dropped points again at home against Wolfsburg.
<v Speaker0>That's their third home draw in a row, where they also dropped points against
<v Speaker0>Holstein Kiel at the bottom of the league.
<v Speaker0>And Freiburg away from home, it's now two defeats in a row at Hoffenheim and Dortmund.
<v Speaker0>And yeah, we think that they might struggle at Bayern as well.
<v Speaker1>Yeah, it's kind of to be expected at Bayern, isn't it? And Mainz haven't beaten
<v Speaker1>Bayern away from home in the last eight league matches, which won't surprise anyone.
<v Speaker1>But just looking, actually, at the head-to-heads here, in the last sort of half-dozen
<v Speaker1>games, stretching back to...
<v Speaker1>Early 2023, there have been 28 goals in the games.
<v Speaker1>Average of 4.67 goals per match. So a lot of goals.
<v Speaker1>I mean, it's just a stat. But in this one, going into it, Bayern have been scoring a lot of goals.
<v Speaker1>They scored four away from home last week. They scored a couple in their draw,
<v Speaker1>didn't they, against Dortmund.
<v Speaker1>They scored that three against Augsburg away. They scored three at home against St. Pauli.
<v Speaker1>So we think this is going to be another high scorer. We think there'll be goals,
<v Speaker1>you know, maybe over 2.5. but we've gone for both teams to score in this one.
<v Speaker1>You get odds of 1.75 for that, but we think by win, you can only get odds of
<v Speaker1>1.22 if you're going to back them.
<v Speaker1>But, you know, you think they would be heading for a victory.
<v Speaker1>And for a correct score prediction, we've gone for 3-1.
<v Speaker1>Odds there you can get pretty good, I think, of 10. That's 9-1.
<v Speaker1>And regarding the other odds, 1.22, like I said, for Bayern to win,
<v Speaker1>7 for a draw, quite high, very high. And mine's 11.
<v Speaker1>So, you know, it could be something to think about. But, I mean,
<v Speaker1>maybe Bayern will get nervous, but they don't tend to. Bayern will be getting
<v Speaker1>nervous, that's for sure.
<v Speaker1>Anyways, so that's what we think will happen, and we'll move right on to the
<v Speaker1>next game, which is Hoffenheim in 15th, and we're taking on Borussia Dortmund,
<v Speaker1>who are in seventh place.
<v Speaker1>Kicks off on Saturday, the 20th of April at 2.30 in the afternoon UK time.
<v Speaker1>On footballpredictions.net, you can see your localised kick-off time,
<v Speaker1>odds TV channels. It's all in the description of this podcast.
<v Speaker1>You can click in the links there. This one, you can stream it on Bet365 to qualify
<v Speaker1>for that, All you need is funds in your account, anything.
<v Speaker1>Or to have placed a bet with them in the last 24 hours. Sign up with the bonus code FP365.
<v Speaker1>Now, Dortmund have been kind of getting back on track, whereas I'm,
<v Speaker1>I know they're at home, but they've been streaky, haven't they, in all their form?
<v Speaker0>Yeah, but at home, they actually won the last match. And that was also the first
<v Speaker0>win, so they've been broken away.
<v Speaker0>The last home game ended a 2-0 win against Mainz, in which...
<v Speaker2>Both girls were scored in the first half.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, Hoffenheim, that was the only win in the last six games.
<v Speaker0>And yeah, in general, their form hasn't been great.
<v Speaker0>But they've just done enough to probably stay in the Bundesliga,
<v Speaker0>stay out of the relegation playoff.
<v Speaker0>They got eight points down to Heidenheim in 16, only four matches to go.
<v Speaker0>And I guess Heidenheim would probably not pick up four wins from the last four.
<v Speaker0>So Hoffenheim looks pretty comfortable.
<v Speaker0>Eight points at Rift there from Heidenheim.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, they're playing a Dortmund team that's kind of gotten up to now seventh in the Bundesliga.
<v Speaker0>They're only four points from the Champions League spots.
<v Speaker0>And that is obviously worth fighting for from a Dortmund perspective.
<v Speaker0>They got four matches left away to Hoffenheim. A game really that they should be winning.
<v Speaker0>Then they got home games against Wolfsburg and Holstin Kiel.
<v Speaker0>And they do have a tricky away game at Leverkusen.
<v Speaker0>But at this point, Leverkusen will most likely have nothing to play for.
<v Speaker0>So Dortmund is the team here that's got everything to play for.
<v Speaker0>Despite Hoffenheim still theoretically being in that relegation battle.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, if we do look at Dortmund, they have two wins from the last two home
<v Speaker0>games, which was Gladbach.
<v Speaker0>And then they had an impressive home win against Barcelona. That ended 3-1.
<v Speaker0>But don't forget that Dortmund lost that first game 4-0. So Barcelona had a
<v Speaker0>bit of a margin on Dortmund there.
<v Speaker0>But Dortmund did have, in the last away game, a 2-0 draw behind Munich.
<v Speaker0>So that was a great result.
<v Speaker0>They also beat Freiburg 4-1 away.
<v Speaker0>And then Mainz, three. These were teams that were sitting above Dortmund in the league.
<v Speaker0>It's kind of a sign of where Dortmund has been heading.
<v Speaker0>They did have a dodgy patch of form up until that Leipzig defeat on the 15th
<v Speaker0>of March. because during that period, he had seven defeats from 11 games.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, now unbeaten in the last four and he played some of the better teams in the league.
<v Speaker0>Going into this game at Hoffenheim is going to be interesting to see how Dortmund
<v Speaker0>will get along, especially considering that we are now back in the fight for the European spots.
<v Speaker1>Indeed. Yeah, so for this one, again, it could be a close game.
<v Speaker1>We've gone for both teams to score prediction. Again, for this one,
<v Speaker1>there's our tip that there are 1.44 Full-time result, though,
<v Speaker1>we think Dortmund will get the win. Your current odds there are 1.73.
<v Speaker1>We've got there at 365.
<v Speaker1>We've got the best odds on that at the minute. Correct score prediction, we think 2-1 away.
<v Speaker1>So Holfenheim 1, Dortmund 2. And your odds there are currently 9.
<v Speaker1>That's 8-1 in fractional.
<v Speaker1>Other odds that we've got there
<v Speaker1>at the moment, if you like, a home win for Holfenheim, 4.1. Pretty high.
<v Speaker2>Just a bit higher than the draw at 4.33. Let's move on to our summary games now.
<v Speaker1>We've got Wolfsburg in 12, taking on Freiburg, who are in 5th.
<v Speaker1>It's on Saturday the 26th of April, 2.30, UK time kickoff.
<v Speaker1>Check the link in the description of this podcast. You'll find all your localised
<v Speaker1>stuff. You can watch it on Bet365, this one, or you need to qualify for that.
<v Speaker1>Funds in your accountable to place a bet within the last 24 hours.
<v Speaker1>And when you join, use the bonus code FP365. Well, we think Wolfsburg might
<v Speaker1>turn this one around. Their recent form has been terrible.
<v Speaker1>But being at home, we've gone for them to win the big flyboot with both teams to score. That's it.
<v Speaker1>With current score prediction, I've also had two flyboot,
<v Speaker0>One. Yeah, moving on to Holstein Kiel in 18th. It takes on the Russian Russian Gladbach in 9th.
<v Speaker0>This game also kicks off on Saturday, 26th of April at half past two UK time.
<v Speaker0>And once again, this is a game you can watch on Bet365. In order to qualify,
<v Speaker0>all you need is to have a funded account or to replace the bet in the last 24
<v Speaker0>hours. And when you do sign up, please use that bonus code FP365.
<v Speaker0>Now, Holsten Kiel seems all but down going into this game. And this game could finally relegate them.
<v Speaker0>And that's what we think is going to happen. We're going for a Borussia Mönchengladbach
<v Speaker0>win. Both teams to score prediction.
<v Speaker1>And a correct score of Holsten
<v Speaker0>Kiel won by Borussia Mönchengladbach.
<v Speaker1>2. Yes, and next up, we've got a very interesting clash. Third versus fourth.
<v Speaker1>Frankfurt taking on the Leipzig in fourth.
<v Speaker1>It's on Saturday, the 26th of April, 5.30pm UK time.
<v Speaker1>Kickoff and this one is on in the uk
<v Speaker1>it's available on sky sports football you can watch it there but also
<v Speaker1>if you don't want to pay for that subscription you can check it on bet
<v Speaker1>30 qualifier there to stream it all you
<v Speaker1>need is funds in your account or to a place to bet with them in the last 24
<v Speaker1>hours and use the bonus code fp365 when you join well it should be very exciting
<v Speaker1>this one we think it'll go down to the wire but we think the home side will
<v Speaker1>be able to nick it we've gone from both teams to score that's a tip but uh for
<v Speaker1>a final result we've gone from eintracht frankfurt 2 Leipzig 1 yes
<v Speaker0>And then moving on to Sunday 27th April at half past 2 we've got Bochum in Sintin
<v Speaker0>who takes on Union Berlin in 13th. Now for this game, we are throwing a lifeline
<v Speaker0>to Bochum, even though they are on their last breath at the bottom of the Bundesliga.
<v Speaker0>We're going for a Bochum win, an under two and a half goal prediction with a
<v Speaker0>correct score of Bochum 1, Union Berlin 0.
<v Speaker1>And finally, we've got Werder Bremen in 8th, taking on Sampauly, who are down in 14th.
<v Speaker1>It's on at half 4 on Sunday, the 27th of April. that's UK time and for this
<v Speaker1>one another one where we think it'll be both teams to score that's our tip but
<v Speaker1>we've gone for a home win Werner Bremen 2 St.
<v Speaker1>Pauli 1 and again this one's also available on live streaming from Bed 365 use the bonus code
<v Speaker1>FP365 upon registration to qualify to watch that game and all of the Bundesliga
<v Speaker1>games all you need is any funds in your account could be one euro one pound
