<v Speaker1>And of course, click the link in the description of this podcast You'll be able

<v Speaker1>And this one you can watch on League One Pass.

<v Speaker1>Now, Nice last week came up against PSG, and they won.
<v Speaker0>Yes, what a result for Nice that was. PSG probably
<v Speaker0>had their minds set on the Champions League
<v Speaker0>fixture against Arsenal but anyway to beat PSG that
<v Speaker0>was the PSG's first defeat of the season and
<v Speaker0>a very important win for Nice in the fight for the Champions League spots because
<v Speaker0>they're now just a couple of points off Lille and one point off Monaco there
<v Speaker0>so they're keeping keeping track of those teams there's only three matches left
<v Speaker0>in League One this season and yeah,
<v Speaker0>every point counts in that top fight for the.
<v Speaker0>Champions League spots, but yeah what a win that was, we had over three and
<v Speaker0>a half goals, so our main prediction was in outcome debatable,
<v Speaker0>but Nice in the last home game against Arnyshaer, because that was their second
<v Speaker0>win in a row at PSG, they beat Arnyshaer the week before, we had 3-1 and a 2-1
<v Speaker0>Nice, so outcome and both teams to score at Strasbourg, we had
<v Speaker0>a both team to score prediction as a
<v Speaker0>score draw we had 2-2 but then
<v Speaker0>the 2-2 in that game sorry our prediction was
<v Speaker0>1-1 I'll just correct that but that was a both team to
<v Speaker0>score prediction and a draw so yeah predictions looking good on these they play
<v Speaker0>Hans here in who sits in 13th and who's picked up a little bit of form as well
<v Speaker0>of late last week maybe a little bit disappointing They went to Montpellier, got a little draw,
<v Speaker0>but they now have three clean sheets in a row. They've only lost one from six.
<v Speaker0>Don't forget that before they had that win at home to Marseille,
<v Speaker0>which was a great win for them.
<v Speaker0>They had not won in 15 games in a row.
<v Speaker0>So no wins in 15, and now they've won three from the last five.
<v Speaker0>So they're looking pretty good.
<v Speaker0>Hans just won defeat from New Six as well. and yeah
<v Speaker0>it's taken them away from the drop zone and the
<v Speaker0>relegation playoff they got five points down to Avra
<v Speaker0>who sits in 16th and with just three games to go they seem to be looking good
<v Speaker0>for the money for another season in Ligue 1 now in terms of some of the most
<v Speaker0>recent results and our predictions we had in their last home game an under two
<v Speaker0>and a half goal prediction against to lose. Hans won that one, 1-0.
<v Speaker0>And if we look at their away form, they've been pretty good of late.
<v Speaker0>Like I said, no defeats now in three. And actually, he managed to keep a clean sheet.
<v Speaker1>In all of those.
<v Speaker0>So that's pretty good. But yeah, last time out, 0-0 to Montpelier,
<v Speaker0>not the greatest result.
<v Speaker0>And up against it, against Nice, it's going to be a tricky one,
<v Speaker0>a Nice team that needs to win probably more than Hans down the bottom.
<v Speaker1>Yeah. No, it will be a good game, we think, this one. It'll be very close,
<v Speaker1>despite the positions in the table.
<v Speaker1>And so we've actually gone for, these sides usually do score.
<v Speaker1>I know we had Alain's just getting the nil-nil draw in the last one.
<v Speaker1>But, you know, like I said before, in the previous podcast, law of averages,
<v Speaker1>they should here. So we've gone for both teams to score for this.
<v Speaker1>Odds are 1.77 for that.
<v Speaker1>And we think, however, that Nix will get the win at home.
<v Speaker1>I mean, they've done well. they'll be pretty buoyant. After winning,
<v Speaker1>I mean, they beat PSG away as well. So that was even more remarkable for them.
<v Speaker1>So they'll be happy with that. I think we think it'll continue here.
<v Speaker1>1.42 you can get for a Nice win. So not really high there. Odds on favourites to win.
<v Speaker1>But we've gone for a 2-1 home win. So for a correct score, you can get odds
<v Speaker1>currently at about 365 of 8.5.
<v Speaker1>Just taking you through the other odds.
<v Speaker1>Lions to win is 7, a draw 4.5. and like I said a nice win 1.42 so
<v Speaker2>What you will of those predictions.
<v Speaker1>Next, we have Strasbourg, who are seventh, taking on PSG, who are bound at the
<v Speaker1>moment for the Champions League final. We'll see what happens with that.
<v Speaker1>Kicks off on Sunday, the 3rd of May, 4pm, and you can click the link in the
<v Speaker1>description of this podcast, and you'll be able to find out your local kickoff
<v Speaker1>time, betting odds, and broadcast streaming channels tailored to you wherever you are.
<v Speaker1>This one, of course, you can stream on Bet365. To qualify for that,
<v Speaker1>all you need is any funds in your account, in order to have placed a bet with
<v Speaker1>them in the last 24 hours.
<v Speaker1>And by the way, use the bonus code FP365 when you sign up.
<v Speaker1>Well, Strasbourg have been on just a great run, really. I know they had a couple
<v Speaker1>of draws, but in terms of not being beaten, though, PSG better watch out.
<v Speaker0>Yeah, really great run from Strasbourg. In fact, they've only lost once since
<v Speaker0>November, and it's taken them right up into the top of Ligue 1.
<v Speaker0>I say top, they're seventh, but the only four points of Masséin's second,
<v Speaker0>there is just a four-point gap here they're equal now
<v Speaker0>on points with Lyon in sixth with Nice
<v Speaker0>in fifth and just one point of Monaco in
<v Speaker0>fourth and two points of Lille in third like Strasbourg has really made some
<v Speaker0>strides to try and get them into those European places and you do feel a little
<v Speaker0>bit for them at the moment because they are sitting in seventh which will mean
<v Speaker0>that the most like that they would be outside of the European spots.
<v Speaker0>But they've got a fairly good schedule.
<v Speaker0>And we say that they're playing PSG.
<v Speaker0>But they didn't have Ancher away and Le Havre at home in the last game of the season.
<v Speaker0>Although those two teams are fighting it out for that relegation playoff.
<v Speaker0>But anyway, Strasbourg and Liam Rossini has done a great job there.
<v Speaker0>They won the last game. That was a home game as well. It was against Sandi Chen. We had 3-0.
<v Speaker0>It ended 3-1 Strasbourg in that game. So, yeah, 3-1 win.
<v Speaker0>Those two draws that you just mentioned yesterday, those were against Monaco and Nice.
<v Speaker0>So, two teams above them in the league table. Important note there.
<v Speaker0>Before that, they had a run of five wins in a row. But, yeah,
<v Speaker0>overall, they just look in very, very good form.
<v Speaker0>If we look at some of our predictions, we've actually had some really good ones
<v Speaker0>on Strasbourg. That home game against Nice, we covered it before.
<v Speaker0>We had a score draw in that one.
<v Speaker0>Away to Hans we had a 1-0 correct score
<v Speaker0>prediction on Strasbourg we had a both teams
<v Speaker0>to score prediction in the 4-2 home win against Lyon
<v Speaker0>and the outcome against Toulouse where we had Strasbourg
<v Speaker0>to win as well so some really good predictions here on Strasbourg
<v Speaker0>recently going into this game against the PSG side
<v Speaker0>that of course comes from that Champions League semi-final
<v Speaker0>win at Arsenal and or their
<v Speaker0>eyes will probably be on the return leg
<v Speaker0>in the chairman's league because they are playing arsenal
<v Speaker0>already again midweek next week so on the 7th of may they have that return leg
<v Speaker0>against arsenal and why we say they might have taken their eyes off the ball
<v Speaker0>a little bit was of course because they had the first defeat of the season in
<v Speaker0>league on at home to nice last weekend And they lost that game 3-1.
<v Speaker0>We had over three and a half goals as our main prediction. And we won't talk
<v Speaker0>about the outcome prediction for that one.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, going into that Nice game, we had both teams score prediction at Nantes.
<v Speaker0>Don't forget that that was a draw.
<v Speaker0>So actually, PSG now, which is quite unusual, haven't won in the last two games in Ligue 1.
<v Speaker0>The last win was a home win against Afro.
<v Speaker0>They won that one, two, one. We had three ones as our prediction.
<v Speaker0>So outcome on both teams to score. But yeah, we are thinking that this could
<v Speaker0>be a very entertaining game.
<v Speaker1>We do. It's one of those games, strange, end of the season, PSG,
<v Speaker1>but nothing to play for in this League One, Liga.
<v Speaker1>And obviously, it'd be resting players or just, you know, players will be taking it easy.
<v Speaker1>We know how good they are because they've secured the championship so early
<v Speaker1>and they're doing really well in the Champions League, showing...
<v Speaker1>I mean, actually, it's like watching Barcelona of 10 years ago at times.
<v Speaker1>They're just like a complete team.
<v Speaker1>So therefore, let's Strasbourg get a bit of a way into getting something from this match.
<v Speaker1>Will they get the win is a question. But I'll tell you one thing we do think
<v Speaker1>is that both teams will score.
<v Speaker1>And I think the bookies do as well because the odds are only 1.37 for that.
<v Speaker1>But something perhaps a bit more interesting and quite realistic now is a draw.
<v Speaker1>And that's what we've gone for here. So we've gone for a draw.
<v Speaker1>3.75 are the odds you can get for that. So fingers crossed if that works out,
<v Speaker1>we could be quite happy about that.
<v Speaker1>And correct score-wise, even better, we've got 2-2.
<v Speaker1>And it would be nice to see an entertaining game. And 2-2 will currently get
<v Speaker1>you 11 odds, or 10 to 1, for your money if you want to place a bet on it.
<v Speaker1>The other odds for the game, so this is how tight it is, 2.45 for Strasbourg.
<v Speaker1>So they're slight favorites because PSG 2.55.
<v Speaker1>So there you go. And like I said, a bet on a draw, you can get...
<v Speaker1>Odds of well actually you can get
<v Speaker1>odds of just for the draw it's four did i mention that
<v Speaker1>before i can't remember i thought i said 3.75 so it
<v Speaker1>depends on the bookmaker you're looking at but yeah some of the odds they're out
<v Speaker1>there between 3.75 and four could
<v Speaker1>be interesting next up we have to lose who
<v Speaker1>are in 12 taking on or n who are
<v Speaker1>11th and it's on saturday the 3rd of may 6 p.m
<v Speaker1>kickoff that's uk time and of course you can
<v Speaker1>click the link in the description of this podcast and you'll be able to find your localized kickoff
<v Speaker1>time odds tv channels and streaming services you can
<v Speaker1>watch this one on the league pass but you can also
<v Speaker1>stream it on bet 365 without the subscription and
<v Speaker1>to qualify for that all you need is any funds just like a pound a dollar a euro
<v Speaker1>in your account or to have placed a bet in the last 24 hours sign up with the
<v Speaker1>bonus code fp365 now i know that you to lose in 12th and ren in 11th but there's
<v Speaker1>only one side that's been winning of late Yeah,
<v Speaker0>Toulouse really has not been in great form. They've not won in seven matches now.
<v Speaker0>And in fact, since the 12th of January, they've only won two games.
<v Speaker0>Those were two away games at Anshia and Abfa late February and beginning of March.
<v Speaker0>So yeah, they're really not used to winning at Toulouse.
<v Speaker0>Hand, no clues in the name there. Yeah, what are you thinking?
<v Speaker0>But at the end of the day, they are seven points above Abfa in that relegation playoff.
<v Speaker0>They really have not got a lot to play for it almost
<v Speaker0>seems they got the job done just before christmas where they were actually
<v Speaker0>on the run of six wins from seven or from
<v Speaker0>eight sorry or two defeats there in that
<v Speaker0>sequence was a phg in monaco so they were in good form but yeah coming back
<v Speaker0>into this year just two wins overall although sorry they did beat lance on the
<v Speaker0>5th of january but yeah now no wins in seven and they have conceded quite a
<v Speaker0>few goals during this run as Well, they've taken some heavy defeats there.
<v Speaker0>A 4-2 home defeat to Brest. Sorry, I say heavy defeats. I say conceded quite
<v Speaker0>a few goals. 4-2 home defeat to Brest.
<v Speaker0>3-2 away to Marseille. 2-1 at Lidl.
<v Speaker0>2-1 Astros Tour. So, yeah, conceding quite a bit.
<v Speaker0>And combined with not having scored in the last few matches as well,
<v Speaker0>it's not boding well for Toulouse going into this game against Rennes.
<v Speaker0>However, we think that it might work out a little bit different.
<v Speaker0>Rennes, don't forget, last weekend, they took a big beating at Lyon.
<v Speaker0>We had 3-1 Lyon. It ended 4-1.
<v Speaker0>So both teams to score and a Lyon win in that game.
<v Speaker0>Rennes, the home game before that, we did predict their win. So we had 2-1.
<v Speaker0>No, we had 3-1 and a 2-1. And we predicted their win at Alpha.
<v Speaker0>So our predictions on Rennes has been fairly spot on.
<v Speaker0>And yeah, the outcome of this one may surprise me.
<v Speaker0>Our listeners a little.
<v Speaker1>Bit yeah well one thing's for sure we have been predicting
<v Speaker1>low scoring games haven't we for toulouse like
<v Speaker1>you said we had them we had under 2.5 for
<v Speaker1>the last game we got that we had under 2.5
<v Speaker1>for the previous game to that again so i and we got
<v Speaker1>that and similarly for ren
<v Speaker1>we got them in the last game over 2.5 didn't
<v Speaker1>we we had both teams to score actually for that but actually over 2.5 if
<v Speaker1>you look at it 3-1 and it was 4-1 and similarly
<v Speaker1>the game before that exactly the same so we're pretty good at producing
<v Speaker1>these and for this one we've gone for an under 2.5
<v Speaker1>goals game again so let's see how that goes but 1.91 that's the odds you can
<v Speaker1>get for under 2.5 goals but you know we're talking about you know the form and
<v Speaker1>everything but form doesn't last forever and at some point team's got to turn
<v Speaker1>it around and we think this will be the game where Toulouse do that.
<v Speaker1>So it'll be Toulouse to win. I love saying that.
<v Speaker1>And the odds there are 2.1. So they're not odds on to win, but they are not that far off.
<v Speaker1>So 2.1 for a Toulouse win.
<v Speaker1>And just a correct score for you, 1-0 is what we're going for.
<v Speaker1>You can get odds of 8 for that. 7-1.
<v Speaker1>Infractional. So the other odds, curiously, 3.4 for a draw and 3.4 for a Rennes win.
<v Speaker1>So actually, Toulouse are the favourites to win this.
<v Speaker1>But we think they'll get the job done, but just.
<v Speaker1>Next up, we have Saint-Etienne, who are 17th, taking on Monaco, who are 4th.
<v Speaker1>It's on the 3rd of May, 5 past 8 in the evening UK time. Check the link in the description.
<v Speaker1>You can click it and you'll end up on our page and you'll be able to see your
<v Speaker1>local kickoff time, betting odds and available viewing options.
<v Speaker1>This one is on TV5Mond and League One Pass in the UK. But you can also stream
<v Speaker1>it on Bet365 to qualify to watch.
<v Speaker1>All you need is any funds in your account or to have placed a bet with them in the last 24 hours.
<v Speaker1>Use the bonus code FP365 when you sign up.
<v Speaker1>Now, Sanatia and R17th in the table are not doing very well at the moment.
<v Speaker1>They've only lost one in the last three.
<v Speaker0>Yes, Sandi Chen, they're still in with a shout for surviving in the one this season.
<v Speaker0>They just have three points up to aren't share, but they only have three games
<v Speaker0>left now to accumulate enough points to at least get into the relegation playoff.
<v Speaker0>Alfa, just one point ahead of them in that relegation playoff spot.
<v Speaker0>So plenty to play for here for Sandi Chen going into this game against Monaco.
<v Speaker0>The only problem Sandy Chen has is that their run of form has been terrible.
<v Speaker0>They only have three wins since late November.
<v Speaker0>That means a run of nearly 20 games, so 19 games.
<v Speaker1>And just three wins.
<v Speaker0>However, two of them have come over the last six games to get up seven points
<v Speaker0>from their last six matches, which is quite important.
<v Speaker0>That's kind of given them a bit of a lifeline. And they have been able to do
<v Speaker0>a few sharp results here because that last home win or last home game returned a win for Sandu Chen.
<v Speaker0>That was against Lyon, who sits in sixth at the moment, pretty much on point
<v Speaker0>with Monaco, just one point off Monaco. So really strong side.
<v Speaker0>And Lyon going into that game against Sandu Chen was actually on a pretty good run of form themselves.
<v Speaker0>He'd only lost to Strasbourg and PSG, but won the other eight or ten out of
<v Speaker0>their ten games prior to that game. So anyway, that was a strong result for Sandi Chen.
<v Speaker0>But Sandi Chen then went to Strasbourg last weekend and lost 3-1.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, the home form, they got that win against Lyon. We had both teams to
<v Speaker0>score in that game, as our main prediction.
<v Speaker0>And then they had a 3-0 draw against Brest at home.
<v Speaker0>And yeah, the home game prior to that was a 6-1 thrashing.
<v Speaker0>Against PSG, but this was at the time where PSG still needed to cement the championship.
<v Speaker0>It's a bit of a mixed bag for Sandu Chen when they are playing some of these better teams at home.
<v Speaker0>But yeah, it's a good result against Lurian. We'll definitely have given them a little bit of hope.
<v Speaker0>But if we do look at Monaco, I mean, Monaco really are right in the middle of
<v Speaker0>this pack of six teams going for the Champions League spots.
<v Speaker0>There's only a four-point difference.
<v Speaker0>Monaco right in the middle of 55 points, but they have three teams below them on 54 points.
<v Speaker0>Any slip-up could mean that they will drop out of the European spots altogether.
<v Speaker0>And they're doing their best, well, let's say they're doing their best not to,
<v Speaker0>but they have only picked up one win from their last four matches now.
<v Speaker0>Last weekend, disappointing draw away to Avra, who is also fighting for the
<v Speaker0>life at the bottom of the league.
<v Speaker0>We had both teams to score as our main prediction in that one.
<v Speaker0>They then had a nil draw against Strasbourg.
<v Speaker0>And a 3-0 win against Marseille, which was a great result for Monaco. That was a home win.
<v Speaker0>But then again, away from home, a 2-1 defeat at Brest.
<v Speaker0>And generally speaking, away from home, Monaco has not been the greatest.
<v Speaker0>They have only one win recorded in the last 10 away matches in Ligue 1.
<v Speaker0>And that was against Aung's share.
<v Speaker0>So a team similar position to Saint-Étienne. But again, a one-all draw last
<v Speaker0>week against Afua, also in a similar position to Sandy Chen.
<v Speaker0>So, a tricky one to predict, but still, we think there's going to be a clear winner.
<v Speaker1>Yeah, we do think there's going to be a clear winner. But just let's have a
<v Speaker1>look at some interesting stats.
<v Speaker1>And that is, if you look at St. Etienne, they have been, well,
<v Speaker1>they've been scoring goals.
<v Speaker1>So, in fact, the only time in the last six, they scored in five out of the last
<v Speaker1>six games. They even scored when they got thrashed 6-1 by PSG.
<v Speaker1>The only time they haven't scored is when they're playing away and that was
<v Speaker1>against the Longs. They lost 1-0.
<v Speaker1>But every other game they've scored at least a goal, scored three goals against
<v Speaker1>Brest and a couple of goals against Montpellier.
<v Speaker1>So they tend to score. So hear me out. I'm going somewhere with this.
<v Speaker1>We think it's got to be both teams to score. So the odds there are 1.47,
<v Speaker1>okay, for both teams to score.
<v Speaker1>Slightly better than you get for a Monaco win, which is only 1.44.
<v Speaker1>I mean, they're not great odds, are they?
<v Speaker1>But still, this is what we have to predict and we think it's going to happen.
<v Speaker1>So Monaco to win 1.44 is what we think as well.
<v Speaker1>And our correct score for this
<v Speaker1>one, and this will be better if you enjoy a correct score a bit, is 1-3.
<v Speaker1>So it'll be St. Etienne 1, Monaco 3, what we think. You get odds of 10 or 9-1.
<v Speaker1>Maybe that's a bit more interesting, but it should be a fascinating game.
<v Speaker1>Next up, we go to our summary games. So we've got Nantes in 14th, taking Angers in 15th.
<v Speaker1>It's on Sunday, the 4th of May, 2pm, kickoff, UK time.
<v Speaker1>And you can watch this one on League One Pass if you have a subscription to that.

<v Speaker1>Now, for this one, we've gone for both teams to score. And we think it'll be

<v Speaker0>So there's a Sunday 4th of May quarter past four UK time. We've got Oxeer in
<v Speaker0>10th, takes on Avra in 16th.
<v Speaker0>Now for this game, we are going to go with a low-scoring game,
<v Speaker0>so under two and a half goal prediction. We're going to go with a home win for
<v Speaker0>Oxeer and a correct score of Oxeer 1 Avra 0.
<v Speaker1>Finally, we have Lille in 3rd, taking on Marseille in 2nd.
<v Speaker1>Should be a good one. It's on Sunday, the 4th of May, quarter to 8 in the UK
<v Speaker1>on Star Wars Day, as they call it.
<v Speaker1>And for this game, you can get our prediction here and, of course, on our website.
<v Speaker1>We are going for a great game. I mean, it's second versus third.
<v Speaker1>And we're going to go for both teams to score. We've gone for a narrow home win.
<v Speaker1>We've gone for Lille 2, Marseille 1.
<v Speaker1>And, of course, that one you can watch on League One Pass, but you can stream it as well on Bet365.
