<v Speaker 1>Dynamite was in Scotland for the first time tonight. They

<v Speaker 1>were in Glasgow. This was the final edition of Dynamite

<v Speaker 1>before Forbidden Door, which is coming up on Sunday, so

<v Speaker 1>we had more people than usually. We've had a lot

<v Speaker 1>of really smaller venues in recent weeks in recent months

<v Speaker 1>for Dynamite, so it was nice to have more people.

<v Speaker 1>I don't know how many people were there. They were allowed,

<v Speaker 1>I mean, they weren't allowed for everything on the show necessarily,

<v Speaker 1>but they were a lively bunch and we had some

<v Speaker 1>developments for some of the matches that are on the

<v Speaker 1>card this Sunday, including the main event, or what I

<v Speaker 1>believe to be the main event. There is a lights

<v Speaker 1>out match on the show. Typically those do close the show,

<v Speaker 1>so technically I don't know if this will be closing

<v Speaker 1>the show. But Hangman Page is going to be defending

<v Speaker 1>the aw World Championship against MJF. And it was supposed

<v Speaker 1>to be MJF signing his Casino Gauntlet contract and using

<v Speaker 1>the contract to get that title match. That was something

<v Speaker 1>that Hangman had duped him into last week. So they

<v Speaker 1>undid that on the show tonight, and they did a

<v Speaker 1>segment where Hangman was in the ring and looked up

<v Speaker 1>at the tron and saw MJF in the back along

<v Speaker 1>with Ricochet and the Gates of Agony, and they had

<v Speaker 1>Mark Briscoe tied to a chair and MJF was about

<v Speaker 1>to set this man on fire if Hangman did not

<v Speaker 1>acquiesce to three demands that he had, and he was

<v Speaker 1>giving him a very short period of time to agree

<v Speaker 1>to these demands. Number one, that their title match on

<v Speaker 1>Sunday result in a new champion on a disqualifcation. So

<v Speaker 1>if Hangman were to be disqualified, we would have a

<v Speaker 1>new AW World champion. Hangman is to be counted out

<v Speaker 1>of the ring. We have a new AW World Champion.

<v Speaker 1>And MJF said, well, while I have you in this

<v Speaker 1>situation here and I'm making demands, we're gonna undo what

<v Speaker 1>was done last week and I get my title match

<v Speaker 1>without having to cash in my Casino Gauntlet contract. And

<v Speaker 1>he gave him five seconds and he counted to four

<v Speaker 1>before Hangman finally agreed. And so now the title is

<v Speaker 1>on the line without the contract. The contract is not

<v Speaker 1>going to be wasted here in this match. If MJF loses,

<v Speaker 1>theoretically he will still have a guaranteed championship match that

<v Speaker 1>he could cash in later on. He could cash it

<v Speaker 1>in that night after he loses. I don't necessarily think

<v Speaker 1>he will. So those are the big changes and developments

<v Speaker 1>to the World Championship match on Sunday. You know, if

<v Speaker 1>I'm MJF, the smartest thing to do would just be

<v Speaker 1>to hire somebody to beat the shit out of me

<v Speaker 1>and get me, you know, the championship out of disqualification, right,

<v Speaker 1>That would make the most sense. This match could be

<v Speaker 1>over in two minutes flat. All it takes is him

<v Speaker 1>paying somebody off to come in and punch him in

<v Speaker 1>the face, and just like that, we have a new

<v Speaker 1>aw World champion. I don't think it's gonna end quite

<v Speaker 1>that easy. Will Osprey was also on the show tonight.

<v Speaker 1>He is the walking wounded, and he certainly implied without

<v Speaker 1>outright saying it, he implied that he is going to

<v Speaker 1>be having a very invasive, very major neck surgery soon

<v Speaker 1>that is going to see him on the shelf for

<v Speaker 1>quite some time. And he even went out of his

<v Speaker 1>way to mention that he is not medically cleared. He

<v Speaker 1>was not medically cleared this past week to actually perform it.

<v Speaker 1>Forbidden Door. But he's going to Okay. Now, I know

<v Speaker 1>it's a non sanctioned match on Sunday, but my god,

<v Speaker 1>I mean, you know you have somebody who is telling

<v Speaker 1>you in this storyline here that I'm not medically cleared,

<v Speaker 1>But damn it, I'm gonna fight. I'm still getting in

<v Speaker 1>that ring, and if it's the last match I ever

<v Speaker 1>have as myself, I'm gonna go out in a blaze

<v Speaker 1>of glory. I could I could practically see the tear

<v Speaker 1>streaming down Tony Khan's face in the back as he

<v Speaker 1>was watching this. We had the finals of the tag

<v Speaker 1>team tournament to decide who would challenge the Hurt Syndicate

<v Speaker 1>at Forbidden Door. It all built to this, This tournament

<v Speaker 1>has been taking place now over these last several weeks,

<v Speaker 1>and it all built to the finals tonight, and we

<v Speaker 1>had no winner. We had this week's long tournament and

<v Speaker 1>we had no declarative winner, which means that we are

<v Speaker 1>now getting a triple threat, that we are getting the

<v Speaker 1>same thing that we got in Texas at all in

<v Speaker 1>we're doing it again. We're running it back, just with

<v Speaker 1>a couple of different teams at Forbidden Door. And so

<v Speaker 1>the Hurt Syndicate will have to defend their titles now

<v Speaker 1>against not one, but two teams. The other thing, and

<v Speaker 1>by the way, that was easily the best thing, the

<v Speaker 1>best match on the entire show, But that's not really

<v Speaker 1>a surprise. You put FTR in the ring with Brody

<v Speaker 1>King and Bandido and you give them thirty minutes. I mean,

<v Speaker 1>it's gonna be hard to top that, and they certainly

<v Speaker 1>did not. We also had another change, not just the

<v Speaker 1>main event at Forbidden Door, but we had a change

<v Speaker 1>to another match at Forbidden Door because Adam Copeland and

<v Speaker 1>Christian Cage are going to be wrestling their first match

<v Speaker 1>together as a team in fourteen years. You don't have

<v Speaker 1>to wait until Toronto in September to see it. And

<v Speaker 1>they were supposed to wrestle Nick Wayne and Kip Sabian.

<v Speaker 1>What is left of the patriarchy, I guess now it

<v Speaker 1>would be the matriarchy, I suppose. Apparently Nick Wayne has

<v Speaker 1>a broken foot, or at least that's what they said

<v Speaker 1>on TV, and so we had a surprise return tonight.

<v Speaker 1>The match is going to take place just without Nick Wayne,

<v Speaker 1>who I mean, honestly, Nick Wayne is the one who

<v Speaker 1>Christian has been working with and wanted to work with,

<v Speaker 1>and this was going to be a very important match

<v Speaker 1>for him, and now that's out the window. But in

<v Speaker 1>his place is a former aw Tag team champion that

<v Speaker 1>we have not seen for a very long time, and

<v Speaker 1>I will say I won't tell you who it is yet,

<v Speaker 1>but I will say that it was good to see

<v Speaker 1>him on the show tonight because there were some scary

<v Speaker 1>health situations for him over the past year where it

<v Speaker 1>sounded like he may never make it back to the ring.

<v Speaker 1>So to see him back out there tonight and to

<v Speaker 1>see him as the substitute at Forbidden Door, I'm happy

<v Speaker 1>for the guy. I'm glad that he is well enough

<v Speaker 1>to get back in the ring. So we'll talk about

<v Speaker 1>who that is and what happened tonight, because we did

<v Speaker 1>have an interview segment in the Ring Live with Tony

<v Speaker 1>Shiavanni interviewing Adam Copeland and Christian Cage after the reunion

<v Speaker 1>that we saw on last week's show, and we now

<v Speaker 1>know all three women who are going to be challenging

<v Speaker 1>Mercedes Monet in the four Way on Sunday for her

<v Speaker 1>TBS Championship. It will be Alex Windsor, as we already

<v Speaker 1>know representing aw it will be Persephone, not Persephone, as

<v Speaker 1>JD said on Tuesday Night Titans last night. It will

<v Speaker 1>be Persephone representing CMLL. But we had no idea who

<v Speaker 1>was going to be representing Stardom. Like this was the

<v Speaker 1>last Dynamite before Forbidden Door, we kind of needed to

<v Speaker 1>know who the representative was going to be from Stardom

<v Speaker 1>and we did find out it is going to be Bozilla,

<v Speaker 1>And for those of you asking who, you are not alone,

<v Speaker 1>I'm sure, but it will be Bozilla, who is a

<v Speaker 1>twenty one year old newcomer to Stardom who has not

<v Speaker 1>been there for very long, and she's from Germany. So

<v Speaker 1>we have a German wrestler representing a Japanese promotion on

<v Speaker 1>a British event being hosted by an American company. This

<v Speaker 1>is truly a global event, and not a single person

<v Speaker 1>in the world believes that Mercedes Monet is going to

<v Speaker 1>lose her TBS championship to any of these people representing

<v Speaker 1>these other promotions. But at least now we know who

<v Speaker 1>she's going to be wrestling. So we're going to talk

<v Speaker 1>about that. The women were in the main event tonight.

<v Speaker 1>By the way, they got the main event spot. We'll

<v Speaker 1>talk about that. We'll talk about a bunch of things,

<v Speaker 1>including this, and we'll start here with this because this

<v Speaker 1>was something that was made official and broke only a

<v Speaker 1>few hours ago, and it does affect AW now. This

<v Speaker 1>has been the ruben going around now for about a week.

<v Speaker 1>It became official this afternoon. As you will see here

<v Speaker 1>with this graphic on your screen. WWE and ESPN have

<v Speaker 1>made it official. They are getting an early start to

<v Speaker 1>their new partnership and WWE is going to be producing

<v Speaker 1>an event on Saturday, September twentieth at seven o'clock Eastern time.

<v Speaker 1>That is the same night that AW presents All Out

<v Speaker 1>from Toronto at eight pm Eastern, WWE presents Russell Palooza Indianapolis,

<v Speaker 1>US it All Out And while we know this is confirmed,

<v Speaker 1>not confirm yet, but very likely is the fact that

<v Speaker 1>this show is going to feature the John Cena Brocklesner

<v Speaker 1>main event. They're gonna go no pun intent that they're

<v Speaker 1>gonna go all out here to try to make this

<v Speaker 1>show as big as they possibly can. Brocklesner and John

<v Speaker 1>Cena is expected to be the main event of this show.

<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhodes against Drew McIntyre is another match that has

<v Speaker 1>been rumored heavily for this show because it doesn't look

<v Speaker 1>like it's happening in Clash from Paris, So we're probably

<v Speaker 1>looking at a double main event on that show of

<v Speaker 1>John Cena against Brocklesner and Cody Rhoads defending the WWE Championship,

<v Speaker 1>quite possibly against Drew McIntyre. Now, this is going to

<v Speaker 1>be the first pl to stream officially on the new

<v Speaker 1>ESPN streaming service. This is not ESPN Plus. They are

<v Speaker 1>launching a brand new service tomorrow, so there's gonna be

<v Speaker 1>I think a big press conference is going to be

<v Speaker 1>a lot of media tomorrow around this launch. That's why

<v Speaker 1>they waited until this afternoon to make the announcement. I

<v Speaker 1>think WWE is going to be part of the announcement tomorrow.

<v Speaker 1>The key here is that this is the first of

<v Speaker 1>what will be pls on ESPN going forward every month.

<v Speaker 1>Peacock is no longer doing WWE main roster pls. They're

<v Speaker 1>still doing the NXT ones until the end of the year,

<v Speaker 1>they are no longer doing any main roster ones. They

<v Speaker 1>have filled their quota and so now it's on ESPN

<v Speaker 1>going forward. And if you have ESPN the network. You

<v Speaker 1>will likely have free access to this new ESPN streaming

<v Speaker 1>service and you will not have to pay the twenty

<v Speaker 1>nine ninety nine. If you don't have access to ESPN,

<v Speaker 1>supposedly going to be December thirteenth in Boston. Then these

<v Speaker 1>reports started creeping up that well, they might actually push

<v Speaker 1>to have it on December twenty seventh. December twenty seventh

<v Speaker 1>just so happens to be the night of AW World's

<v Speaker 1>end in Chicago, and so they might run that last

<v Speaker 1>edition of Saturday Night's Main event this year with John

<v Speaker 1>Seen is big retirement match opposite the aw pay per view.

<v Speaker 1>Just the fuck with them, And I just thought, you know,

<v Speaker 1>if that's going to be John seen is a retirement match,

<v Speaker 1>you know what, just just do it on a night

<v Speaker 1>where you have the night all to yourself so you

<v Speaker 1>surprise appearance here on Dynamite here in Glasgow. He was

<v Speaker 1>on commentary for the remainder of the show with ex

<v Speaker 1>Caliber and Tony Shavanni. Taz was not there. He posted

<v Speaker 1>on Twitter a couple of days ago that he was

<v Speaker 1>not making the trip. He had a knee replacement not

<v Speaker 1>that long ago, and apparently long flights are his enemies,

<v Speaker 1>so he was going to hang back, so he will

<v Speaker 1>not be on commentary on Sunday either. Then they showed

<v Speaker 1>hangman Adam Page stepping off the train earlier today, stepping

<v Speaker 1>off of public transit and wheeling his luggage to get

<v Speaker 1>to the arena. See a man of the people, believe

<v Speaker 1>CM Punk complained about this once when he was caught.

<v Speaker 1>Someone took a photograph of him riding the train. Right.

<v Speaker 1>This was an when he didn't get picked up when

<v Speaker 1>he landed there for the Wembley Show. I don't know

<v Speaker 1>if this was an inside joke about that or not,

<v Speaker 1>about the days when he used to wrestle in Scotland,

<v Speaker 1>and he said he loved the food, which got a

<v Speaker 1>sausage roll chant. I'm not really familiar with that. Sounds

<v Speaker 1>kind of interesting. Can't say that I've had one. Is

<v Speaker 1>that a thing over there in Scotland? Sausage rolls. Osprey

<v Speaker 1>said that after what the death Riders did to him,

<v Speaker 1>it was the first time that he's felt human in

<v Speaker 1>his career, because when you're young, you feel indestructible, right,

<v Speaker 1>you feel invincible. You can do anything like fucking Javon

<v Speaker 1>Evans on NXT last night. I went back and I

<v Speaker 1>watched that dive when Trick Williams he pushed him backwards

<v Speaker 1>off the middle rope, and my god, what the fuck

<v Speaker 1>was he thinking taking that bump? I mean, was he

<v Speaker 1>was centimeters away from catastrophe on that bump. But that's

<v Speaker 1>what happens when you're young. You just you do stupid shit.

<v Speaker 1>Osprey said, this is the first time he's really felt human,

<v Speaker 1>and it was to the point with him where he

<v Speaker 1>would do all this crazy stuff and everybody used to

<v Speaker 1>look at him and say, man, your nuts taking bitchidoku.

<v Speaker 1>He said, once said that Osprey was an alien. So

<v Speaker 1>Osprey realized that he's going to have to travel down

<v Speaker 1>a road soon that many wrestlers have before. And then

<v Speaker 1>he revealed that this past week he was not medically

<v Speaker 1>cleared to compete at Forbidden Door. But a light's out

<v Speaker 1>steel cage match means it's unsanctioned. Therefore it is out

<v Speaker 1>of Aw's hands. If he gets hurt, it's no one's

<v Speaker 1>fault but his own. And the fans started chanting, please

<v Speaker 1>don't die, like they probably chant that in every Osprey match.

<v Speaker 1>Osprey said he's aware of the risks, but AW means

<v Speaker 1>so much to him. He's here to prove a point

<v Speaker 1>that he will be the standard for those three initials.

<v Speaker 1>If there's a chance that he can't be the same

<v Speaker 1>well Osprey after Sunday, then he's gonna leave it all

<v Speaker 1>out there, come Forbidden Door. Ospray said he's doing this

<v Speaker 1>for revenge as he is entering this lights out cage

<v Speaker 1>match with four of his best friends wanting the same thing.

<v Speaker 1>Before doctors take a scalpel to him and his neck,

<v Speaker 1>he is going to take his pound of flesh from

<v Speaker 1>John Moxley. And right on cue John Moxley's music hits,

<v Speaker 1>he walks out with Marina Shaffir. Brian Danielson on commentary

<v Speaker 1>says that he promised Tony Kahan that he would be

<v Speaker 1>on his best behavior. He's just here to be a commentator,

<v Speaker 1>not looking for revenge for what Moxley did to him

<v Speaker 1>at Wrestle Dream last year. So we got a little

<v Speaker 1>face off. And as these two are facing off, Claudio

<v Speaker 1>and Wheeler you do They slowly joined up on the

<v Speaker 1>apron Osprey said that if Moxley wants to get rid

<v Speaker 1>of him, don't have your boys do it. Do it yourself.

<v Speaker 1>And before Moxley could say anything, Jet Speed hit the

<v Speaker 1>ring to no reaction. Nobody cared. They hit the ring,

<v Speaker 1>they started fighting with the death riders. Osprey left and

<v Speaker 1>then he Wroshi Tanahashi's music hits. I'm like, what is

<v Speaker 1>going on here? So Tanahashi's music hits. I guess we're

<v Speaker 1>going right into the opening match here, Tanahashi. This was

<v Speaker 1>sad because Tanahashi comes out right, the Ace, the president

<v Speaker 1>of New Japan Pro Wrestling, the legend, the man himself.

<v Speaker 1>He comes out, takes his jacket off, and I would

<v Speaker 1>say he was probably midway down the aisle, and he

<v Speaker 1>begins to try to run, I mean as best as

<v Speaker 1>he could. He tries to run into the ring. I mean,

<v Speaker 1>I've seen grandmother's run faster. It's just pain it's painful.

<v Speaker 1>It is just painful to watch. So first, Osprey comes

<v Speaker 1>out a few weeks ago. Before we get into the match,

<v Speaker 1>let's just talk about what we heard here. We have

<v Speaker 1>Osprey a few weeks ago, right coming out of all in,

<v Speaker 1>walking out on television, saying that he has two herniated

<v Speaker 1>discs in his neck that he withheld from aw medical

<v Speaker 1>at least the severity of the injury that he had,

<v Speaker 1>because I'm sure he's been dealing with neck pain for

<v Speaker 1>a while. But as far as the diagnosis, you know,

<v Speaker 1>of having two herniated discs, I think he said C

<v Speaker 1>two and C six. You know, he claimed that he

<v Speaker 1>kept it a secret, but it's obviously become too much

<v Speaker 1>of an issue. So then you hear this promo and

<v Speaker 1>you think, man, this guy's going to be going away

<v Speaker 1>for a while. Two weeks go by, and he shows

<v Speaker 1>up last week right to make the save, and that's

<v Speaker 1>where he throws out this challenge for a lights out

<v Speaker 1>steel cage ten man match at Forbidden Door because John

<v Speaker 1>Moxley does not want to wrestle Darby Allen. Garby Allen

<v Speaker 1>was the one who laid down the gauntlet to Moxley

<v Speaker 1>for a singles match, and Moxley did not want to

<v Speaker 1>wrestle Darby Allen. Evidently, John Moxley, though, was okay with

<v Speaker 1>wrestling Darby Allen if it's part of a ten man

<v Speaker 1>lights out steel cage match, which makes all the sense

<v Speaker 1>in the world. And so now this week, Osprey comes

<v Speaker 1>out again very sad and says that man, I'm only

<v Speaker 1>human and I'm gonna have to go under the knife soon.

<v Speaker 1>He's gonna have to have net without coming out and

<v Speaker 1>outright saying he basically said he's having major neck surgery soon.

<v Speaker 1>So I feel like we've been kind of ping ponging

<v Speaker 1>back and forth here with Osprey, but he's out here

<v Speaker 1>saying I'm not medically cleared, and that part, I'm sure is,

<v Speaker 1>you know, for storyline purposes, even though maybe he shouldn't

<v Speaker 1>be medically cleared. But the storyline is I'm not medically cleared,

<v Speaker 1>but it's an unsanctioned match, and AW can't do anything

<v Speaker 1>but they're going to be back at Wembley, and they're

<v Speaker 1>going to be doing all in and Osprey. Challenging for

<v Speaker 1>and winning the aw World Championship at their big stadium

<v Speaker 1>show in London would be the obvious path to go here.

<v Speaker 1>I don't see how that's going to be possible now,

<v Speaker 1>you know, even if he's not out for a full year,

<v Speaker 1>if they work it the way they've worked it for

<v Speaker 1>the past couple of years, which I think is the

<v Speaker 1>way to go, he would have to be in the

<v Speaker 1>Owen first, which is going to be taking place, you know,

<v Speaker 1>a couple months even before all in, and he would

<v Speaker 1>have to win the Owen and then he could become

<v Speaker 1>number one contender. It seems very ambitious, not that we

<v Speaker 1>seems very ambitious. And he's He's one of Tony Kahan's very,

<v Speaker 1>very top names, so losing him is going to be

<v Speaker 1>a body blow to the company, losing one of their

<v Speaker 1>top baby faces like that. But his health is the

<v Speaker 1>most important thing. You know. He has worked a style

<v Speaker 1>for many, many years at a very young age that

<v Speaker 1>has been very hard on his body, and he's been

<v Speaker 1>hurting for a long time. He's had, you know, other injuries,

<v Speaker 1>and I'm sure he's all banged up all the time.

<v Speaker 1>Eventually it catches up to you, as as it has

<v Speaker 1>now with his neck. You know, every time he works

<v Speaker 1>one of the these matches, as great as they are,

<v Speaker 1>he's shaving years off of his career. So this sort

<v Speaker 1>of thing was inevitable working the kind of style that

<v Speaker 1>he does. I think the most important thing is for

<v Speaker 1>them to just try to get him back as close

<v Speaker 1>to one hundred percent as you could possibly get him back,

<v Speaker 1>because he is going to be one of the key

<v Speaker 1>pieces for Tony Kahan, you know, going forward once he's

<v Speaker 1>able to get him back, but it's going to be

<v Speaker 1>a very long time before we see him. So I

<v Speaker 1>hope whatever we see of him on Sunday he doesn't

<v Speaker 1>do anything overly crazy. I would hope that he airs

<v Speaker 1>on the side of caution, which I know is not

<v Speaker 1>the way that he typically does things, but I would

<v Speaker 1>certainly hope that's the case on Sunday. Especially, got nine

<v Speaker 1>other guys in the ring. You don't have to put

<v Speaker 1>it all on yourself. It's not like when he was

<v Speaker 1>in the cage with Kyle Fletcher and it's one on one, right.

<v Speaker 1>You got nine other guys in this match. You could

<v Speaker 1>do all kinds of crazy shit, and they can bleed

<v Speaker 1>and they can jump off the top of the cage.

<v Speaker 1>match was Hiroshi Tanahashi Speedball, Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight

<v Speaker 1>against John Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Youda. Marina Shafir

<v Speaker 1>she tried to get involved early on, she got ejected

<v Speaker 1>by the referee. So will Osprey comes back out at

<v Speaker 1>that point on stage picks her up over his shoulder

<v Speaker 1>and carries her to the back. Kevin Knight started to

<v Speaker 1>make a comeback. Tanahashi tagged in. He delivered a sentan

<v Speaker 1>from the middle rope for a two count. Mike Bailey

<v Speaker 1>delivered a series of kicks to da I got shocking right,

<v Speaker 1>Speedball delivering some kicks to Wheeler Yudah and then delivered

<v Speaker 1>a moon salt to Moxley out on the floor. Knight

<v Speaker 1>then landed a flying clothes line to Claudio jet Speed

<v Speaker 1>and Tanahashi. They delivered three simultaneous twist and shout neck

<v Speaker 1>breakers in the ring. Tanahashi set up for a high

<v Speaker 1>fly flow to Wheeler Udah, but Gabe Kid and the

<v Speaker 1>Bullet Club war Dog they ran out. They ran distraction

<v Speaker 1>and Kid got up on the apron. He tripped up

<v Speaker 1>Tanahashi on the top rope and you could tell that

<v Speaker 1>g one just wrapped up. So they were actually able

<v Speaker 1>to get some new japan names on the show tonight.

<v Speaker 1>Osprey then appeared again on stage, but this time when

<v Speaker 1>he came back out, he had a body bag over

<v Speaker 1>his shoulder and there was obviously a person. There was

<v Speaker 1>a body inside the body bag, and this caused a distraction.

<v Speaker 1>This led to the Death Riders to believe that he

<v Speaker 1>had Marina Shaffir inside the body beg because the last

<v Speaker 1>time we saw him he had carried her to the back.

<v Speaker 1>So the idea here, and I knew right away it

<v Speaker 1>was Darby Allen because it was obvious that it was.

<v Speaker 1>But the idea was that, oh, he's got Marina in

<v Speaker 1>the body bag, what's he going to do to her?

<v Speaker 1>As all of this is going on, Tanahashi recovers and

<v Speaker 1>he hits a high fly flow on Wheeler Yuda and

<v Speaker 1>he gets the pin. So after the match is over,

<v Speaker 1>the war Dogs and the Death Riders they start a

<v Speaker 1>beat down inside the ring. The Young Bucks come out

<v Speaker 1>on stage and they appear right behind Osprey. He turns

<v Speaker 1>around eats a double superkick Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly.

<v Speaker 1>What's left of Paragon? They run out and they chase

<v Speaker 1>them away. They chase the Bucks away, and Roddy seemed

<v Speaker 1>completely unbothered by the possibility that his wife, Marina Shaffir

<v Speaker 1>could very well be trapped inside this body bag. I

<v Speaker 1>would hope that Will Osprey kind of clued him in

<v Speaker 1>that it wasn't her in the bag. Beforehand. Otherwise it's

<v Speaker 1>it's gonna be a conversation between those two when they

<v Speaker 1>get home. So Claudio and Moxley they finally open the

<v Speaker 1>body bag. Of course, Darby Allen pops out and attacks them,

<v Speaker 1>and then the Ops come out, because why the fuck not.

<v Speaker 1>They're not even in a match on Sunday, but here

<v Speaker 1>come the Ops. They join in the fight. Giant brawl

<v Speaker 1>breaks out that spills into the crowd, conveniently over right

<v Speaker 1>by one of the tunnels, which has a little balcony

<v Speaker 1>for the next level right above it. And so I'm

<v Speaker 1>waiting and I'm watching, I'm like, where's Darby. You know

<v Speaker 1>what's about to happen. Where's Darby? And then sure enough

<v Speaker 1>there's Darby on the balcony and he does a coffin

<v Speaker 1>drop off the balcony and he takes everybody out. So

<v Speaker 1>the match itself was pretty much a blur. I mean,

<v Speaker 1>it was fine as an opening match. The postmatch stuff

<v Speaker 1>was all over the place, but that's what they wanted

<v Speaker 1>to show you that it's going to be complete chaos.

<v Speaker 1>Even though they're going to be trapped in a cage,

<v Speaker 1>it's going to be complete chaos inside whatever this cage

<v Speaker 1>is going to look like complete chaos inside the cage

<v Speaker 1>for the lights out match on Sunday. Here the Babyfaces

<v Speaker 1>were left standing tall, and I thought they would be

<v Speaker 1>on Sunday. You know, when I did my predictions the

<v Speaker 1>other day, I no longer believe that. I no longer

<v Speaker 1>think the baby Faces are going to be standing victorious

<v Speaker 1>on Sunday. Tony Shavanni, for the next segment, was in

<v Speaker 1>the ring to introduce Adam Copeland out and he came

<v Speaker 1>out and the crowd sang his theme song. They were

<v Speaker 1>singing some altar bridge. Christian came out and Christian then

<v Speaker 1>started to tell the fans in Glasgow to sit down

<v Speaker 1>and shut their mouths, and before he could say anymore,

<v Speaker 1>Copeland just swiped the microphone out of his hand and said,

<v Speaker 1>are you really going to do that? Man? Are you

<v Speaker 1>going to do that? Here he said that he and

<v Speaker 1>Christian are the greatest tag team of all time, and

<v Speaker 1>he admitted that Christian is an asshole. But here's the

<v Speaker 1>thing that Copeland has learned from over the years. Sometimes

<v Speaker 1>you need an asshole. I would say that you need

<v Speaker 1>an asshole all the time, Otherwise that's going to get

<v Speaker 1>very uncomfortable. I think that's a pretty important part of

<v Speaker 1>the body as a matter of fact. So yes, but yes,

<v Speaker 1>he says that you need an asshole in your life sometimes,

<v Speaker 1>and it just so happens that Christian is his asshole.

<v Speaker 1>So Chavani brought up Copeland, telling Christian it all in

<v Speaker 1>to go find himself, and he asked, Christian, have you

<v Speaker 1>have you found yourself? Christian said, you know, I took

<v Speaker 1>some time and I did just that. I looked within myself.

<v Speaker 1>I looked deep within my soul and I did find myself.

<v Speaker 1>And guess what he found. He doesn't need to change

<v Speaker 1>a thing. He is perfect just the way he is.

<v Speaker 1>look him straight in the eye, and say, this version

<v Speaker 1>of Christian Cage will be the best version, the best

<v Speaker 1>tag team partner that Copeland has ever had. With that,

<v Speaker 1>the fans cheered, and he put his hand out and

<v Speaker 1>Copeland accepted. And then before we could go any further,

<v Speaker 1>they were interrupted by Kip Sabian's voice and he walked

<v Speaker 1>out on stage along with Mother Wayne. And then Mother

<v Speaker 1>Wayne spoke. She doesn't get promo time very often, like

<v Speaker 1>in front of the live crowd, but yes, Mother Wayne

<v Speaker 1>Shana got to speak and she said, who are these

<v Speaker 1>fans that bow us? Who are they to boo? A

<v Speaker 1>mother and not just any mother, a mother to the prodigy,

<v Speaker 1>said Roxane Perez. She on Dynamite, are we getting the

<v Speaker 1>real forbidden door this weekend? No, the other prodigy. She's

<v Speaker 1>the mother of Nick Wayne. And they throw it to

<v Speaker 1>the tron, and up on the tron we see Nick Wayne.

<v Speaker 1>Nick Wayne is not there. He is definitely not in Glasgow.

<v Speaker 1>It looks like he's in the garage. Never when Swerve

<v Speaker 1>and ar Fox beat the shit out of him when

<v Speaker 1>he was training in his garage back at home. So

<v Speaker 1>he was in the garage there. The ring is behind him.

<v Speaker 1>He's standing there and he's got two crutches. He's got

<v Speaker 1>one crutch on, like they're not under his shoulders, but

<v Speaker 1>he got he has one crutch on either side of him.

<v Speaker 1>And Nick said that last Wednesday, Christian saved Copeland, but

<v Speaker 1>he wasn't far behind. I mean literally, like he came

<v Speaker 1>out to save Copeland with spike the board with the

<v Speaker 1>nails in it, and like as soon as Christian Christian

<v Speaker 1>ran down to the ring, like Nick, Wayne was right

<v Speaker 1>behind him with a chair. So he mentioned that he

<v Speaker 1>was right behind him. And while Cage swung that spiked

<v Speaker 1>board in dodging him, Nick broke his foot. Cage took

<v Speaker 1>forbidden door away from him a night where he would

<v Speaker 1>have made their reunion into a farewell tour. It's a

<v Speaker 1>blessing in disguise that he won't be there on Sunday.

<v Speaker 1>But he tells Cage he's always one step ahead, and

<v Speaker 1>at that point they played a very brief video on

<v Speaker 1>the big screen that showed someone, and that someone was

<v Speaker 1>kill Switch, the former Lucasaurus. He was laying on a

<v Speaker 1>table or a gurney, hooked up to all kinds of

<v Speaker 1>wires and tubes, seemingly coming back to life, sitting up

<v Speaker 1>like Frankenstein's Monster. Then they cut back live and they

<v Speaker 1>plays music. Any Power walks down to the ring with

<v Speaker 1>Sabian behind him and Motherwayne behind him. Cage clothesline Sabian

<v Speaker 1>over the top rope, not realizing that kill Switch had

<v Speaker 1>just laid out Copeland with a chokes lamb, which he

<v Speaker 1>did as soon as he got into the ring. So

<v Speaker 1>now Christian, Cage and kill Switch come face to face

<v Speaker 1>and Christian is obviously scared. He doesn't know quite what

<v Speaker 1>to make of this. They had a little stare down.

<v Speaker 1>Kill Switch was about to walk off, but then he

<v Speaker 1>turned back. He goozles Christian and he delivers a chokes

<v Speaker 1>lamb to Christian Cage, and so kill Switch stood tall

<v Speaker 1>with Sabian and Motherwayne over a fall in Copeland and Christian.

<v Speaker 1>Kill Switch was then confirmed on commentary. The graphic was

<v Speaker 1>already Christian and Copeland will be taking on kill Switch

<v Speaker 1>and Kip Sabian. So kill Switch is officially the replacement

<v Speaker 1>for Nick Wayne on Sunday. And then I should point

<v Speaker 1>out that from this they cut to Mark Briscoe in

<v Speaker 1>the back, who was just a madman. When is he not?

<v Speaker 1>But he was just a madman, and he was in

<v Speaker 1>the back looking for MJF and he promised to kill him.

<v Speaker 1>So we had one threat of attempted murder, and then

<v Speaker 1>we had one act of attempted murder later in the show,

<v Speaker 1>which I will get to. As far as this segment here,

<v Speaker 1>I'm going to assume that Nick's legitimately injured and he

<v Speaker 1>did break his foot. Nothing looked wrong last week. I

<v Speaker 1>even went back real quick and watched the segment from

<v Speaker 1>last week when he dodged the spike shot from Christian

<v Speaker 1>and then he left the ring and he was moving

<v Speaker 1>around fine. So I don't know if he's got a

<v Speaker 1>broken foot. I don't know if it's a storyline, I

<v Speaker 1>don't know if it's a cover for another injury. I'm

<v Speaker 1>going to assume he has a broken foot if so,

<v Speaker 1>because otherwise the only thing I would say is him

<v Speaker 1>being replaced in this match does not necessarily guarantee all well,

<v Speaker 1>it's definitely a shoot, right, because otherwise he would be

<v Speaker 1>in the match. One of the things that I said

<v Speaker 1>last week, and I said it on TNT last night, like,

<v Speaker 1>ideally you would be setting up for Christian in a

<v Speaker 1>singles match against Nick Wayne, right, because you could do

<v Speaker 1>the tag match it Forbidden Door, but you gotta do

<v Speaker 1>Christian and Nick Wayne one on one. I mean, this

<v Speaker 1>match was designed to, in my opinion, blow off the

<v Speaker 1>patriarchy stuff with Christian so they can move on to

<v Speaker 1>Cope and Christian and FTR. But you can't really fully

<v Speaker 1>blow it off until you do Christian against Nick Wayne.

<v Speaker 1>So it's at least possible that maybe he's not hurt.

<v Speaker 1>This was their way of reintroducing kill switch. Maybe he

<v Speaker 1>shows up it Forbidden Door. Maybe he costs Copeland and

<v Speaker 1>Christian the match and they actually lose off of, you know,

<v Speaker 1>the interference of Nick Wayne, and then we get Christian

<v Speaker 1>and Nick Wayne on television one on one. You can't

<v Speaker 1>completely disqualify that as a possibility. I'm going to operate

<v Speaker 1>under the assumption that it is a legitimate injury. If

<v Speaker 1>it is, it continues the bad luck streak for these

<v Speaker 1>Ring of Honor champions. Because if he's got a broken foot,

<v Speaker 1>that's a few months right there. He's gonna have to

<v Speaker 1>vacate the Ring of Honor Television Championship because he's the

<v Speaker 1>TV champion. Dustin Rose just had double knee replacement surgery.

<v Speaker 1>He's got two titles. He's one half of the Ring

<v Speaker 1>of Honor Tag Team Champions and he's one third of

<v Speaker 1>the Ring of Honor six Man Tag Team Champions. So

<v Speaker 1>it has not been a good month if you are

<v Speaker 1>a champion in Ring of Honor. Now, as far as

<v Speaker 1>kill Switch is concerned, very very good to see him back.

<v Speaker 1>He almost died like it was a very very serious

<v Speaker 1>touch and go situation late last year. For those of

<v Speaker 1>you who don't remember, there was a whole story about it.

<v Speaker 1>I think his fiance found him passed out collapsed at home.

<v Speaker 1>He had to be rushed to the hospital. They found

<v Speaker 1>that his blood oxygen level was dangerously it was like

<v Speaker 1>eighty or something, which is not good. And also they've

<v Speaker 1>discovered that he had double pneumonia in each of his lungs.

<v Speaker 1>We had pneumonia in each lung, so he was having

<v Speaker 1>breathing problems. He wasn't breathing on his own. I think

<v Speaker 1>for a while it was. It was very very serious,

<v Speaker 1>and there was certainly questions not just about his overall health,

<v Speaker 1>but whether or not he would even be able to

<v Speaker 1>get back in the ring. And he's been gone for

<v Speaker 1>a long time now. I don't know when he was

<v Speaker 1>medically cleared. He could have been medically cleared months ago

<v Speaker 1>for all we know, but this is just the time

<v Speaker 1>where they finally came up with an idea for him. Yes,

<v Speaker 1>Like in WWE I was at I asked the question

<v Speaker 1>some time ago, we were talking about Ilia dragone of

<v Speaker 1>I'm like, what the fuck is he? And then I

<v Speaker 1>see these reports like he's been medically clear, they're just

<v Speaker 1>waiting for creative to come up with something for him

<v Speaker 1>to do. So that happens sometimes. But I'm very happy

<v Speaker 1>that he's doing better and you know, he's able to

<v Speaker 1>get back in the ring. As far as the Christian

<v Speaker 1>and Copeland alliance here again, it felt it felt last week.

<v Speaker 1>Even though they've been teasing it, it still felt rushed,

<v Speaker 1>like wow, they already gave it to us now, and

<v Speaker 1>then they made the announcement of the match instead of

<v Speaker 1>waiting on their first match in fourteen years and doing

<v Speaker 1>it in Toronto. It's like, Wow, they're giving this, They're

<v Speaker 1>given this to us at forbidden door, so that all

<v Speaker 1>but guarantees it's got to be a tag team championship

<v Speaker 1>match now in Toronto, because you've now given away the

<v Speaker 1>big attraction, which is seeing these two back in the

<v Speaker 1>ring together for the first time and so long. The

<v Speaker 1>next big attraction would be them going after the tag

<v Speaker 1>team titles, So I guess you know, save that for

<v Speaker 1>all Out. But Christian looked very hesitant last week, like

<v Speaker 1>Copeland hugged him, but he didn't really hug him back.

<v Speaker 1>So it kind of felt like they're not going to

<v Speaker 1>be quite on the same page where we have to

<v Speaker 1>get a face to face segment in the ring tonight.

<v Speaker 1>And we did, and I'll tell you why. I liked

<v Speaker 1>what they did. I liked what they did as far

<v Speaker 1>as Copeland saying, you know what, this guy is still

<v Speaker 1>an asshole, Christian saying, you know what, you have a need,

<v Speaker 1>which is some help against FTR. I have a need,

<v Speaker 1>I have a patriarchy problem. We can help each other out.

<v Speaker 1>but they're going to reunite these two and they're gonna

<v Speaker 1>here because when the camera panned back to him, he

<v Speaker 1>was bleeding like a pig. This guy, he was covered

<v Speaker 1>like he's standing on the apron. He is pouring blood

<v Speaker 1>is on commentary and he is just losing his mind.

<v Speaker 1>Arcady Aura, she was doing the ring announcing tonight. She

<v Speaker 1>told us twenty five minutes had passed. Five minutes left

<v Speaker 1>but FTR missed the blind tag, so Bandido flew in

<v Speaker 1>they're hanging out to the near falls. You know again,

<v Speaker 1>Brody's pouring blood here. These guys have gone almost half

<v Speaker 1>an hour, so they had the crowd. We get the

<v Speaker 1>one minute time call and this is announced over the

<v Speaker 1>PA system, and so there's sixty seconds left in this match,

<v Speaker 1>and what does FTR do. Bizarrely, they opt to set

<v Speaker 1>a table up outside the ring, up against the barricade. Okay,

<v Speaker 1>they set a table up outside for reasons that were

<v Speaker 1>not explained, because there's just some things that cannot be explained.

<v Speaker 1>There's no logic to explain something like that. Wheeler was

<v Speaker 1>about to hit a dive out onto Bandido King Those

<v Speaker 1>shoved his partner out of the way and cash Wheeler

<v Speaker 1>crashed and burned, went right through the table just as

<v Speaker 1>the time expired, so they ring the bell. The matches over.

<v Speaker 1>he's on the ball. I've been informed by Tony Kahan

<v Speaker 1>that at Forbidden Door it is now official. Both teams

<v Speaker 1>will challenge the Hurt Syndicate in what will now be

<v Speaker 1>a triple threat match, a three way for the aw

<v Speaker 1>hold up their titles, and they pose and that was

<v Speaker 1>the end of that. It was a very good match.

<v Speaker 1>They went the distance, They went the full thirty minutes.

<v Speaker 1>You know, when I did my predictions this weekend and

<v Speaker 1>even last night on Tuesday Night Titans, I floated this

<v Speaker 1>very idea, especially in light of these reports of MVP,

<v Speaker 1>you know, allegedly rejecting creative pitches for the Hurt Syndicate

<v Speaker 1>to drop the tag team titles to FTR at all

<v Speaker 1>In and to drop them to FTR at Forbidden Door.

<v Speaker 1>So yeah, I mean, in light of the those reports,

<v Speaker 1>I wasn't really surprised to see them go this route.

<v Speaker 1>I thought this is what they might do. Also because

<v Speaker 1>if FTR would have won, you would have ended up

<v Speaker 1>with the Hurt Syndicate and FTR at Forbidden Door. And

<v Speaker 1>even if the people are cheering for the Hurt Syndicate,

<v Speaker 1>they're not a babyfaced team. They're not. It's two heel teams.

<v Speaker 1>So adding Brody King and Bandito, who are a very

<v Speaker 1>good team, like, I don't mind them adding them to

<v Speaker 1>that match and making it a three way. I think

<v Speaker 1>it's kind of, you know, lazy, that we now have

<v Speaker 1>back to back pay per views where the tag team

<v Speaker 1>title matches contested in a three way, because they did

<v Speaker 1>the exact same thing in Texas, and that whole situation

<v Speaker 1>was very weird because you had FTR literally sitting there

<v Speaker 1>at ringside doing commentary for the match when they should

<v Speaker 1>have been in the fucking match instead of wrestling on

<v Speaker 1>the pre show against the Outrunners. It should have been

<v Speaker 1>a four way. Just make it a four way and

<v Speaker 1>put the tag team titles on the line in Texas.

<v Speaker 1>But that's where those reports about certain ideas being vetoed

<v Speaker 1>and rejected, you know, comes into play and makes the

<v Speaker 1>story a little more interesting. But now we have a

<v Speaker 1>three way match, and so the Hertz Syndikit can drop

<v Speaker 1>their titles on Sunday without taking the losing fall. And

<v Speaker 1>I think that's exactly why Brody King and Benditdo were

<v Speaker 1>in that match. And Brody King is the one who's

<v Speaker 1>gonna eat the pin I believe on Sunday, because it

<v Speaker 1>would be kind of stupid to pin the Ring of

<v Speaker 1>Honor World champion Brody King. I know he's bigger and

<v Speaker 1>all that, but he's not the Ring of Honor World champion.

<v Speaker 1>So if somebody was gonna get pinned in this match,

<v Speaker 1>it would be him. And that's how I think things

<v Speaker 1>are going to play out on Sunday. But again, Brodido

<v Speaker 1>is a great team. There are a lot of fun

<v Speaker 1>to watch. I don't mind them getting a spot on

<v Speaker 1>the show, and you know, I think it'll I think

<v Speaker 1>it'll make for an even better match. But I will

<v Speaker 1>say this, like man, if this was done as a

<v Speaker 1>way to Playcate, someone who was all up in their

<v Speaker 1>field about not wanting to lose to FTR, that's said.

<v Speaker 1>I mean that is that is said, and it's not

<v Speaker 1>a good look for Tony Khan. If that's why this

<v Speaker 1>was done. It's not a good look for Tony Khan.

<v Speaker 1>But now the match is set weeks and weeks of

<v Speaker 1>a tournament and we never got an actual winner to

<v Speaker 1>this tournament. So after this, the aw World champion Hangman

<v Speaker 1>Adam Page, who was It seems like ever since he's

<v Speaker 1>won the championship he has been very, very angry. You

<v Speaker 1>would think he would have mellowed a little bit after

<v Speaker 1>winning the title in Texas and getting that big moment,

<v Speaker 1>but he just seems to get angrier by the week.

<v Speaker 1>And he power walked out to the ring. He was

<v Speaker 1>not happy about the way Dynamite ended last week. Dynamite

<v Speaker 1>ended last week in the parking lot with him being

<v Speaker 1>beaten down by MJF. And he brings that up and

<v Speaker 1>he says that's how MJF likes to handle things. He's

<v Speaker 1>very opportunity. If MJF ever had a problem in his life.

<v Speaker 1>He can't look at it head on. He doesn't have

<v Speaker 1>the balls too. It's a waste of everyone's time to

<v Speaker 1>call MJF out to the ring to get the piss

<v Speaker 1>beaten out of him, as he is a gutless coward.

<v Speaker 1>Once MJF signs that Casino Gauntlet contract, though, there will

<v Speaker 1>be no backstabbing, and he swears to God that he

<v Speaker 1>Hangman will give him what he wants, and all he

<v Speaker 1>has is three simple requests. So MJF goes, he lifts

<v Speaker 1>a can of gas. He pours it all over Mark Briscoe,

<v Speaker 1>all over his head, and he says that if Hangman

<v Speaker 1>does not give him what he wants, then Briscoe is

<v Speaker 1>going to be Kentucky Fried. So MJF says that at

<v Speaker 1>Forbidden Door, this is what he wants. Request number one

<v Speaker 1>the title can change hands on a disqualification. Request number two,

<v Speaker 1>the title can change hands on a count out. And finally,

<v Speaker 1>since he's basically got this guy by the balls right now,

<v Speaker 1>he goes, I may as well throw this in there.

<v Speaker 1>I wasn't planning on this, but I may as well

<v Speaker 1>throw this in there. You think he got one over

<v Speaker 1>on me last week by making me agree to put

<v Speaker 1>my contract up and sign the contract and cash it

<v Speaker 1>in instead of getting the championship match that he felt

<v Speaker 1>he earned. You're gonna make me use my contract, but

<v Speaker 1>here's what we're gonna do. The third request is that

<v Speaker 1>he doesn't have to use his contract on Sunday, but

<v Speaker 1>he still gets an aw World Championship match. So Bishop

<v Speaker 1>a lighter, says that Hangman has untiled the count of five.

<v Speaker 1>He counts one, two, and Hangman is freaking out in

<v Speaker 1>the ring. He's telling him to put the lighter because

<v Speaker 1>he's got a lighter in his hand. He goes put

<v Speaker 1>the lighter down, put the lighter down, three, four, and

<v Speaker 1>before he can count to five, Hangman says, okay, I agree,

<v Speaker 1>you got it. You got it. He gave into exactly

<v Speaker 1>what he wanted. He gave into all of his demands,

<v Speaker 1>and MJF says congratulations. Hangman is still a hero, and

<v Speaker 1>Paige grabs a chair and he charges backstage as they

<v Speaker 1>go to a commercial break. After the break, we see Hangman.

<v Speaker 1>He's power walking through the back. He finds Ricochet. He

<v Speaker 1>cracks him right in the back with that chair and

<v Speaker 1>he's demanding to know where MJF is so security now

<v Speaker 1>has swarmed around Hangman and they tell him that MJF

<v Speaker 1>has left the building. So in response to this, Hangman

<v Speaker 1>punches the one security guy who told him this. He

<v Speaker 1>punches him in the face because I just because he's

<v Speaker 1>a hot head, he has a temper. And then at

<v Speaker 1>that point he storms out of the arena and then

<v Speaker 1>the Gates of Agony show out. But what happened a

<v Speaker 1>little late to the party, I would say, nothing like

<v Speaker 1>a little attempted murder When you can't get what you

<v Speaker 1>are hoping to get here on this show, it's a

<v Speaker 1>good strategy. I mean, it worked out here for MJF.

<v Speaker 1>I would have called his bluff. Might not have ended

<v Speaker 1>well for Mark Briscoe. But so that is how MJF

<v Speaker 1>was able to get what he wanted here. I will

<v Speaker 1>say this, obviously, this is all very silly. Anytime there's

<v Speaker 1>any kind of attempted murder on a wrestling show, it's

<v Speaker 1>obviously very ridiculous. But in this case, at least, you know,

<v Speaker 1>it's like, all right, he had some help from Ricochet

<v Speaker 1>in the Gates of Agony, and Ricochet lost to Mark

<v Speaker 1>Briscoe a few weeks ago, and was embarrassed by him,

<v Speaker 1>so he sort of had an axe to grind. That's

<v Speaker 1>why he was so quick to agree to this. It's still,

<v Speaker 1>you know, very silly, but it does make the main

<v Speaker 1>event more interesting now now that MJF has the ability

<v Speaker 1>to go in there without the contract, challenge for the title, lose,

<v Speaker 1>and potentially that same night he could still cashing to

<v Speaker 1>win that championship. At least the possibility of that makes

<v Speaker 1>the match a little more unpredictable a little bit, and

<v Speaker 1>it makes things a little more interesting. I don't see

<v Speaker 1>MJF winning the title esse yet, even with all the stipulations,

<v Speaker 1>because now think about it, the deck is stacked against Hangman.

<v Speaker 1>He could lose the title by pinfall, submission, count out,

<v Speaker 1>or disqualification, and MJF if he loses, he still has

<v Speaker 1>that contract as his insurance policy. But I just feel

<v Speaker 1>like this is only Hangman's second title defense after that

<v Speaker 1>big moment, that big crowning moment in Texas. It's too

<v Speaker 1>early to take the title away from him. And there

<v Speaker 1>are things that you can do in the course of

<v Speaker 1>this match with MJF. Instead of just beating him straight up.

<v Speaker 1>There are things you could do to protect him from

<v Speaker 1>for another title shot or another like a rematch with Hangman,

<v Speaker 1>And I'm thinking, if not forbidden Door, then win. And

<v Speaker 1>I was thinking of World's End. You know, World's End

<v Speaker 1>is the very last pay per view this year. That's

<v Speaker 1>the December twenty seventh show World's End. God, when was

<v Speaker 1>it two years ago? Now, World's End was the event

<v Speaker 1>where MJF lost the aw World title to samo Joe,

<v Speaker 1>So it would be kind of appropriate. I think if

<v Speaker 1>at World's End this year and they're in Chicago this year,

<v Speaker 1>if that was where he you know, cashed in that

<v Speaker 1>contract and they close out the year with MJF winning

<v Speaker 1>the championship back at the very event where he last

<v Speaker 1>held it, and that gives Hangman a few months, you know,

<v Speaker 1>to have an actual run as champion, give it a

<v Speaker 1>little bit of length, and then get the belt off

<v Speaker 1>of him and onto MJF. So I don't know, I mean,

<v Speaker 1>for all all we know, if he doesn't win this week,

<v Speaker 1>maybe they're shooting for Toronto at all out, But I

<v Speaker 1>just I was thinking about World's End and thinking, okay,

<v Speaker 1>that would give Hangman, you know, four months, four or

<v Speaker 1>five months. MJF is going to win that title. I

<v Speaker 1>think when MJF cashes in that contract, he's winning the championship,

<v Speaker 1>because I think Athena is not. And I think one

<v Speaker 1>of them at least has to successfully cash in that contract.

<v Speaker 1>I think it'll be him. I don't think it's going

<v Speaker 1>to be on Sunday, though, And so how do they

<v Speaker 1>do the finish well? I mean there's any number of ways.

<v Speaker 1>I mean, he tried to burn Mark Briscoe alive. I

<v Speaker 1>would say there's still a pretty good chance that Mark

<v Speaker 1>Briscoe shows up and maybe stops him from doing something

<v Speaker 1>her matches, and this freaked out Mercedes, and so she

<v Speaker 1>tagged out to Athena. Storm and Athena they traded offense

<v Speaker 1>for a little bit. Tony got the better of it

<v Speaker 1>with a backbreaker. All four women ended up in the ring,

<v Speaker 1>and Storm and Windsor they took control with a pair

<v Speaker 1>of headbutts Mercedes and Tony. They avoided stereo hip attacks,

<v Speaker 1>but she and Athena couldn't agree on a game plan,

<v Speaker 1>and Athena is yelling at Mercedes and demanding like, come on,

<v Speaker 1>get it together here, So she has Mercedes go to

<v Speaker 1>the ropes and pull up on the middle rope to

<v Speaker 1>create an opening between the middle rope and the bottom rope.

<v Speaker 1>Athena comes off the ropes and she does a low

<v Speaker 1>dive through the ropes out to the floor onto Windsor,

<v Speaker 1>and in doing so, this was the sick bump of

<v Speaker 1>the night. Actually both the big bumps of the night

<v Speaker 1>came in this match. But she flew out of the

<v Speaker 1>ring and men when she hit Windsor, she also smacked

<v Speaker 1>her own head. I mean like a lawn dart. She

<v Speaker 1>like lawn darted herself right into the announced desk. It

<v Speaker 1>made a thud. It looked awful for her, it looked awful.

<v Speaker 1>And Mercedes is sitting on the apron right sitting there

<v Speaker 1>doing her dance, completely unbothered by the fact that her

<v Speaker 1>tag team partner just brained herself right in front of her.

<v Speaker 1>And also she's not paying attention because here comes Tony

<v Speaker 1>Storm off the ropes with a running hip attack, and

<v Speaker 1>with her hips she knocks Mercedes off the apron to

<v Speaker 1>the floor. Storm tried a DDT off the apron on Athena,

<v Speaker 1>who just slammed Tony down violently. Windsor was able to

<v Speaker 1>hit a running sentan off the apron onto Athena and Monette,

<v Speaker 1>and all four women were down. As they went to

<v Speaker 1>the final commercial break, Windsor was worked over during the

<v Speaker 1>entire commercial. Things came back with her ducking a forearm

<v Speaker 1>by Athena, which connected with Mercedes by accident. This allowed

<v Speaker 1>Storm to come on in with the Mongolian shops. Thees

<v Speaker 1>Press took out Athena, Monet and Athena. They regained their composure.

<v Speaker 1>They started making some frequent tags. Tony, though, avoided a

<v Speaker 1>running Meteora in the corner and then delivered a DDT

<v Speaker 1>to Athena and crawled towards her corner. Windsor tagged in

<v Speaker 1>delivered to sit out power bomb on Mercedes. Athena broke

<v Speaker 1>up the fall Tony and Athena. They brawled outside and

<v Speaker 1>Athena delivered a storm zero on the ring steps to

<v Speaker 1>Tony's storm. This was the other big bump of the match,

<v Speaker 1>fucking pile driver on the ring steps and it looked

<v Speaker 1>brutal and Athena starts cackling. Mercedes attempted a cross face

<v Speaker 1>inside the ring Windsor though power out and delivered a

<v Speaker 1>samoan drop. Windsor then applied a sharpshooter. Mercedes tapped out,

<v Speaker 1>but Aubrey Edwards tells Windsor she's not the legal woman.

<v Speaker 1>that this woman is not legal. And of course Windsor

<v Speaker 1>just keeps arguing the point like an idiot, like a

<v Speaker 1>don't see because it's off camera that Athena is on

<v Speaker 1>the top rope in position and she comes flying off

<v Speaker 1>lackluster build, including the unified title match. I'll throw that

<v Speaker 1>door match, that's an aw match. But the build up

<v Speaker 1>to this Ocata Swarb Strickland match has been very like dull.

<v Speaker 1>It's been very, very very dull. They haven't even really

<v Speaker 1>been featured all that often on TV. Swerve has really

<v Speaker 1>and maybe he is legitimately hurt, but like Swerve has

<v Speaker 1>really been phased down in these last several weeks. The thing, though,

<v Speaker 1>is that these matches on paper, they should all deliver.

<v Speaker 1>Like I'm not really worried about the quality of the match,

<v Speaker 1>you know, once the bell rings, I just wish I

<v Speaker 1>had more of a reason to actually get excited for

<v Speaker 1>these matches. And this is what Tony Kahn typically relies on,

<v Speaker 1>it gives me a headache. You rely on the talent

<v Speaker 1>to go out there and do what they do best,

<v Speaker 1>and have kick ass matches on these pay per views,

<v Speaker 1>which is why these pay per views in terms of

<v Speaker 1>like the in ring quality of what we see on

<v Speaker 1>them are top notch. So I'm not really worried about that,

<v Speaker 1>but I just I wish there was more to it

<v Speaker 1>than just that. And in so many of these matches

<v Speaker 1>for the TNT title match there too, there's just nothing

<v Speaker 1>there but forbidden door card. Let's go through this real quick.

<v Speaker 1>not mention any of the zero hour pre show matches,

<v Speaker 1>but this is the card as it stands. I'll throw

<v Speaker 1>my predictions in here as we go along. Kyle Fletcher,

<v Speaker 1>is a very good chance she's gonna end up with
