<v Speaker 1>Jerry Katy and Josh makes one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>Lady's been dying to talk about baby Nana, Nana, little
<v Speaker 2>baby Nana and what she's doing in.
<v Speaker 3>Your life and trying to help you a little.
<v Speaker 1>Bit, right, Yeah, Well, honestly, like she goes and I'm
<v Speaker 1>very proud of her for doing this.
<v Speaker 3>She gets therapy pretty regularly, Like.
<v Speaker 1>She goes out and searches it in times that she
<v Speaker 1>feels like she's overwhelmed and everything, and we talk about everything.
<v Speaker 1>So she fills me in on her sessions and lets
<v Speaker 1>me know how it's going and what they're talking about
<v Speaker 1>and stuff, and you know, she thinks she then takes
<v Speaker 1>it upon herself to be like, you need therapy, mom,
<v Speaker 1>Like you know, she she actually said, you know, you're
<v Speaker 1>very anxious. I feel like maybe you even have ADHD,
<v Speaker 1>Like have you ever been diagnosed?
<v Speaker 3>And I'm just like, are you serious?
<v Speaker 1>Right now? You've been to therapy three times this week
<v Speaker 1>and all of a sudden you have a degree, you know, Like,
<v Speaker 1>but she really does, like she tries to diagnose me,
<v Speaker 1>and you know, she's like, you wake up and you
<v Speaker 1>immediately drink coffee that makes you already anxious, and then
<v Speaker 1>you know you're dealing.
<v Speaker 3>Your job is very stressful. So she's like, I.
<v Speaker 1>Feel like you're just like walking around with riddled anxiety.
<v Speaker 3>And I'm like, yeah, welcome to real life. I know,
<v Speaker 3>like welcome to everybody.
<v Speaker 1>And here's the thing is, I agree with her in
<v Speaker 1>the sense that I think people should constantly get therapy.
<v Speaker 1>For me, It's not one hundred percent all the time.
<v Speaker 1>It's not consistently. I feel like therapy for me is
<v Speaker 1>certain times in my life I.
<v Speaker 3>Need it more. I lean to it a little more.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, she thinks she is a believer in every
<v Speaker 1>single part of your life should be kind of scrutinized
<v Speaker 1>and is up for you know, people to.
<v Speaker 4>Just look at dissect.
<v Speaker 1>It and diagnose you with things and that in itself
<v Speaker 1>and anxiety for me life, why would you need to
<v Speaker 1>nitpick every little thing. I think that that's definitely a
<v Speaker 1>younger generation thing too, is they're so focused on their
<v Speaker 1>mental health and their well being and you know, reaching
<v Speaker 1>out and things like that that it's just second nature
<v Speaker 1>for her. And again, she grew up having it, so
<v Speaker 1>it's not foreign. So so she she does it, and
<v Speaker 1>I just it's so funny to me because I like
<v Speaker 1>that she gets what she gets out of it, but
<v Speaker 1>she really turns into a little therapist.
<v Speaker 3>She does walks through life, you cow, not just me,
<v Speaker 3>but everybody childhood.
<v Speaker 1>She'll go to work and she'll be like, I really
<v Speaker 1>think my boss is dealing with some just like unresolved issues.
<v Speaker 2>And I'm like, okay, I would not want to hang
<v Speaker 2>out with your daughter.
<v Speaker 3>Funny, Like that's not funny, that's annoying.
<v Speaker 1>It's funny because it's just like there's definitely things that
<v Speaker 1>I think we can all approve on improve on, you know.
<v Speaker 3>But and that's what a therapist.
<v Speaker 2>Job is, what mine would be.
<v Speaker 4>But okay, I mean I don't think too but I
<v Speaker 4>think he's dealing with some narcissistic qualities, some journey.
<v Speaker 1>But maybe that's doctor baby, no, not to you now.
<v Speaker 1>And I think that, like truthfully, I again, I want
<v Speaker 1>to just stress how much you know, mental health is
<v Speaker 1>so oh so like I'm not well, I'm not knocking
<v Speaker 1>on it because she you know, she hasn't seen her
<v Speaker 1>therapist in like three weeks because she's been on vacation
<v Speaker 1>or something.
<v Speaker 2>So she's issues to talk about.
<v Speaker 3>She's got a lot of things right.
<v Speaker 1>Well, you know, and have no responsibility, have so many responsibilities.
<v Speaker 1>So she was actually just up for a promotion within
<v Speaker 1>the job that she's at, and so one of the
<v Speaker 1>things that she has to do is learn Spanish just
<v Speaker 1>so she can, you know, get ahead and everything.
<v Speaker 3>It will just benefit her.
<v Speaker 1>It's not something that's required, but it would really behoove
<v Speaker 1>her if she learned Spanish. Spanish, how do you say that,
<v Speaker 1>you guys don Spanish?
<v Speaker 3>Not me.
<v Speaker 2>I took like six years of Spanish high school and college.
<v Speaker 2>I don't remember.
<v Speaker 3>At remember anything. I don't remember anything. Josh too, it's Spanish.
<v Speaker 2>Don't use it.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, nothing nothing.
<v Speaker 1>I don't even know the numbers, which is bad.
<v Speaker 3>I remember those. But yeah, it's just I that should
<v Speaker 3>be a happy time.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I guess it is stressful. She does have to
<v Speaker 2>use a learn a second language.
<v Speaker 1>And then on top of that, you know, she's going
<v Speaker 1>to school, she's got her podcast, she's got her friend,
<v Speaker 1>she's got her boyfriend.
<v Speaker 3>Like, she's got a lot of stuff going on her
<v Speaker 3>friends and boyfriend.
<v Speaker 1>And I'm just I'm proud of her for at least
<v Speaker 1>acknowledging that, you know, if she needs some help in
<v Speaker 1>that regard that she's gonna go seek it out. It's
<v Speaker 1>just it really is funny that she then passes that
<v Speaker 1>on to me, like I also think you need this?
<v Speaker 2>Does she has she actually diagnosed you with some sort
<v Speaker 2>of just told you.
<v Speaker 1>Like she I know, she's like, because she'll tell me
<v Speaker 1>a whole and you guys get you guys give me
<v Speaker 1>crap about this all the time?
<v Speaker 3>Would she?
<v Speaker 1>She'll tell me a story and then she'll ask me
<v Speaker 1>a question and I'll be like, I'm sorry, when did
<v Speaker 1>you say it?
<v Speaker 3>Like I didn't hear it. Tell me your story again.
<v Speaker 1>Tell me I'll pay attention, I promise, and so like
<v Speaker 1>she thinks that that's like some kind of ADHD element
<v Speaker 1>at least. No, it's just you can just saying I know,
<v Speaker 1>I make it more interesting and then I'll listen.
<v Speaker 3>And here's the thing is, your kids.
<v Speaker 1>Are still pretty young, so they haven't reached that eighteen
<v Speaker 1>year old stage where they become an adult and they
<v Speaker 1>think they can tell you anything, just like a wall
<v Speaker 1>has been removed and all of a sudden they I'm
<v Speaker 1>worldly for you, yeah, and like they're there to tell
<v Speaker 1>you how the world works, and.
<v Speaker 3>You kind of have to just sit back and be
<v Speaker 3>like uh huh. And then you're like, oh, just wait
<v Speaker 3>a few years down the road.
<v Speaker 4>Okay.
<v Speaker 1>The funny thing is I remember doing this to my mom.
<v Speaker 1>I remember calling my mom once and telling her how
<v Speaker 1>amazing Alli was, Like I discovered it or something and
<v Speaker 1>my mom is a.
<v Speaker 3>Cook, and yes, yes are You just have to just.
<v Speaker 1>You know, humor them a little bit and be like, yes,
<v Speaker 1>you discovered olive oils.
<v Speaker 2>You discovered therapy gold.
<v Speaker 3>Star for you. Yeah, so you get ready, Jar, will
<v Speaker 3>you ready? When they get eighteen? They know everything?
<v Speaker 2>Well, bless her heart, Katie, she's bless her heart.
<v Speaker 3>She's good.
<v Speaker 2>We'll have to have her on sometime once she learned
<v Speaker 2>Spanish and she have to talk to us in Spanish.
<v Speaker 3>Would be a good little test.
<v Speaker 5>Zoe, Mama, madre, madre, Babe.
<v Speaker 1>I'm me baby, Yana, you say baby in Spanish?
<v Speaker 5>Me make me mama? Could I'm blowing through garab on you.
<v Speaker 2>I'm thanks for sharing your life for this.
<v Speaker 3>She hates me, she actually likes you quite a bit.
<v Speaker 3>But I'm I'm making stap
