<v Speaker 2>I said? What up? Teach?
<v Speaker 1>I said, Professor the professor paget here I am.
<v Speaker 2>Here we go.
<v Speaker 1>Josh sent a note last night that said, you did
<v Speaker 1>something very kind for somebody at Mickey D's last night.
<v Speaker 3>I did, And it was kind of spur of the
<v Speaker 3>moment thing. I wasn't planning on doing this, but uh,
<v Speaker 3>we were. I was ordering some lunch yesterday at the
<v Speaker 3>old Mickey D's because I'm classy, and uh there was
<v Speaker 3>the person in front of me, right to the left
<v Speaker 3>of me, was paying with a credit card and he
<v Speaker 3>kept getting declined and he was looking around for like
<v Speaker 3>maybe another one or some cash or something.
<v Speaker 2>And I saw him.
<v Speaker 3>He's like, can you just run the card again? And
<v Speaker 3>I've been in that situation before, and I was like, you.
<v Speaker 1>Know what at Panda Express, right it.
<v Speaker 2>Was at Panda Express. It was like, this is my moment.
<v Speaker 2>Here we go.
<v Speaker 3>So I go, you know what, hey, I got you
<v Speaker 3>whatever you need. Whatever he is, I'll just pay for
<v Speaker 3>his meal as well. And he was like so thankful.
<v Speaker 3>He was like thank you so much, like, oh my gosh,
<v Speaker 3>God bless you. Like and it was just a thing
<v Speaker 3>that I just did really quickly went throughout the day.
<v Speaker 2>It wasn't that expensive.
<v Speaker 3>He was an extra like eleven dollars, so it was
<v Speaker 3>like whatever, it's not a huge deal. Totally fine, and yeah,
<v Speaker 3>just went on without my earth throughout my day. It
<v Speaker 3>was totally fine. And then I had dinner later that
<v Speaker 3>night at going to make myself sound like I'm so unhealthy,
<v Speaker 3>but I went to Panda Express later that night.
<v Speaker 2>By the way, sing him.
<v Speaker 3>When I do cook, I make a meal for seven
<v Speaker 3>and it goes bad because I have horrible portion control. Well, anyway,
<v Speaker 3>that day, something happened at pan Express. I don't know
<v Speaker 3>what happened, but the lady that was checking me out, uh,
<v Speaker 3>completely comped my meal and I was like, yo, this
<v Speaker 3>is like good Karmie. I didn't ask her for this
<v Speaker 3>at all or anything, so I got a total free meal.
<v Speaker 1>Get away with you doing that.
<v Speaker 3>She said something and I couldn't She had a pretty
<v Speaker 3>thick accent, so I am so sorry, but I couldn't
<v Speaker 3>really understand. But she's like, yeah, your meal's free, and
<v Speaker 3>I was like what moving I don't know if I
<v Speaker 3>was like the a thousand customer that day or something
<v Speaker 3>like that, but I got a totally free meal and
<v Speaker 3>I was like, you know what, that's kind of good.
<v Speaker 1>Car.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, that's pretty good all in one day too, which
<v Speaker 3>was crazy because that never happens.
<v Speaker 2>But yeah, so I was like, oh, okay, I kind
<v Speaker 2>of did my good deed for the day.
<v Speaker 1>McDonald's order.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, I got the snack wraps, as you should, dude,
<v Speaker 3>So they have this is Oh my gosh, it's so good.
<v Speaker 3>I have this new snack wrap or they have this
<v Speaker 3>new snack wrap. It's like this gold sauce. Have you
<v Speaker 3>had it yet? It just came out like like hot mustard.
<v Speaker 3>Is it like a honey hot mustard?
<v Speaker 2>No, I don't.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know how to describe it. They just call
<v Speaker 3>it the gold sauce. And it's so good.
<v Speaker 2>And so I had the last two because yesterday they're like, oh, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>these are there.
<v Speaker 3>We don't have enough gold sauce to go around, so
<v Speaker 3>it's sold out, but I got the last two yesterday.
<v Speaker 3>It was a good day yesterday in terms of like
<v Speaker 3>getting lucky for that. Yeah, and I highly suggest you
<v Speaker 3>get that gold sauce. Stuff because I don't know what
<v Speaker 3>it is.
<v Speaker 1>So it blends a tangy vinegar based North Carolina barbecue
<v Speaker 1>sauce with notes of honey, smoke and mustard. Dude, it's
<v Speaker 1>a limited edition, special edition. I want to try that.
<v Speaker 3>The smoke, the honey, smoke and mustard. It really I
<v Speaker 3>highly suggest it. Plus, like when you do get the
<v Speaker 3>extra sauce, it comes in like a gold packaging. It's like,
<v Speaker 3>I'm so, you just feel so well.
<v Speaker 1>You're going sitting the cup holder of your civic right.
<v Speaker 3>It's so good, man, I don't know. I mean, I
<v Speaker 3>guess we just found out what they put in there.
<v Speaker 3>But yeah, it's it's really really you can taste the smokiness.
<v Speaker 1>That looks good. Listen, buddy, you better ease up on
<v Speaker 1>the fast food. It'll catch up with you, you really will.
<v Speaker 1>But I figured I can metabolism forever.
<v Speaker 2>But enjoy it now. That's what I when. Yeah, this
<v Speaker 2>is when he.
<v Speaker 1>Can do this healthy habits.
<v Speaker 3>Now.
<v Speaker 1>I miss that so much, being able to go through
<v Speaker 1>multiple drive throughs in a day, like you really do
<v Speaker 1>have to watch multiple drivers in a day.
<v Speaker 3>Look, I have so much work going on. I was
<v Speaker 3>here till like three pm. Yesterday. So I have a
<v Speaker 3>bunch of stuff going on, so I needed something quick. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>but yeah, no, And I still do like I'm make
<v Speaker 3>the healthy shakes.
<v Speaker 2>I eat good when I can. But again, it's so true.
<v Speaker 3>When I do cook, I get a lot of recipes
<v Speaker 3>and stuff from my mom and she for about thirty
<v Speaker 3>three years, I've been cooking for seven people. Yeah right,
<v Speaker 3>and I don't know how to I don't know how
<v Speaker 3>to change the portry controls. So I usually make something
<v Speaker 3>for a family of seven. So if anybody ever wants dinner,
<v Speaker 3>come over.
<v Speaker 1>To my seven steaks at one.
<v Speaker 2>Dude.
<v Speaker 3>No, I'm talking about like soups and stuff. I know
<v Speaker 3>how to make one steak.
<v Speaker 2>I can do that. I'm not that well.
<v Speaker 1>It'll catch up with you, buddy, it really will.
<v Speaker 2>I know.
<v Speaker 1>I was extremely frustrated this morning. I got up, got dressed,
<v Speaker 1>went down to my office and was working on the laptop.
<v Speaker 1>And the cool came down, you know, about half an
<v Speaker 1>hour later or whatever, and she's like, hey, how's it going,
<v Speaker 1>And I go, oh my god, I can't breathe in
<v Speaker 1>this shirt. I had like a nice dress shirt today
<v Speaker 1>one of those button ops. I was like, I'm just
<v Speaker 1>gonna look a little nicer today, and it tucked in
<v Speaker 1>and everything. You guys, it was so incredibly tight, like
<v Speaker 1>I couldn't do the thing where I like grab a
<v Speaker 1>pin in front of me because the back was gonna
<v Speaker 1>go oh no, No, arms were tight, and I was like.
<v Speaker 2>I gotta change. Is that where you lean to the
<v Speaker 2>side to kind of get that deep breath?
<v Speaker 1>So I had to.
<v Speaker 2>I was.
<v Speaker 1>I finished my work there sitting there, but I took
<v Speaker 1>and I unbuttoned like the like four buttons at the bottom,
<v Speaker 1>and it was like, oh my gosh. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>what happened, Katie.
<v Speaker 2>The shirt shrunk in the wash.
<v Speaker 1>It's what it is sensitive question. I'm sorry, Katy, I know, like,
<v Speaker 1>how does that happen? You get a little older and
<v Speaker 1>metabolism slows down. I think I even verbally out loud,
<v Speaker 1>went oh my god, and I unbuttoned it.
<v Speaker 2>Thank you, baby Jesus.
