<v Speaker 1>Jerry Katy and Josh six one hundred can sound off
<v Speaker 1>about Jeremiah's situation.
<v Speaker 2>He said, I travel a lot.
<v Speaker 1>I've had this amazing pet sitter for years when I travel,
<v Speaker 1>super dependable. My dog's lover, and she was actually recommended
<v Speaker 1>by a mutual friend. It's been a great setup until now.
<v Speaker 1>Dun dun dum.
<v Speaker 2>I got back home recently.
<v Speaker 1>Everything looked normal, dogs are happy, house looks clean, ten
<v Speaker 1>out of ten service. Then I go to open the
<v Speaker 1>blinds behind the couch and I see something that doesn't
<v Speaker 1>quite match the paint down there on the floor. So
<v Speaker 1>he says, I picked it up and it was a wrapper, okay,
<v Speaker 1>of a candy a prophylectic?
<v Speaker 2>Oh do we still have little ears listening or everybody
<v Speaker 2>in school?
<v Speaker 3>Oh good?
<v Speaker 1>It was a condom wrapper behind the couch. He goes,
<v Speaker 1>not mine, cause well I don't use him.
<v Speaker 2>Ha ha ha that's what he wrote. Oh watch guy.
<v Speaker 1>Jeremiah says, now, listen, I'm no prude, but she brought
<v Speaker 1>some random dude into my house.
<v Speaker 2>Who is he?
<v Speaker 1>Does he know how to get back in? Did he
<v Speaker 1>scope the place out, steal anything? Or was this a
<v Speaker 1>one time Netflix inchill situation?
<v Speaker 2>He goes on to say, and gross on my couch.
<v Speaker 4>Come on, man, I know.
<v Speaker 2>Here's my dilemma.
<v Speaker 1>She's been amazing, reliable and trustworthy, and a good pet
<v Speaker 1>sitter is basically impossible to find. Absolutely, he says, of
<v Speaker 1>course I need her services again in like two weeks
<v Speaker 1>when I have to fly to Texas. So what would
<v Speaker 1>you guys do? Do I let it slide and have
<v Speaker 1>the no dude's talk? Well, that doesn't make sense. Do
<v Speaker 1>I let this slide and have the no dude's talk
<v Speaker 1>if he's gonna let it slide?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, you don't have You don't change.
<v Speaker 1>What do I do? Do I have the no Dude's talk?
<v Speaker 1>Or do I let it slide that's better? Or should
<v Speaker 1>I start interviewing new sitters before I leave? This really sucks?
<v Speaker 1>What do you guys and your listeners think?
<v Speaker 2>Thanks? JKJ hit me up and that was from Jeremiah.
<v Speaker 4>Oh how funny.
<v Speaker 1>So if you want to sound off about Jeremiah's situation,
<v Speaker 1>three O three six nine one one mix three oh
<v Speaker 1>three six nine one sixteen forty nine had a dog
<v Speaker 1>sitter at the house. Apparently she was getting her freak
<v Speaker 1>on there in the living room, he found the condom wrapper.
<v Speaker 2>What does he do about this situation?
<v Speaker 1>We want to hear from our listeners three oh three
<v Speaker 1>six nine one, sixteen forty nine first impressions.
<v Speaker 5>Guys, I feel like if I was in Jeremiah she was,
<v Speaker 5>I'd kind of be the one to maybe not bring
<v Speaker 5>it up, but like as she's coming over to babysit
<v Speaker 5>or to pet sit the next time, like leave it
<v Speaker 5>on the counter and just be like, hey, like do
<v Speaker 5>a better you know, job, cleaning up a little bit well.
<v Speaker 3>It or don't even.
<v Speaker 1>Say Patress would be not even saying any Yeah, you
<v Speaker 1>just leave.
<v Speaker 5>It and she because she you know, she'd go white
<v Speaker 5>as a ghost and just be like, oh no.
<v Speaker 3>I mean because then you you'd have to be more
<v Speaker 3>careful after that.
<v Speaker 4>Right yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, But it doesn't negate the situation of having random
<v Speaker 1>dudes at the house.
<v Speaker 5>And I don't like be more careful because you brought
<v Speaker 5>up such a good point of like is he scoping
<v Speaker 5>it out? Like even if it does like a one
<v Speaker 5>night stand thing, that guy knows how to get to
<v Speaker 5>the house now, he knows his way around it.
<v Speaker 2>Like that is well, that's me, you know what.
<v Speaker 1>I'm always so paranoid about who's in the house, who's
<v Speaker 1>watching the house? And so like when I was reading this,
<v Speaker 1>that's what I instantly thought of. You got this random
<v Speaker 1>guy in the house.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, like you have no idea who it is. Okay,
<v Speaker 2>who knows? You could be casing the joint. Next thing
<v Speaker 2>you know, your entire DVD collection is gone. It's DVDs d.
<v Speaker 4>You don't have to bring it the donations yourself. What
<v Speaker 4>they did you as.
<v Speaker 1>Solid king, You're looking for Wayne's World and you're like, hey,
<v Speaker 1>my DVDs are gone.
<v Speaker 4>No, I can say, like speaking from experience, so I
<v Speaker 4>pets it like or I used to.
<v Speaker 2>I used to petsit.
<v Speaker 4>I have had this situation where you're at somebody else's house.
<v Speaker 4>You know, maybe you're staying there for a week or so.
<v Speaker 4>Like I petsit once for almost ten days. So I
<v Speaker 4>was at somebody's house for quite a long period of time.
<v Speaker 2>Now here's how it works for me.
<v Speaker 4>Usually when I'm like getting into that situation, So when
<v Speaker 4>I'm talking to the person about pet sitting for them,
<v Speaker 4>this usually comes up to where they're like, I don't
<v Speaker 4>care if you have people over, it's fine, I trust you.
<v Speaker 4>I'm sure you can clean up after yourself. So I
<v Speaker 4>have had guys come visit me at other people's houses, Like,
<v Speaker 4>I've definitely done this, but I guess like I do
<v Speaker 4>what Josh says, I clean up after myself. I don't
<v Speaker 4>leave things around to where they knew I had a visitor.
<v Speaker 4>But I also don't tell them right.
<v Speaker 5>But then they are thinking about, like all the stuff
<v Speaker 5>they did on the couch, like I don't. I don't
<v Speaker 5>like that because you find the rapper there, You're like, oh, yeah,
<v Speaker 5>this is where.
<v Speaker 3>Really what does she down?
<v Speaker 2>They don't know who could have come with the couch
<v Speaker 2>in the heat of the moment, like, who hold up,
<v Speaker 2>let me get a sheet.
<v Speaker 3>They couldn't pick up a rapper, but they put a
<v Speaker 3>sheet down right.
<v Speaker 4>Fell behind the couch. I think the rapper just got
<v Speaker 4>away from them. But I truly feel like this is
<v Speaker 4>something that most homeowners, if they have someone coming into
<v Speaker 4>their house to live there, they're going to say, if
<v Speaker 4>you want people over, it's I trust you, just be mindful,
<v Speaker 4>Maybe not meet them on Tinder and bring them over
<v Speaker 4>to my house, Like that's probably a no go. But
<v Speaker 4>if you have a boyfriend or a girlfriend and you
<v Speaker 4>want them to come over, you know, They're probably going
<v Speaker 4>to have to expect that if you're going to be
<v Speaker 4>staying at.
<v Speaker 2>Their house for multiple days.
<v Speaker 1>So do you expect that or do you just hope
<v Speaker 1>that you've got somebody who's courteous and that they're.
<v Speaker 2>Not going to do that.
<v Speaker 4>Well, I'm just saying, like most people say, if you
<v Speaker 4>want people, it's fine, if you have people come over,
<v Speaker 4>just be respectful. Like that's my you know experience anyway.
<v Speaker 1>Right, calls and text coming in. If you're texting calls,
<v Speaker 1>we want to talk to you guys. Three zero three
<v Speaker 1>six mix three oh three six sixteen forty nine quick recap.
<v Speaker 1>Jeremiah hires this pet sitter. She's very reliable. Ten out
<v Speaker 1>of ten service is what he said in the email.
<v Speaker 1>Got home from his last trip. There was a condom
<v Speaker 1>ramber behind the couch. It wasn't his, And now he's like,
<v Speaker 1>who in the world is she having over? And what
<v Speaker 1>is going on at the house? What do I do
<v Speaker 1>about this? Do I find a new pet sitter? Do
<v Speaker 1>I approach her? Do I burn that couch? Rose had
<v Speaker 1>a very funny text that said, I'm curious about the dogs.
<v Speaker 1>Were they watching and how are they affected?
<v Speaker 2>Rose? Thank you very much. That's a very very funny comment.
<v Speaker 2>Oh my god, not again.
<v Speaker 1>If you're calling in and you're being placed on hold,
<v Speaker 1>hang tight, Josh is getting to you.
<v Speaker 2>Here's Julie.
<v Speaker 1>Hi, Julie, Hello, Hello, good morning. So what do you
<v Speaker 1>think about this pet sitter getting her free con.
<v Speaker 6>Well, I am a pet sitter. I've been petsitting for many,
<v Speaker 6>many years, and I let people know that, you know,
<v Speaker 6>I ask them how they feel about, you know, if
<v Speaker 6>friends come over, male or female, you know, because some
<v Speaker 6>people don't want people they don't know in their house,
<v Speaker 6>and so I'm always upfront with them. You know, a
<v Speaker 6>friend of mine's coming into town, is it all right
<v Speaker 6>if they come over for dinner or something? And nine
<v Speaker 6>out of time ten, you know, nine out of ten
<v Speaker 6>times they are fine with them coming over and having
<v Speaker 6>dinner or whatever. And but I personally couldn't have somebody
<v Speaker 6>spend the night. I would feel very weird about that.
<v Speaker 2>But you've never done that. You've never had somebody stay
<v Speaker 2>on that with you, spend the night eight and a
<v Speaker 2>half minutes.
<v Speaker 6>Well, I've never never had that at anybody else's house.
<v Speaker 1>An eight and a half minutes of shooting high. Honestly,
<v Speaker 1>the uber can wait out from while we wrap things up.
<v Speaker 2>All right?
<v Speaker 6>Come on, now, I know I wouldn't feel comfortable with
<v Speaker 6>having that scenario in somebody else's house that I was
<v Speaker 6>pet sitting at.
<v Speaker 1>Wells, This girl is does not share your thoughts. So
<v Speaker 1>what should Jeremiah do? Should he give her the boot
<v Speaker 1>or just give her you know, like, hey, this is
<v Speaker 1>hopefully this was a one and done type thing.
<v Speaker 2>Should he talk to her?
<v Speaker 6>He should talk to her. I mean, if if I
<v Speaker 6>do something that makes the people unhappy for some reason
<v Speaker 6>or gives them concern, I want to know about it
<v Speaker 6>and so I don't do it again, so you know,
<v Speaker 6>we can correct it whatever needs to be done. I mean,
<v Speaker 6>that's what keeps a good pet sitting client relationship going
<v Speaker 6>is that we talk things out if there's an issue
<v Speaker 6>and and we move on from it. So I mean,
<v Speaker 6>he could very nicely say, hey, you know, I'm not
<v Speaker 6>comfortable with having people I don't personally know in my house.
<v Speaker 2>Truly, really quick, what's the worst type of dog to sit?
<v Speaker 2>What breed a puppy?
<v Speaker 4>Way?
<v Speaker 2>A lot of potty pads?
<v Speaker 7>They are cuting, good thing, they're cute.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, Julie, I have you down.
<v Speaker 1>I had you down for give her a good talking to.
<v Speaker 1>We appreciate you calling in today. Thank you so much.
<v Speaker 7>Bye bye bye.
<v Speaker 1>Phone lines blowing up. If you guys get placed on hold,
<v Speaker 1>don't go anywhere. Hi Kim, good morning, Hi.
<v Speaker 8>Good morning, good morning. So I actually cracked up when
<v Speaker 8>Josh said about putting the rapper on the counter. I
<v Speaker 8>probably wouldn't do that. Probably I probably wouldn't even address
<v Speaker 8>the wrapper. But I think that it's like a tackle
<v Speaker 8>way to say it. Would just to say something along
<v Speaker 8>the lines of, hey, I'm not sure we covered this before,
<v Speaker 8>but you know, it dawned on me that I don't
<v Speaker 8>really you know, I wouldn't prefer you to have other
<v Speaker 8>people here, just you know, for safety's sake, and so
<v Speaker 8>kind of just maybe be vague about it, and then
<v Speaker 8>she can put the you know, two and two together, right, Yeah, she's.
<v Speaker 2>Good at putting things together.
<v Speaker 3>That is good advice.
<v Speaker 1>Wouldn't you be a great twist though, if Jeremiah is
<v Speaker 1>married and it ended up being like his wife like no,
<v Speaker 1>just thinking out loud here the babysitters like, what what
<v Speaker 1>are you talking about?
<v Speaker 2>I don't know, I didn't do anything, I don't know
<v Speaker 2>what the hell.
<v Speaker 1>You're talking about all right, Kim, so you're basically in camp.
<v Speaker 2>Talk to her, but don't bring.
<v Speaker 7>Up the wrapper.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, perfect. You're so kind for calling in. Have
<v Speaker 2>a great day.
<v Speaker 8>Well, thank you.
<v Speaker 1>I can if anyone wants to sound off three oh
<v Speaker 1>three six nine one, sixteen forty nine. I got Marjorie,
<v Speaker 1>Stephanie and Andy still on the line, but we'll continue
<v Speaker 1>to take calls.
<v Speaker 2>Here's Marjorie. Hi, Marjorie, Hello, Hello. Thoughts for the pet sitter?
<v Speaker 7>So well, I think he should definitely talk to her.
<v Speaker 7>My daughter's a pet sitter and she's so respectful. She
<v Speaker 7>wouldn't even let me come by a house.
<v Speaker 1>Oh wow, Well that's because she had a couple. Want
<v Speaker 1>you to see him, Marjorie.
<v Speaker 7>Come on, So I hope I don't find out this
<v Speaker 7>was my daughter, But yeah, I definitely think he should
<v Speaker 7>talk to her. Yeah, absolutely, you should be able to.
<v Speaker 7>I mean, it's your home.
<v Speaker 2>Right, Like, how should he approach this with her?
<v Speaker 7>Then?
<v Speaker 2>If he is going to be talking to her, you know,
<v Speaker 2>I liked what.
<v Speaker 7>The one collar saying. You know, we maybe didn't cover
<v Speaker 7>this before, but it looks like we need to now.
<v Speaker 1>Right, Please stop getting your freak on in the house,
<v Speaker 1>please stop. I wonder if this guy's got cameras in
<v Speaker 1>the house, if not in my way time, and that
<v Speaker 1>could be a good way to kind of lead into
<v Speaker 1>this too. Hey, I'm gonna throw a camera up in
<v Speaker 1>the house just so you know that instead of using
<v Speaker 1>the couch, use the guest bedroom.
<v Speaker 7>So you know, I'm curious. I don't even know now
<v Speaker 7>if these people cover this with my daughter beforehand, but
<v Speaker 7>I know she She let me deliver her coffee and
<v Speaker 7>leave it on the step one time. But yeah, she
<v Speaker 7>wouldn't let me in it.
<v Speaker 4>She's no visitors allowed.
<v Speaker 2>Mom, thank you for the coffee.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's so funny. Okay, so I'm putting you in camp.
<v Speaker 1>Talk to the sitter. Yes, you're very wonderful, very very wonderful.
<v Speaker 2>Marjorie, have a great.
<v Speaker 7>Day, you guys.
<v Speaker 1>To lady yet Stephanie, Hi, Stephanie, Hi, how are you well?
<v Speaker 1>We're super Dope's advice for Jeremiah.
<v Speaker 9>I think you should just leave it alone. So I
<v Speaker 9>travel a lot as well. Sometimes my husband gets to
<v Speaker 9>go with me till we have a dog sitter. She
<v Speaker 9>normally will ask me if she can have somebody over,
<v Speaker 9>but I think she knows we have like fifty cameras
<v Speaker 9>around the house, so I'm going to know anyways. But
<v Speaker 9>I mean sex happens, right, so.
<v Speaker 3>Wow, people do people do?
<v Speaker 2>Happens? He does?
<v Speaker 9>If he just upset because he's not having second.
<v Speaker 10>He's jealous, you know, it could be funny. Could be
<v Speaker 10>he's jelly maybe and I'm not. I couldn't have the
<v Speaker 10>hots for the pet sitter. And he's like, whoa, I
<v Speaker 10>thought we had something.
<v Speaker 7>I know.
<v Speaker 1>Have you ever caught your pet sitter doing stuff in
<v Speaker 1>your house with your fifty cameras?
<v Speaker 7>Yeah?
<v Speaker 9>I mean she's had I've had her for a couple
<v Speaker 9>of years now, so she's have her other boyfriend over,
<v Speaker 9>and now she has this boyfriend over. I see when
<v Speaker 9>she gets deliveries of the house.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, but you're kind of into it. You like
<v Speaker 2>to watch so.
<v Speaker 9>Right, I'm checking it all the time.
<v Speaker 2>She's like, oh, she's got another guy over.
<v Speaker 4>You're learning too, It's okay, it's learning experience.
<v Speaker 1>So where where am I putting your vote? Where you
<v Speaker 1>talk or no talk? Put cameras up?
<v Speaker 2>What's your vote?
<v Speaker 9>I would say, just leave it be just leave it,
<v Speaker 9>just move on, leave it, move on.
<v Speaker 2>Let her do what she's got to do.
<v Speaker 9>Yep, exactly, all right, you are.
<v Speaker 2>One vote for just buzz off, leave it, leave her alone.
<v Speaker 1>See you later, Stephanie, Bye bye.
<v Speaker 6>That's fun.
<v Speaker 2>All right, Well we can wrap things up with Andy. Hi.
<v Speaker 1>Andy, Hi, Hey, what are your thoughts for Jeremiah in
<v Speaker 1>the Horny House?
<v Speaker 2>Sitter?
<v Speaker 11>I think talking about it, it's hard, Like I'm a
<v Speaker 11>dog sitter. I actually used to work in a magical
<v Speaker 11>place called the Hamptons and used to have to like
<v Speaker 11>do like just pet sitting, but like how you would
<v Speaker 11>do babysitting with kids, mmm yeah, And like I would
<v Speaker 11>have like people go out and then random people just
<v Speaker 11>come back into their house, and so I had to
<v Speaker 11>have that conversation with the pet parents just like random
<v Speaker 11>people just showed up, and like I was like, who
<v Speaker 11>are these people? But like just having that conversation because
<v Speaker 11>also she doesn't know if he has cameras, Like I
<v Speaker 11>have pet parents telling me all the time, like we
<v Speaker 11>have cameras, like we'll be watching you, Like it's right there.
<v Speaker 1>He should have a camera out there. He really should
<v Speaker 1>just keep an eye on his house and what's going on?
<v Speaker 1>Who are these random people in the Hamptons? Was it
<v Speaker 1>just like butlers and maids or what.
<v Speaker 11>No, just like the guy would go out with a
<v Speaker 11>group of people, come back with a group of different people.
<v Speaker 11>Like sometimes there'd just be random girls and guys coming
<v Speaker 11>to this house, like these little mega mansions. It was
<v Speaker 11>like random. Like there'd be like there'd be like thousand
<v Speaker 11>dollars like bottle service coming just getting dropped in. He's like, oh,
<v Speaker 11>just let them in. And I'm like, okay, he.
<v Speaker 3>Was your dog.
<v Speaker 2>You want a gig? How much were they paying you?
<v Speaker 11>He would just hand me a lot of cash.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's crazy.
<v Speaker 11>I never knew how much I was making that night
<v Speaker 11>going to their house.
<v Speaker 2>He would just hand you cash. So what was the
<v Speaker 2>biggest amount of cash she ever handed you? Do you remember?
<v Speaker 11>Probably like three fifty I guess I was there.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 11>I was there from like seven to like two in
<v Speaker 11>the morning.
<v Speaker 2>Still, that's pretty good, Pretty darn good. Why did you
<v Speaker 2>quit that job?
<v Speaker 11>Colorado?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah? Okay, she can't do that from here.
<v Speaker 3>I really can't drive.
<v Speaker 2>You really can't dang its.
<v Speaker 11>Like I told him, I was like, if you're ever
<v Speaker 11>bringing Colorado, I'll do it out here.
<v Speaker 2>But yeah, bring your fast ex cash service.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah all right, any great call.
<v Speaker 2>Uh, thanks for the peek into your life. That's great,
<v Speaker 2>have a good dame later, Gator.
<v Speaker 1>All right, so where did we end on this? I
<v Speaker 1>think basically have a talk with her, Yeah, where we.
<v Speaker 5>Ended up, and get cameras and you can go about
<v Speaker 5>it slyly, just be like, hey, you know, I'm putting
<v Speaker 5>you know, putting in a few cameras.
<v Speaker 4>I like that part the same, like putting in cameras
<v Speaker 4>and then telling her, hey, just so you know, we
<v Speaker 4>put it in a few cameras, just so we can
<v Speaker 4>keep tabs on the house when we're here and when
<v Speaker 4>we're not, you know, so just so you're aware of them.
<v Speaker 4>That also gives her the heads up we're watching you
<v Speaker 4>in your freaking ed exactly, I know, or your car.
<v Speaker 1>All right, thank you everybody sooning off on the text
<v Speaker 1>line text still coming in and that called we call
