<v Speaker 1>Jerry Katy and Josh six one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>This survey out this morning is finding that one third
<v Speaker 2>of people believe that they could survive a horror movie.
<v Speaker 2>They surveyed some two thousand adults, and three quarters of
<v Speaker 2>them credit their quick thinking and survival instincts for potential success,
<v Speaker 2>while forty two percent of these people surveyed were like, Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I'd be killed first, I'd be done, I'd be out.
<v Speaker 2>And then there goes on to talk about logic and
<v Speaker 2>reason and outsmarting villains, and honestly, all you would have
<v Speaker 2>to do is just run and not fall down like
<v Speaker 2>they do in every single stupid horror movie.
<v Speaker 3>You just fall down. Ah, and then he comes over
<v Speaker 3>and stabs you. You know, stop it, stop it, stop it.
<v Speaker 2>It's funny because at the beginning of the month, I
<v Speaker 2>was talking about how I never watched horror movies, and
<v Speaker 2>so I started my little horror movie journey.
<v Speaker 3>This month.
<v Speaker 2>I watched Chopping Mall, Trucker, and Dale Versus Evil sleep
<v Speaker 2>Away Camp, and I'm about halfway through Grimlins right now. Oh,
<v Speaker 2>I love because I've never seen Grimlins. I was like,
<v Speaker 2>the time that I watched.
<v Speaker 4>This, you can't feed them after Midnight, don't get them away.
<v Speaker 4>The mowglis right, Yeah, don't want it for me?
<v Speaker 1>I'm sorry?
<v Speaker 4>Or is it?
<v Speaker 5>Is that what they're called.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think it's a mogli. We'll find out, we'll
<v Speaker 1>find a jungle book.
<v Speaker 5>But yeah, no, there's yeah, but yeah, those little creatures,
<v Speaker 5>they're super cute.
<v Speaker 3>They're super cute.
<v Speaker 5>After Midnight.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, Like, I'm just maybe thirty minutes into it, I'm
<v Speaker 2>not even halfway through.
<v Speaker 3>But I saw it on there and I was like,
<v Speaker 3>I gotta watch this.
<v Speaker 4>Know, those friends get better and better. One of the
<v Speaker 4>Gremlins has a mohawk at once.
<v Speaker 3>Don't okay, I don't ruin it.
<v Speaker 2>I want to be and I know Josh was finally
<v Speaker 2>watched Friday the thirteenth for the first time, which isn't
<v Speaker 2>the dumbest movie ever.
<v Speaker 6>Dude, it's dumb Crystal even, which okay, the setting is
<v Speaker 6>fine or whatever, but I thought it would I thought
<v Speaker 6>I would see Jason. You don't see Jason until the
<v Speaker 6>third one, so I'm like the hockey mass, dude, you
<v Speaker 6>know that's what I want to see. It turns out
<v Speaker 6>it's his mom or whatever, but yeah, spoiler, it's from
<v Speaker 6>nineteen eighty everybody.
<v Speaker 3>So it's just crap. It's a crap movie. M in
<v Speaker 3>the f oh my gosh.
<v Speaker 6>The fight scenes where it's the very end scene where
<v Speaker 6>the main character lady fights Jason's mom.
<v Speaker 3>It's the worst core. I mean, they worked on it
<v Speaker 3>for ten minutes him.
<v Speaker 4>It was.
<v Speaker 3>It was a difference.
<v Speaker 4>But yesterday, well we were talking about the best horror
<v Speaker 4>movies of all time, how a lot of them were
<v Speaker 4>those old school ones. I'm like, they don't hold up
<v Speaker 4>this survey because those those old ones, they don't hold up.
<v Speaker 5>They're just not the same.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know how you can watch those and enjoy
<v Speaker 2>them now. Yeah, twenty twenty five.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, it was a lot of laughing.
<v Speaker 6>Like I enjoyed it in the fact that, like I
<v Speaker 6>was like, this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
<v Speaker 6>I mean it's kind of I kind of get a
<v Speaker 6>little sense of joy out of that.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, but not scared.
<v Speaker 3>They're horrible.
<v Speaker 5>They're supposed to scare you, not make you laugh.
<v Speaker 3>Like, I just think that.
<v Speaker 6>I think the reason people went to see them in
<v Speaker 6>the eighties and seventies was because they always have the
<v Speaker 6>token nude scene.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, the nude scene.
<v Speaker 5>Were talking about that too. How you couldn't just, you know,
<v Speaker 5>go get a boom whenever you wanted it.
<v Speaker 3>You had to go find you You had to.
<v Speaker 4>Seek out the nudity back in the day like it did.
<v Speaker 4>It wasn't just that your fingertips like everybody has with
<v Speaker 4>their phones now. You really so when someone saw a
<v Speaker 4>movie with nudity in it, you then went back to school.
<v Speaker 3>Or your social service was sleep away too.
<v Speaker 2>We always checked out sleep Away Camp too when we
<v Speaker 2>were having sleepovers and stuff. Because there's a numerous newt
<v Speaker 2>scenes in it. Yes, middle school boy, you're like.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, this is the greatest exactly the airplane for me.
<v Speaker 5>I think that point four seconds there's the boom.
<v Speaker 2>There was multiple scenes, but you knew like you knew
<v Speaker 2>like the first terminator there was a nookie scene and
<v Speaker 2>you saw a side.
<v Speaker 5>Whoa you waited for those little little girls.
<v Speaker 2>And then there would be the one kid who brought
<v Speaker 2>like a penthouse to school, you know that he stole
<v Speaker 2>from a bookstore or something, and you'd sneak out on
<v Speaker 2>recess and you'd all huddle in the corner somewhere and
<v Speaker 2>looking at it.
<v Speaker 5>That is so funny.
<v Speaker 3>I just can't I remember when in.
<v Speaker 2>The elementary school. One kid brought a condom to school.
<v Speaker 2>None of us have ever seen a condom.
<v Speaker 5>Right, so sweet.
<v Speaker 3>It was like on recess. There's five of us huddled
<v Speaker 3>in the corner.
<v Speaker 2>I can still remember the chain link fence that we're
<v Speaker 2>all huddled up against in our ski jackets, playing with
<v Speaker 2>it and looking at it and stretching it. And then
<v Speaker 2>we buried it in the ground, and then the next
<v Speaker 2>day we'd come back out and play.
<v Speaker 3>With it again and look at it, and went on
<v Speaker 3>for like a week.
<v Speaker 2>I could go right now to my elementary school and
<v Speaker 2>walk you up to where we buried it.
<v Speaker 3>It might still be there, dissolved. I should maybe go
<v Speaker 3>see if it's still should I bet it is?
<v Speaker 5>Would not be funny.
<v Speaker 3>Oh my god, No, your buddy Braxton or whatever picked
<v Speaker 3>it up ten years ago I buried it.
<v Speaker 5>It's a different kind of time that kind of makes.
<v Speaker 3>Me want to go see if it's still there. I can.
<v Speaker 2>I can walk right to the spot where it was,
<v Speaker 2>and nothing else has been built there. It's like in
<v Speaker 2>a field, like I bet you you know it's fun I.
<v Speaker 6>Feel like every boy or guy has that memory of
<v Speaker 6>their first inner like interaction with finding their first prophylactic,
<v Speaker 6>Like yeah, Like it was middle school for me too.
<v Speaker 6>I mean a buddy of mine at middle school brought
<v Speaker 6>them and he was like, do you know what these
<v Speaker 6>are for? And I was like, I have no clue,
<v Speaker 6>but I pretended.
<v Speaker 4>Curious too, Like I remember my you know, going over
<v Speaker 4>to my grandma's house in Minneapolis. My uncle lived with her,
<v Speaker 4>and he had a whole stack of magazines in the
<v Speaker 4>back staircase leading up to the attic that nobody got
<v Speaker 4>to go to but me and my cousin Shannon went
<v Speaker 4>up there one time.
<v Speaker 5>We were like.
<v Speaker 4>It was a freak sat there and I stayed there
<v Speaker 4>all summer with my grandma and we would go back
<v Speaker 4>and look at those things because we were just fascinating,
<v Speaker 4>like eleven, you know, like.
<v Speaker 6>We did the same thing with our uh my grand
<v Speaker 6>my great aunts. They had like the original barbies, and
<v Speaker 6>the original barbies were much more anatomically correct than the
<v Speaker 6>new barbies, and you could take off their.
<v Speaker 3>What those barbies look like? I feel like you still
<v Speaker 3>do that, well you know now their action figures. Yeah, well,
<v Speaker 3>speaking of hooking up with naked barbies. So love is blind?
<v Speaker 3>Is it wrapped up?
<v Speaker 6>Now?
<v Speaker 4>It's while we still have the reunion that's going to
<v Speaker 4>be on Wednesday. So the reunion is on the twenty ninth.
<v Speaker 4>Yesterday was the weddings episode. So this is kind of
<v Speaker 4>the finality of the actual experiment, and it did not disappoint.
<v Speaker 5>At least for me.
<v Speaker 4>Here's the I know a lot of people are saying
<v Speaker 4>it's like an underwhelming season. I don't know how you
<v Speaker 4>think that, Like, there's so much drama and just you know,
<v Speaker 4>you get to see look into these people's lives, and
<v Speaker 4>I think the biggest takeaway I get is Denver is
<v Speaker 4>a really hard place to date in and the show
<v Speaker 4>proved that. Did you guys you want to hear Why
<v Speaker 4>Love Is Blind?
<v Speaker 5>Season nine? The Denver edition made franchise history.
<v Speaker 3>Do you this is gonna ruin it?
<v Speaker 4>For me?
<v Speaker 1>I mean yeah, I probably made it halfway through.
<v Speaker 2>I think I'm like six or seven episodes in, and
<v Speaker 2>truly I have I've kind of fizzled out on this
<v Speaker 2>because it is such brain damage for me to watch this.
<v Speaker 2>No offense to everybody who is loving it, you know,
<v Speaker 2>but it's it's hard for me to continue.
<v Speaker 4>Well, I think people who like this kind of TV,
<v Speaker 4>which I do, I love love reality shows and everything.
<v Speaker 4>So it is perfect for people who like that. If
<v Speaker 4>you aren't into that, yeah, it can be kind of
<v Speaker 4>drawn out and long.
<v Speaker 3>This was hard for me.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah yeah, So do you want me to do Yeah?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I can't do it. Okay.
<v Speaker 4>So on season nine, Love is Blind Denver addition, not
<v Speaker 4>one of the couples said I.
<v Speaker 3>Do really not none of them.
<v Speaker 5>First time in history where all of the couples. Two
<v Speaker 5>of the couples made it to the malter.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, so there's three couples at the end, right, So
<v Speaker 4>going into the weddings episode, you have Ali and Anton,
<v Speaker 4>so they're the hot.
<v Speaker 3>Couple, the hot couple. Didn't see the couple that you love,
<v Speaker 3>the hot.
<v Speaker 1>Couple, and then we have Edmund and uh Calabria.
<v Speaker 4>They called.
<v Speaker 3>Who got into the cabinet?
<v Speaker 5>Yes?
<v Speaker 4>Yes, so they also make it and the guy that
<v Speaker 4>lived in Dylan No, Nick, and they broke Kenny. He
<v Speaker 4>said no, like he if the last.
<v Speaker 2>Episode I saw she was like going back and forth
<v Speaker 2>in bed with him about I need you, I love you,
<v Speaker 2>and then split second later she says I don't.
<v Speaker 4>Need Okay, she did that twice and this sign drunk
<v Speaker 4>and was just like completely love vomit on him and unaccepted.
<v Speaker 3>And then I don't need you. But there was so much,
<v Speaker 3>it was so bad, So like that.
<v Speaker 4>That happened a few episodes ago where Nick was like,
<v Speaker 4>I'm not going to marry you because I'm not happy.
<v Speaker 3>Like he's flat out told her that smart moves.
<v Speaker 4>So yeah, he didn't bring it to the altar, but
<v Speaker 4>you did have those three couples along with Sparkle, Meghan
<v Speaker 4>and Jordan, who going into the wedding, and I thought,
<v Speaker 4>for sure, here's the thing though. So Ali and Anton
<v Speaker 4>were the first couple who go to the altar, right,
<v Speaker 4>and it's like, uh, they go through the whole wedding process.
<v Speaker 4>So she's up there in a wedding dress, she has
<v Speaker 4>full makeup, hair done, all of her bridesmaids did the
<v Speaker 4>same thing. He's up there and obviously got ready for
<v Speaker 4>the wedding. All their family flew into town just for
<v Speaker 4>him to go up to the altar and say, I
<v Speaker 4>know we've had our ups and downs.
<v Speaker 1>I love you.
<v Speaker 4>I want you to know I'm willing to work through it.
<v Speaker 4>And she says, I don't think you're the same person
<v Speaker 4>that I fell in love with in the pod, so
<v Speaker 4>I'm saying no, but they're altar. Yeah. So then the
<v Speaker 4>second couple with Edmund and Calabria, like they are up
<v Speaker 4>at the altar and same thing where he professes his
<v Speaker 4>love to her, and he's just like, I can't imagine
<v Speaker 4>my life without you.
<v Speaker 5>He's got the.
<v Speaker 4>Pick in the hair, with the pick hair his story,
<v Speaker 4>and again it's like, I should have said this before,
<v Speaker 4>but spoilers in case anybody's listening.
<v Speaker 5>But he had his fifth grade teacher walk him down
<v Speaker 5>the aisle his life.
<v Speaker 4>He has had so many things happen to him throughout
<v Speaker 4>his life that for me, I just want this guy
<v Speaker 4>to win. I just wanted him to win, and especially
<v Speaker 4>at love, and so like for her to be like,
<v Speaker 4>you know, she was a little more kind with it.
<v Speaker 4>She's like me, saying no does not mean I don't
<v Speaker 4>love you, but we are just not ready for this.
<v Speaker 4>We're not ready for marriage.
<v Speaker 5>We can't do this.
<v Speaker 4>And so then Sparkle Meghan and Jordan. She doesn't even
<v Speaker 4>make it to the she does not bring adulter. They're
<v Speaker 4>sitting in her apartment on her couch and she's gently
<v Speaker 4>telling him, you know, but that's the one I feel
<v Speaker 4>the most bad about. Because I can relate with Jordan's
<v Speaker 4>frustration there because he introduced his son to Sparkle Meghan.
<v Speaker 5>It wasn't until after that she would And you.
<v Speaker 4>Remember when she said she wanted to meet him, she
<v Speaker 4>was almost like hyper focused on the kid, like, you know,
<v Speaker 4>I might love you, I might love your son more
<v Speaker 4>than I love you, and like, and I get it
<v Speaker 4>because like a kid is so different if you've never
<v Speaker 4>dated someone with a kid, it's such a different element
<v Speaker 4>and it's hard to explain.
<v Speaker 2>So with Sparkle Megan and what's his name, Jordan, Jordan,
<v Speaker 2>why what was the reasoning?
<v Speaker 5>Well, because their lifestyles just weren't matching up.
<v Speaker 4>And I think that her she wanted I know, and
<v Speaker 4>her friends came in and were talking to her before
<v Speaker 4>the wedding episode, and the two friends that she decided
<v Speaker 4>to bounce her ideas off of were going through divorces.
<v Speaker 4>And I think that was a really bad move on
<v Speaker 4>her part because that's not the advice you want.
<v Speaker 3>Someone sadness, don't do it.
<v Speaker 5>That's kind of what they said to her.
<v Speaker 4>And then they were saying, you know, you wanting to
<v Speaker 4>meet the sun like you, that's too far, like they
<v Speaker 4>were I feel like they definitely made her feel a
<v Speaker 4>type of way this guy. And then at the end
<v Speaker 4>of the episode, when the producers asked, Jordan, do you
<v Speaker 4>regret anything? I mean, he doesn't hesitate. He says, I
<v Speaker 4>regret introducing her to my son. I do.
<v Speaker 5>And as a mom who was single and dated, I.
<v Speaker 4>Didn't introduce anyone to Zoe except my boyfriend, like the
<v Speaker 4>guy I ended up being my boyfriend for seven years.
<v Speaker 4>That's who Zoe got to meet. It is such a
<v Speaker 4>big thing to introduce your kid to somebody. And it again,
<v Speaker 4>we don't know how the edits and everything went, so
<v Speaker 4>we don't know how it went in post production, but
<v Speaker 4>it seems that she met the child, you know, his son,
<v Speaker 4>and then quickly after decided that this life was and
<v Speaker 4>it's like, but here's do you want to hear even.
<v Speaker 5>More juicy stuff? I know, right, Josh is ready?
<v Speaker 4>So well, here's the thing, Josh, you may be too late,
<v Speaker 4>because when they gave the little juicy uh reunion kind
<v Speaker 4>of teaser, they have Megan up there and she because
<v Speaker 4>at the end of the episode, she said they asked her,
<v Speaker 4>does like, does this make you feel like, you know,
<v Speaker 4>you weren't able to step up to the plate to
<v Speaker 4>be a step mom, and she said, honestly yes, and
<v Speaker 4>I also feel like I don't know if I'm able
<v Speaker 4>to be a mom, and you feel bad for her
<v Speaker 4>because for somebody to say that, it's like, oh.
<v Speaker 1>But then they shoot forward to the juicy part of
<v Speaker 1>the reunion and she says.
<v Speaker 3>I'm pregnant.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I think she had a baby. Yeah, after the
<v Speaker 4>show wrapped up, jo rumor is that she had a
<v Speaker 4>baby with another guy, and they're going to reveal that
<v Speaker 4>on the reunion.
<v Speaker 5>So that again big.
<v Speaker 2>Spoiler, but something Jordan hates her ask you something really quick?
<v Speaker 2>Did she end up meeting the guy that she was
<v Speaker 2>kind of connecting with in the pod too?
<v Speaker 3>That was like the real estate?
<v Speaker 4>I don't think so, because that guy was his name
<v Speaker 4>was Mike, and they did like just their lifestyles. But
<v Speaker 4>the yeah, she's as far as like who it is,
<v Speaker 4>it seems the rumors say it's somebody not associated with
<v Speaker 4>the show.
<v Speaker 1>God so but yeah, apparently she may be a mom now,
<v Speaker 1>so there is.
<v Speaker 3>A lot of me.
<v Speaker 4>Now.
<v Speaker 2>I got to decide if I want to go back
<v Speaker 2>and watch everything because I kind of like the juiciness
<v Speaker 2>of it.
<v Speaker 4>No, it's very and again I know what happens now
<v Speaker 4>that you know what happens at the end, Like like
<v Speaker 4>leading up to it, I didn't know what they were
<v Speaker 4>going to pick. I really didn't, like until you saw
<v Speaker 4>like Ali's face where she was about ready to cry
<v Speaker 4>because she was gonna let him down obviously.
<v Speaker 5>I mean, you can't fake that.
<v Speaker 4>So it's like I was left guessing all the way
<v Speaker 4>up until the last moment.
<v Speaker 3>And it was you should get you should get them
<v Speaker 3>in here.
<v Speaker 4>I know I was going to reach out to Sparkle Meghan.
<v Speaker 4>I know they probably can't go talk to media until
<v Speaker 4>I know exactly allegedly, or get the Jordan guy in here, Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>one of them.
<v Speaker 3>I feel like I could be friends with him anyway.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, he's really cool dude. Honestly, it's funny.
<v Speaker 4>His persona on the show was very like outspoken and funny,
<v Speaker 4>and he had all the tattoos, so you just figure
<v Speaker 4>he's like a quirky guy. And then you see him
<v Speaker 4>in his home setting and he is regiment and he
<v Speaker 4>has a routine. He eats the same thing meal preps,
<v Speaker 4>you know, like his She's very type a personality.
<v Speaker 1>His apartments completely like spot.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, he is not.
<v Speaker 4>I guess in real life what I thought he would
<v Speaker 4>be so yeah, but he would be interesting to talk to.
<v Speaker 5>I think all of them are just kind of fascinating.
<v Speaker 3>LJ on text line, you guys are on your love
<v Speaker 3>is Blind journey and I love that for you. Well,
<v Speaker 3>thank you are.
<v Speaker 2>I might have to go back and watch knick Knack
<v Speaker 2>just texted me. Yeah, she said, Oh my god.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't want to listen, but I couldn't stop.
<v Speaker 5>I know, I'm sorry, and that's why I said, Man,
<v Speaker 5>I'm sorry. Sorry, this is spoiler.
<v Speaker 3>It kind of gets me out of having to watch it.
<v Speaker 5>We made a big deal about it.
<v Speaker 3>Decided to move on.
<v Speaker 4>Yes,
