promises for future restoration as God can promise, as God has promised, and

they ask for mercy, expressing their readiness for whatever might come from the hand

these are all motions of the Most Highest hand. We see these motions

every day in the waves of the ocean at sunrise and sunset, in the

deer, by the brook, and the way the trees of the forest are

clothed with splendor. We also see the motions of the most highest hands within

our lives. When He provides for our needs, heals our broken relationships,

our comforts us and our suffering and grief. God moves among his creation.

He hears the pleas of his people, even when shrewded in clouds and darkness,

unable to see where the future may lead. We can rest in the

knowledge that our captains sees beyond the dangerous rocks and shoals. He himself embodies
