to the actual commentary itself, all right, main lesson the theme out office

is like pride and deceit and dishonored slander. That's the whole kind of theme

of this whole commentary. You know, people who are very prideful to to

hurt themselves more than the person they're actually harming. All right, So we

got to make sure that we stay wiser serpents and gentle as doves, and

we'll go around with ill will trying to harm people or bad mouth people with

nothing like that. You know what I'm saying. So the time of this

commentary is hanging yourself, all right, So here we go. The Book

of Esther is written like the script of a movie, and in fact,

a lot of movies produced many versions of this type of story. As you

read through this book, you'll find the stories lush with the imaginary you can

picture being on the silver screen. A beautiful orphan becomes queen of the world's

most powerful empire. An evil and jealous person plots behind the scenes to eliminate

his most hated enemy with a signed document giving him license to kill, and

a powerful king plays a crucial role, plays a crucial role and seeing that

justice is done. The story itself has so many twists and turns that you

can almost hear the artists gasping and sharing when the evil Hayman gets against his

consequence. The scene that we read for this devotion is perhaps the most satisfying

of the stories we've read so far. Again, consider this in the context

of a movie. The plotting Hayman assumes that the King of wants to honor

him perfectly script in his own humiliation. The king must have known about Hama's

hatred for Mordecai, and perhaps he chuckled to himself after he instructed Hayman to

carry out his own instructions to the letter. Surely, the sight of Haman

leading Mordecai through the city streets must have done more than raising eyebrows among those

who saw it. Word of the background story of this spectacle probably spread faster

than Hayman's walking from that horse. Hayman was utterly humiliated, humiliated, and

he had no one to blame but himself and his own pride filled attitude.

Esther's story reminds us that God's ways are not like human ways. He doesn't

use the same logic as we do. Weaklings become strong whims inherit the planet
