today's Bible reading. Today's Bible reading would be the Book of Second Chronicles,

chapter thirty six, verses fifteen through twenty three. All right, the fall

of Jerusalem. The Lord, the God of their father, sent word to

them through his messengers again and again, because he had pity on his people

and on his dwelling place. But they mocked God's messengers, despised his words,

and scoffed at his prophets, until the wrath of the Lord was aroused

against his people, and there was no remedy. He brought up against them

the king of the Babylonians, who killed their young men with the sword and

the sanctuary, and spared neither young man nor young woman, old man,

or aged. God handed all of them over to Nebukonezzar. He carried to

Babylon all the articles from the Temple of God, both large and small,

and the treasures of the Lord's temple, and the treasures of the king and

of his officials. They set fire to God's Temple and broke down the wall

of Jerusalem. They burned all the palaces and destroyed everything of value there.

He carried it to exile to Babylon the remnant who escaped from the sword,

and they became servants to him and his sons, until the Kingdom of Persia

came to the land enjoyed its sabbath rest all the time of his desolation.

That rested until the seventy years were completed in fulfillment of the word of the

Lord spoken by Jeremiah. In the first year of Cyrus, King of Persia.

In order to fulfill the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah, the

Lord moved the heart of Cyrus, King of Persia, to make proclamation throughout

his realm and to put it in writing. This is what Cyrus King of

Persia says. The Lord, the God of Heaven, has given me all

the kings of the earth, and he has appointed me to build a temple

for him at Jerusalem and Judah. Any one of his people among you,

may the Lord his God be with him and let him go up. All

right, So that is today's by reading the Book of Second Chronicle, chapter

thirty six, verses fifteen through twenty three, and this is where this is

the fall of Jerusalem. Okay, so you see Isra's downfall. How they

were a stiff neck, disobedient, hard headed, arrogant, haughty, just

rebellious. You know. The most high costly showed his love, his piteous.

He kept showing his mercy towards Israel, and they kept rejecting and denying

it and going against it. God kept sending out messengers. God kept sending

out profits, you know, profits is all these types of people to send

word down. Israel disrespected all of it. You know, they broke the

commandments. They were inside the altry. They're doing they old thing, following

after other nations and other customs and other gods, and the Most High to

punish them and send them to captivity. Okay. So you see the history

of Israel, and you see the files disciplined through all of us, you

know what I mean. So you know, we have to be better listeners.

We have to be more obedient people. We got to stop rejecting the

most high inness world. We have to stop denying what he's telling us or

showing us. All right, and the most high sense someone your way,

whether it's a man or woman or somebody, respect that, okay. Do

not disregard the most high, who the most high sense to you, okay,

or who you might be sent out to. You know what I'm saying.

So we got to be better listeners and speakers. Man, We gotta

be obedient people. You know, things like this are the reason why we're

still scattered all ends of the earth till this day because of stuff like this.

You know what I mean. So, man, man, history is

always important. All right. So that is today's Bible reading. Now,

what I would love to do is read recommended reading scriptures attached to this Bible

reading. Okay, so the first recommended redscripture I would like to read is

the Book of Deuterontomy, chapter thirty, verses eleven through nineteen. All right,

the offer of life or death. Now what I am commanding you today.

It's not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. It is not

up in heaven so that you have to ask who will ascend it to heaven

to get it in to get it and proclaim it to us so we may

obey it. Nor is it beyond the sea, so that you have to

ask who will cross the sea to get it and proclaim it to us so

we may obey it. No, the word is very near you. It

is in your mouth and in your heart, so you may obey it.

See I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction. For

I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in all

his ways, and to keep his commandments, decrease and laws. Then you

will live and increase and the Lord your God will bless you in the land

you are entering to possess. But if your heart turns away and you are

not obedient, and if you are drawn away to bow down to other gods

and worship them, I declare to you this day that you will certainly be

destroyed. You will not live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan

to enter and possess. This day, I call heaven and earth as witnesses

against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses.

Now choose life, so that you and your children may live, and

that you may love the Lord your God. Listen to his voice and hold

fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give

you many years in the land he swore to give to your father's Abraham,

Isaac and Jacob. Amen. That is the first recommending scriptures of the Book

of Pseudomy, Chapter thirty, verses eleven through nineteen. Come on, people,

choose life. People choose life, Choose abundance, choose prosperity, choose

obedience. Choose the most highest words. Lost that your commandments decrees live by

them, Amen, all of us. All right, Now, that's the

first recommendary scripture. Now you get to the second recommendary scripture. The second

recommendary scripture is Psalm ninety four. Oh Lord, the God who avenges,

O, God who avenges, shine forth, rise up, oh judge of

the earth. Pay back to the prow what they deserve. How long will

the wicked, Oh Lord, how long will the wicked be jubilant? They

pour out arrogant words. All the evildoers are full of boasting. They crush

your people, Oh Lord. They oppress your inheritance. They slay the widow

and the alien. They murder the fatherless. They say, the Lord does

not see. The God of Jacob pays no heed. Take heed to your

senseless ones among the people, you fools. When will you become wise?

Does he who implanted the ear not here? Does he who form the eye

not see? Does he who disciplines nations not punish? Does he who teaches

men lack knowledge? The Lord knows the thoughts of a man. He knows

that they are futile. Blesses the man you discipline, Oh Lord, the

man you teach from your law, you grant him relief from days of trouble,

till a pit is dug for the wicked. For the Lord will not

reject his people. He will never forsake his inheritance. Judgment will again be

founded on righteousness, and all the upright and heart will follow it. Who

will rise up from me against the wicked? Who will take a stand from

me against evildoers. Unless the Lord had given me help, I would soon

have dwelt in the silence of death when I said, my foot is slipping.

Your love, O, Lord, supported me when anxiety was great within

me. Your consolation brought joy to my soul. Can a corrupt throne be

allied with you? One that brings on misery by his decrees? They band

together against the righteous and condemned it innocent to death. But the Lord has

become my fortress and my God the rock, and whom I take refuge.

He will repay them for their sins and destroy them for their wickedness. The

Lord, our God will destroy them. Amen, Hallelujah, see lah.

So long we touch an agree on that one Psalm ninety four. Yes,

yes, y'all, the Most High is gonna recompense. Yeah, enemies here

the Lord so much that we know that when our enemies come at us one

way, they go flee seven different ways. Amen. For show ven just

Okay. So that was the second recommending scripture of Song ninety four.

Now we will read the third recommendeding scripture. Okay. The third recommended ring

scripture is Hebrews Chapter twelve, verses fourth through eleven. All right, in

your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding

your blood, and you have forgotten what word of encouragement, forgotten that word

of acouragement that addresses you as sons, My son, do not make light

of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you.

Because the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as

a son in deir hardship as discipline, God is treating you as sons.

For what son is not disciplined by his father. If you are not disciplined,

and everyone undergoes discipline, then you are a legitimate child, legitimate children,

and not true sons. Moreover, we have had we have all had

human fathers who disciplined us, and we respected them for it. How much

more should we submit to the father of our spirits and lives and live.

Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best. But God

disciplines us for our good that we may share in this holiness. No discipline

seems pleasant at the time, but painful later on. However, it produces

a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Amen. The Book of Hebrews, Chapter twelve, verses fourth through eleven.

Things seem very painful and hard and tough, and can't figure it out,

can't understand why it feels the way it feels. But it's for our own

good, Amen, and the most High straightening us out. He is refining

and purifying us. He is making us holy. He has got us on

this wheel man. He is the potter and we are the clay. You

know, he is forming us in shaping us side, he's whipping us in

good shape. Man. He's making great things out of us because that's who

he is, because he's axing himself. So us being in his image and

likeness, we should embrace that more, be more obedient. You know.

There's so much things the Most High once out of us that we gotta want

it to all right. So a lot of times you have to go through

some ups and downs, twist and turns, pains, you know, things

out of your control. You know, you gotta go through all touchs of

different things in this course of life. Man. You know, the things

that are within our control, from our choices or decisions we make or what

have you, We got to learn from them, you know. And that

correction is important. God loves us so much. He corrects us thoroughly time

after time. You know, the Most High don't. He don't cheat us.

He don't let us ge away with nothing. So accountability is heavy.

His grace and mercies endures forever. We know that for sure. And He

forgiven us for so much things enough, so we should appreciate that more often,

not take that for granted. You know. So the Lord has straightened

us out. He is whipping us in good shape, y'all, So stay

thankful for that, okay, because a lot of people don't get straightened out,

a lot of people don't learn from their lessons. Y'all. See a

lot going on in the world. How people just losing their lives and living

off fast and there's no one around them to correct them. We done went

through so much things in our lifetime, and the Most High constantly protects us,

looks out for us, present us from things, or allows us to

go through things to learn from it and run back to him, you know.

So it's so much to go through in life, you know. So

all pray to the Most High for his love and this discipline and what have

you. Okay. And if there's people out there who didn't have a really

solid upbringing or what have you. Some people didn't grow up without a dad

or a mom, or you know, so people have a foster background or

what have you. Just know, the Heavily Father is the father of the

fatherless, and he's the most awesome parent. He's an excellent parent. He

cares for all his children, y'all amen. He shows no favorite to no

respective persons. He loves all of us, y'all. We got a loving

back, a man so much love to them, father for that man,

myself to all of you. Okay, so that's the recommended ring scriptures.

Okay. Now, all love to do is read the actual commentary itself.

All right, at the time of this commentary is the father's discipline. All

right, So here we go. The waitress refilled the coffee and Josh took

I love them. They just have a lot to learn about life.

How life works. We'll see how they do after the weekend. If you

have children, this probably sounds familiar to you. As you were a child

at one time. You also know what it means to disobey and then to

face the consequences. The Israelites messed up too. They repeatedly ignored God's warnings

and failed to follow the rules he set for them. Finally, God punishes

people by sending them into exile and Babylon. Yet even in his discipline,

God provided a note of hope. Although the temple was destroyed, it would

not be rebuilt. Although they were in exile, God's people would again live

in the Promised Land. Despite their disobedience, they would receive another chance to

do things right. God loves his people, and he disciplines those who he

loves, as a father of the son who he delights him the Book of

Proverbs, Chapter three, verse twelve. But discipline isn't the end of love.

It's just the beginning of a long story of grace and mercy, forgiveness

and rebuilding on top of the ruins of past mistakes. As God's children,

we all have much to learn. God loves us. He's firm, but

also patient and kind. He wants us to grow into spiritual, mature people,

and like a good father, he'll see us through. Amen. Things

that take away from the commentary, do you think God still disciplines his children

now? How? And why can you recall times when you messed up?

But since God's forgiveness and love, how can those memories help you in the

future? And what ways do you see yourself growing up as a son of

God, as a child of the Most High, women of the Most High.

Amen. Things to reflect on people, All the crazy things we don't

do in our life and our past, or the situations we don't put ourselves

into, or what have you. The most still keeping us alive. He

is still keeping us through most things we endured in our life. Many people

died from it, But the things that the Most How got us through,

we're still here and able to our testimonies, to our stories and experiences.

All right, And that's just a reflection how great the Most High is.

Ain't got nothing to do with us or what have you. So don't be

proud for arrogant about this, all right. Ain't got nothing to boast about.

We got a lot to give go to the Most High about all right?

So let's always humble ourselves and constantly thank him for what he's brought,

what he's done for us, what he's brought through, what he brought us

through, and what have you. Man, So always stay thankful people.

And if you're going through a disciplined season right now where things ain't going right

or things just don't make sense to add up and not going to your favor,

thank the Lord for strengthening you. Thank the Lord for not letting things

go your way so that you can submit and do His way, do his

will. Laymen. So let us not be pride for Hohdi, and let

us be more gracious and merciful as we walk this earth man, and help
