today's Bible reading is going to be the Book of First Chronicles, chapter twenty

three, Verses twenty four through thirty two. All right, here we go.

These were the descendants of Levi by their families, the heads of families,

as they were registered under their names and counted individually, that is,

the workers twenty years old or more who served in the Temple of the Lord.

For David had said, since the Lord, the God of Israel,

has granted the rest to his people, it has come to dwell in Jerusalem

forever. The Levice no longer need to carry the tabernacle or any of the

articles used in its service. According to the instructions of David, the levites

were accounted from those twenty years old or more. The duty of the levites

them. And so the Levi's carried out their responsibilities for the tent of meeting

for the holy place, and under their brothers, the descendants of Erin,

the title of this commentary is on track, all right. Let's stay on

track for the most high people. All right, here we go. What

us safe in our spiritual journey. Praise and things get are like yellow line

keeping our hearts on track. But it doesn't take much to vere off course,

does it. Think about the leevites. They were set apart to offer

thanks and praise to God every morning and every night, day in and day

out, in a never ending cycle see Chapter twenty thy verses thirty. It

was their job with the thanks and praise, you know, imagine the temptations

inherit in this routine. Did easy to repeat prayers take the place of petitions

motivated by full hearts and genuine gratitude? Did their minds wander as the words

bubbled out? Hear me, Oh God? Here we go again. We've

all heard of the doctor who's in terrible physical condition, or the plumber whose

house has leaky pipes. When you do something for a living, as these

people do, it's sometimes hard to stay motivated to keep your own life in

order. This is what it may have been for been like for the Leevites

as well. Praise and things are our key ingredients and a healthy relationship with

God. We need them as much as we need fresh air. Praise isn't

just an outward gesture. What's inside of us the attitude we have toward God.

When we offer meaningful thanks, we acknowledge that God's goodness deserves our recognition

and alle every gift comes from His hand. Nothing we've done grants us the

sun's bright rising or a peaceful slumber at night. It all comes from God's

good hand. How do we make our delight in God genuine and true every

day? Unlike the Levites, God doesn't demand that we follow certain daily requirements.

Maybe that makes the routine more difficult. We are responsible for taking the

time to bow before Him and offer our praise and thanks. When we skip

this routine, we become like those drivers who disregard the center line, a

potential accident waiting to happen. But when we take the time to regularly focus

on and praise to God who loves us, he helps us stay on track.

Amen. Things to take away from the commentary spirit Spiritually? Would you

describe yourself as on track or as an accident waiting to happen? Why reflect

on that? Why does God want you to praise him? List several things

in your life for which you can praise and thank God. How can you

keep your prayers of praising things given fresh? Amen? People do not grow

weary and doing good for you shall reap in due time. Okay, you

shall reap reward due time. And a lot of people out there feel tired,

heavy, fatigued, exhausted. A lot of people feel really burnt out.

And let the Lord fill us up with a spirit. People, let's

be drunk in the spirit. And we gotta be zillious for the Lord.

We gotta have that zeal for the most high. A lot of people feel

unmotivated or tired or just drained out from tests and trials and hardships and people

feeling like, you know, just all these different feelings and we have to

be upright. People about the spirit. We can't always entertain the flesh too

much. And it's okay to be honest and really about your conditioning situation,

all right. We're not robots, all right. We feel vulnerable or feel

a certain way, we take it to the Most High. We let the

most know how we feeling them deep down the side. We don't hide it

and try to cover it up and try to act like everything's all perfect and

dandy. We gotta always keep it real with the Most High, the most

how I wants us to be real with him. You know, he doesn't

want us faking it to make it. You know, he sees what's all

our hearts anyway, so you might as well tell him. Right, he

sees everything going on, so you might as well just bear it all to

him, you know, cast all your cares upon him, for her cares

for you a man. So these these these people in the scriptures from Moses,

Deborah, David, Stepson, Uh, the Messiah Disciples, Paul,

And none of their task was easy, man, Noah job. None of

these people tasks are easy, man. You saw their their prayer life,

their how they crowd out to the Most High in their situations. All that

man, so us going through things we're going through in this generation, we

we definitely got to always stay fresh, renewed. We gotta always stay anointed,

stay zelious man, you know, because it's very easy for a lot

of people to side track or get distracted or backslide, fall off course or

what have you. And we gotta be firm man, you know. And

the joy the Lord is our strength. So we really got to stay upright

and and really find various ways to stay you know, joyful and glad.

You know, because when people get tired, or people get bored, or

get vulnerable or sluggish, they start to you know, backslide on all those

different things. So we really got to tight end up and be better,

and we got to find various ways to crowd to the most high, find

like different hobbies and habits to keep our head you know cool, you know,

because I think a lot of people right now battle with a whole lot

of overthinking and anxiety or a lot of pressure or you know, just all

types of intensity, you know what I mean. And it's like, you

don't gotta always be like that, you know, we can always bring it

to the most high, Aman, just bring it on to him. So

that thanksgiving, that prayers, that rejoice in, that praise, and that

dancing, that's singing. We got to remove that spirit of heaviness. You

know what I mean? And you know, stay stay on point. And

I'm telling you, man, we hear the things we're going through right now,

and what's ahead, Man, it's going to be a lot more intensive.

Actually, So we got to always be more stronger than the Lord,

ain't man, because we know that the spirit is willing. We know that

the flesh is weak and the spirit is feeling willing. Okay, the spirit

is willing, the flesh is weak. Okay. So let's always be on
