👉Nurse Next Door, a home care/home health care agency serving Pinellas and Pasco Counties, is the sponsor and collaborator of this event — continuing its mission to make lives better and brighten the holidays for local families and seniors. It's more than just a Thanksgiving Dinner Party— it's about celebrating connection, caring for one another, and showing gratitude for the people who make our community strong. In times like these, with the weight of uncertainty and isolation, a strong community becomes more important than ever!" Nurse Next Door partners, Bret Freeman, Esq., and Dr. Timothy Hembree, recognized the growing needs of the aging population in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. They established Nurse Next Door to help fill the gap in compassionate home care. This Thanksgiving Dinner celebration reflects a shared mission among all three organizations — to uplift, empower, and connect individuals through acts of kindness, collaboration, and care. "Thanksgiving reminds us that joy is found not only in what we receive, but in what we give. At Nurse Next Door, our mission has always been to make lives better — and that begins with a genuine human connection. This event reflects our belief that caring for others is the ultimate expression of gratitude. When we come together as a community to share a meal, a smile, or a story, we celebrate the very heart of Happier Aging — purpose, belonging, and love for life," said Timothy Hembree, VP/Chief Quality Office at Moffitt Cancer Center.
