<v Speaker 1>Jare you Kady and Josh one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>All right, here's all the big stories of the day.
<v Speaker 3>Now.
<v Speaker 4>I've been kind of harping on this for years on
<v Speaker 4>the Morning Show, like the proper time to break up
<v Speaker 4>with somebody before Christmas? And I always say it's the Monday,
<v Speaker 4>like a week before Christmas. So like for me, it
<v Speaker 4>would be the fifteenth, Like if you're hot and heavy
<v Speaker 4>with somebody and you're just I guess you're not hot heavy,
<v Speaker 4>but you're not feeling it with somebody and you want
<v Speaker 4>to break up before the holiday season. For me, it
<v Speaker 4>was always the Monday, the week before, so the fifteenth.
<v Speaker 4>But according to this article this morning, they are saying
<v Speaker 4>that today is the most popular day.
<v Speaker 2>Of the year to break up.
<v Speaker 4>It's always December eleventh, according to this story. Now, what
<v Speaker 4>they did is they used Facebook statistics about fifteen years
<v Speaker 4>ago to study when people are most likely to change
<v Speaker 4>their status from into in a relationship to single, and
<v Speaker 4>the day with the biggest spike was always December eleventh.
<v Speaker 4>So ever since then, today has been labeled breakup Day.
<v Speaker 2>No do they know why?
<v Speaker 3>Well, probably because it's two weeks till Christmas, that you.
<v Speaker 4>Thing, Like for me, it was always like, do it
<v Speaker 4>now so you don't have to buy a gift.
<v Speaker 3>A week is too close.
<v Speaker 4>You don't have to go through the holiday season with
<v Speaker 4>the family talking about your future and everything when you're.
<v Speaker 2>Not feeling and then it's like you break up.
<v Speaker 4>You know, and get and then you don't even have
<v Speaker 4>to worry about like in February when Valentine's Day comes
<v Speaker 4>to you don't have to spend New Year's Eve with
<v Speaker 4>this person, celebrate.
<v Speaker 3>The new year, the New Year's kiss. Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>So yeah, it's like, if you're not feeling it, dump
<v Speaker 4>them now. And my big thing was always like I
<v Speaker 4>don't want to have to buy this person a gift.
<v Speaker 3>I'm out later.
<v Speaker 1>That's it for you, which is so funny to me
<v Speaker 1>a week before. That's guy logic. I got that gift
<v Speaker 1>a long time ago. That's why the minute you said it,
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, you're waiting until a week before to buy
<v Speaker 1>them a gift.
<v Speaker 4>Gifts you can text my wife right now. I'm a
<v Speaker 4>really really good gift giver. I know you of her
<v Speaker 4>number and you don't I do. Don't give me that guy,
<v Speaker 4>give really good gifts.
<v Speaker 1>Lottery tickets from the gas station, most not.
<v Speaker 4>Have come from me that I picked out on my
<v Speaker 4>own and she adores them, thank you very much.
<v Speaker 2>Jewelry like nice things.
<v Speaker 3>But when are you getting these?
<v Speaker 1>And that's the thing you probably well, you probably shop
<v Speaker 1>well in advance for nick Knack because you love her.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just saying, like she's gonna If you're going to
<v Speaker 1>break up with somebody, you wouldn't buy them a gift
<v Speaker 1>until a week before. That's your logic. You just said it,
<v Speaker 1>but you know you're thinking.
<v Speaker 5>About it, thinking about plus a week before you can
<v Speaker 5>still return that gift.
<v Speaker 4>Yes, Look, if you're with somebody, today's the day according
<v Speaker 4>to this story, if you want to bounce, do it now.
<v Speaker 4>If not, you can use Jeremy logic and wait until
<v Speaker 4>the fifteenth or get out. Did you guys watch this
<v Speaker 4>video yesterday of Andy Dick Oh, I mean talk about
<v Speaker 4>it nobody really at this point, but having him on
<v Speaker 4>the side of a road passed out because he was
<v Speaker 4>doing crack, yeah, intense.
<v Speaker 1>Right, extremely, and then for him to talk about it
<v Speaker 1>after and say that he's okay with just doing a
<v Speaker 1>little bit of it. He's okay.
<v Speaker 4>He was dead, Yeah, totally. They hit him with some narcan.
<v Speaker 4>Paramedics showed up. They did not even take him to
<v Speaker 4>the hospital.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, he didn't want to go.
<v Speaker 3>He's like, I'm.
<v Speaker 2>Fine, completely blitzed.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, no, knocked out on the side of the sidewalk.
<v Speaker 4>And he was saying that he was just hanging out
<v Speaker 4>with a guy and talking about the fit this guy's
<v Speaker 4>family or whatever on the street and the guy pulled
<v Speaker 4>out crack yeah, and and he's like, I don't know
<v Speaker 4>what that was, gonna take a little taste of it, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>And the next thing you know, he's sprawled out.
<v Speaker 2>Ah, poor guy.
<v Speaker 1>It just makes you make sad for that whole issue,
<v Speaker 1>Like people who are having a problem with that and
<v Speaker 1>just drugs in general, your heart really aches for them.
<v Speaker 1>Like that's a sad state to be in as a human.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, I I agree with you, Yeah, I don't
<v Speaker 4>really care about Andy Digg or anything. But when you
<v Speaker 4>see something like that, you're like, oh, I break yes,
<v Speaker 4>you know, And there's a lot of people out there
<v Speaker 4>that it's just not just Andy Dick, you know, nah,
<v Speaker 4>those people. This is also very sad. I watched this
<v Speaker 4>interview yesterday with Sharon Osbourne talking about her final hours
<v Speaker 4>with Ozzy. She said he was up and down to
<v Speaker 4>the bathroom all night. It was like four point thirty
<v Speaker 4>in the morning. He said, wake up, wake up to her,
<v Speaker 4>and she said, I'm already bloody awake.
<v Speaker 3>No.
<v Speaker 4>Then he said to her, kiss me and hugged me tight,
<v Speaker 4>and she went into this whole thing about like she
<v Speaker 4>felt like he knew, he knew that something was gonna happen.
<v Speaker 2>And she said that she just sit there and held
<v Speaker 2>him and held him and held him and kissed.
<v Speaker 3>I know it.
<v Speaker 4>I was like crying her in the interview watching it.
<v Speaker 4>She said, then he got up, went downstairs because he's like,
<v Speaker 4>I gotta work out. I gotta work out, because he's
<v Speaker 4>really into his workouts. And that's where they found him.
<v Speaker 4>He had a heart attack in the gym, and she
<v Speaker 4>said she went down there. They were trying to resuscitate him,
<v Speaker 4>and she said, don't just leave him, leave him.
<v Speaker 2>You can't. He's gone. Is the quote. Oh brutal right.
<v Speaker 4>That's the interview was incredibly sad with her tearing up
<v Speaker 4>and everything, and it's like.
<v Speaker 2>It's awsy, man, it's azzy. So that's exciting news for
<v Speaker 2>this morning. What else do I have?
<v Speaker 4>I do have kind of a local ish story and
<v Speaker 4>I was reading it, and it made me laugh because
<v Speaker 4>it reminds me of the meme that's been going around
<v Speaker 4>for years where the meme says something to the extent
<v Speaker 4>of I thought quicksand would be a bigger issue and
<v Speaker 4>as I was growing up, because everything, when you're watching
<v Speaker 4>kids shows, there's people getting caught in quicksand you know,
<v Speaker 4>you always thought it would be a bigger issue when
<v Speaker 4>you grow up, but it's really not, except for this dude,
<v Speaker 4>thirty three year old hiker.
<v Speaker 2>What's his name? Uh a, his name's not in this story.
<v Speaker 4>Let's come on, Bob, Bob the hiker. Yes, wait, Austin Dirks. Okay,
<v Speaker 4>that's a solid dame. Acually, Austin Dirks of Glenwood Springs, Colorado,
<v Speaker 4>went hiking in Arches National Park.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, which side note, if you've never been, please go.
<v Speaker 3>You need to.
<v Speaker 2>It's a spiritual experience.
<v Speaker 4>And anyway, hiking in Arches, uh in some sort of
<v Speaker 4>back area started raining. He got stuck in mud and
<v Speaker 4>quicksand drones located him, found him and got him out.
<v Speaker 4>He was stuck in like twenty one degree temperatures for
<v Speaker 4>like a day or two.
<v Speaker 2>It sounds like in quicksand that's.
<v Speaker 1>Very qui quicksand it's and it's that whole area. I've
<v Speaker 1>been lost around mo Apple before. Yeah, we because again
<v Speaker 1>those maps they'll take you this is the quickest way
<v Speaker 1>to go over a mountain, like, oh my gosh, and
<v Speaker 1>it they really like it is terrifying to think that
<v Speaker 1>you know so many, so many backtrails, like you don't
<v Speaker 1>know if someone's gonna come passing you because you're off
<v Speaker 1>road in at this point. So yeah, I feel for
<v Speaker 1>this guy.
<v Speaker 5>That time, like knowing you can't get out of that
<v Speaker 5>Oh goodness.
<v Speaker 4>Truly though, one of the best trips I've ever been on.
<v Speaker 4>The we hiked from like we got out there early
<v Speaker 4>because we went and j W Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Uh.
<v Speaker 4>We got out there like six in the morning and
<v Speaker 4>hiked for I don't know, like eight hours a day
<v Speaker 4>for like.
<v Speaker 2>A week straight. It was some of the best shape
<v Speaker 2>I've ever been in. Oh yeah, we used to go
<v Speaker 2>spreaded everything out.
<v Speaker 1>It was forty minutes from Grand Junction, so we would
<v Speaker 1>go to mo app Okay all the time, like that
<v Speaker 1>was one of our stops to go to and it will.
<v Speaker 2>Be one of the.
<v Speaker 4>And make sure you do the hike to the iconic
<v Speaker 4>arch that's up there that's on the Utah license plate
<v Speaker 4>and everything.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, speaking of crying, I mean.
<v Speaker 4>You you don't see it until you crest the mountain
<v Speaker 4>or whatever, and you see it.
<v Speaker 2>Well, and I tear it up.
<v Speaker 1>Like there's a whole trail where you're shimming along this
<v Speaker 1>part that is so fit. I mean the width of
<v Speaker 1>it is like maybe two feet and you are like
<v Speaker 1>there's people coming the other opposite direction as well.
<v Speaker 2>I mean you've got to squeeze to the to get
<v Speaker 2>over there.
<v Speaker 1>Totally worth it, but going like March or April.
<v Speaker 3>Don't go.
<v Speaker 2>Don't be a whisking it all. And I started too
<v Speaker 2>in the afternoon.
<v Speaker 4>The only other observation about doing that hike up to
<v Speaker 4>that iconic rock is the amount of crows up there. Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>because they know that's where all the tourists just sit
<v Speaker 4>around and hang out. Then for like forty five minutes
<v Speaker 4>and they get all rows everywhere.
<v Speaker 2>We feed them like crazy. Yeah, they were pecking my eyes.
<v Speaker 1>Out they saw you coming.
<v Speaker 4>Got a funny bit of sports audio, right, yeah, we do.
<v Speaker 5>So the Broncos are taken on Oh, the Broncos are
<v Speaker 5>taken on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday and for
<v Speaker 5>the first time this year, the Broncos are actually underdogs
<v Speaker 5>at home, and that usually doesn't happen.
<v Speaker 3>Usually you have the home field advantage.
<v Speaker 5>He talks about that, you know game of home field
<v Speaker 5>advantage in you know inches Well. Bo Nix was asked,
<v Speaker 5>how do you feel about that? And uh, he had
<v Speaker 5>an interesting answer.
<v Speaker 3>I don't really care. My mom thinks will win, so
<v Speaker 3>that's all it matters. I like that answer a lot.
<v Speaker 1>My mom thinks will win different than an answer we've
<v Speaker 1>gotten from him before.
<v Speaker 3>It is that is like he changed.
<v Speaker 5>It up and again though it sounds like Jeremy with
<v Speaker 5>everything I talk about.
<v Speaker 3>Ye don't really care.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't care, really care.
<v Speaker 3>It is don't really care, but I care jar I
<v Speaker 3>did this, I did that. Don't really care. Yep, there
<v Speaker 3>we go. Don't really care Bill Broncos, Bill Bronos. On Sunday,
<v Speaker 3>they're taking on the Packers at two pm.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, all right, Bill Broncos did We were talking about
<v Speaker 1>this one yesterday because Josh and I saw a story
<v Speaker 1>on Instagram that was talking about a man who climbed
<v Speaker 1>that sculpture in DTC that looks like a ladd ladder.
<v Speaker 2>Latter there and Andy Dick.
<v Speaker 3>No, it was not.
<v Speaker 1>Andy Dick, but the man who was climbing it. When
<v Speaker 1>we saw it, I asked Josh, I'm like, I don't
<v Speaker 1>see this on any other news outlets, Like it looks
<v Speaker 1>like it could be a I. It totally looked like
<v Speaker 1>it could be photoshopped. But it really happened, And this
<v Speaker 1>happened Tuesday night, just before five o'clock. It caused a
<v Speaker 1>lot of issues on I twenty five, like traffic was
<v Speaker 1>backed up because people saw the man climbing the sculpture.
<v Speaker 1>You know what I'm talking about, right, the sculpture in
<v Speaker 1>DTC that looks like a ladder. Yes, yeah, he was
<v Speaker 1>climbing very high. And again they're saying a mental health
<v Speaker 1>issue for that man, and thankfully they were able to
<v Speaker 1>get him down and hopefully he's getting the health he needs.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, definitely caust some issues down there in the
<v Speaker 1>tech center. I thought it was a I. The pictures
<v Speaker 1>that they posted up on Instagram did not look.
<v Speaker 3>Got up there.
<v Speaker 1>It was insane.
<v Speaker 2>So again, circut down. He was like, this is where
<v Speaker 2>I need to be.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, America's greatest whiskey gets made right here in Colorado,
<v Speaker 1>So you do care about this, Jeremy, this is something
<v Speaker 1>we do care about.
<v Speaker 2>Let me see it is not.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think you're going to just want to know.
<v Speaker 1>I haven't even heard.
<v Speaker 2>Of Greek distillery.
<v Speaker 1>Tall New Distillery in Arvada. Are you familiar?
<v Speaker 2>I never know.
<v Speaker 1>You should because they were awarded America's Greatest Whiskey for
<v Speaker 1>their Bourbon Cast series Single Pot Still American Whiskey. So
<v Speaker 1>this is at the twenty twenty five International Spirits Competition.
<v Speaker 2>What is the name of this place again, I'm gonna google.
<v Speaker 1>Called Tallnua t a l n Ua distillery in Arvada.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, they took home the top prize and that's
<v Speaker 1>a very big deal. I mean, when you think of whiskey,
<v Speaker 1>you think Tennessee, right, especially across the nation, those are
<v Speaker 1>the places Colorado does have some really good whisky.
<v Speaker 2>Boy, I've never seen this.
<v Speaker 3>Try it looks fancy, it looks really nice. It sure does.
<v Speaker 1>So big big ups. Hats off to Tall Nua Distillery.
<v Speaker 1>I hope I'm saying that right in Arvada for the
<v Speaker 1>honor of america the greatest Whiskey. And then I wanted
<v Speaker 1>to tell you about this because I can't wait to
<v Speaker 1>go to the Loveland Stranger Things House, Jeremy, you do, yes,
<v Speaker 1>you do. I know you haven't seen the latest episodes
<v Speaker 1>that Netflix. You haven't.
<v Speaker 2>You haven't seen the rest of them, the rest of them.
<v Speaker 1>There's four whole episodes you haven't seen.
<v Speaker 6>So you do.
<v Speaker 1>So this Loveland Stranger Things House, a fourteen year old
<v Speaker 1>created it. His name is Jared Missner, and he transformed
<v Speaker 1>his entire home into a scene inspired by Hawkins and
<v Speaker 1>the show's iconic upside down.
<v Speaker 6>If you go look at pictures of this house, Jeremy,
<v Speaker 6>they've got the big black spider that is so iconic
<v Speaker 6>and Stranger Things, you know what I mean, from the
<v Speaker 6>upside down, the big creature that he depicts that number
<v Speaker 6>one depicts when it's like, you know.
<v Speaker 3>What I'm talking about.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you do care, this is something you care about.
<v Speaker 1>But this fourteen year old did such a good job
<v Speaker 1>transforming this house into a scene from the big Netflix hit.
<v Speaker 1>And I can't wait, Josh and I I was very
<v Speaker 1>about going and checking it out.
<v Speaker 3>And I know too.
<v Speaker 1>And with all the Christmas lights that are out for
<v Speaker 1>you to go and see and take your time to
<v Speaker 1>go do, I think this is just one way that
<v Speaker 1>he's like you know what, We're gonna do something different
<v Speaker 1>this time around, and I'm all for it. Stranger things.
<v Speaker 1>Let's go shout out to Jared. Now, I care Jared.
<v Speaker 1>Jeremy's a jerk. I care Jared. They even have their
<v Speaker 1>candy canes upside down on their Christmas tree, as I do. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>we do, We sure do. It's upside down Christmas. I'm
<v Speaker 1>here for it.
<v Speaker 2>Don't do it, don't really care.
