<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katie and Josh six one.
<v Speaker 2>Hundred after coming off the holidays and you're all backed up. Oh,
<v Speaker 2>that's inconstipated because you've been eating all those Christmas cookies
<v Speaker 2>and all the booze and all that. Some researchers at
<v Speaker 2>some college in London had found three foods are the
<v Speaker 2>best ones to eat if you're backed up after the holidays.
<v Speaker 2>I give you these what would be your guys' pick.
<v Speaker 1>Prunes, of course would be your go to, probably grapefruit
<v Speaker 1>and prunes. Grapefruit.
<v Speaker 2>Grapes is pretty solid rape, so Katie, you know your bowels.
<v Speaker 2>Drunes came in at number one. Movie backed up from Christmas.
<v Speaker 2>Eat a bowl of prunes, super high in fiber. They've
<v Speaker 2>got something in it called sor belt alls, Sora belts
<v Speaker 2>or beltal whatever. That's all I bet sorbitol. Hey you go,
<v Speaker 2>wait to puzzle it out. Jar hooked on phonics worked
<v Speaker 2>for me. They say it basically works like a laxative.
<v Speaker 2>So eight to ten prunes per day you can get
<v Speaker 2>things moving on a regular basis.
<v Speaker 1>Again for you.
<v Speaker 2>Number two Kiwi again specific enzymes in there, the breakdown
<v Speaker 2>proteins and help with digest and then number three This
<v Speaker 2>one's probably controversial. I know a lot of people don't
<v Speaker 2>like rye bread, but they said it's the best option
<v Speaker 2>when it comes to bread and you're backed up, it
<v Speaker 2>can work better than some laxatives, so says this college.
<v Speaker 1>I had no idea rye bread was a laxative. What
<v Speaker 1>I'm a weirdo. I love rye bread. Well, you're a
<v Speaker 1>big Ruben fan, I know you like so yeah, that
<v Speaker 1>makes sense, but I didn't know to be there. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>not bad.
<v Speaker 2>And then at the honorable mention down at the bottom
<v Speaker 2>was coffee.
<v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, I mean that at the bottom. Yet it
<v Speaker 1>go and drop the kids off at the pool.
<v Speaker 2>At the book. There you go, guys, happy eating, heavy pooving.
<v Speaker 2>I got a little something here for you, guys. I
<v Speaker 2>didn't watch one second of the latest Stranger Thing season though, rap,
<v Speaker 2>so don't try not to spoil it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Now, there is a theory that the final episode was
<v Speaker 2>not the final episode, that it was a fake out
<v Speaker 2>and the real episode is going to air tomorrow, called
<v Speaker 2>the Conformity Gate theory. And I can't get into all
<v Speaker 2>the details on it because as I'm reading it, massive spoilers.
<v Speaker 1>Oh I'm sure. Yeah, So I.
<v Speaker 2>Can't get into that. But there is a theory that
<v Speaker 2>they're going to be releasing another episode tomorrow. Now, if
<v Speaker 2>they don't, you will get a little bit more Stranger
<v Speaker 2>Things because they are releasing something.
<v Speaker 1>What are they doing it?
<v Speaker 2>January twelfth called One Last Adventure the Making of Stranger
<v Speaker 2>Things five, So they're gonna do a bunch of behind
<v Speaker 2>the scenes table reads, went into the acting, went into
<v Speaker 2>the special effects, emotional moments, blah blah blah. So you're
<v Speaker 2>gonna get a final little taste of Stranger Things, okay
<v Speaker 2>by just via documentary.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and I rolled in today and that was the
<v Speaker 1>first I heard about the surprise episode if we are
<v Speaker 1>going to get that tomorrow, And it got me excited
<v Speaker 1>because I love that show so much. And Zoe and
<v Speaker 1>I actually got to go see the finale in the theater.
<v Speaker 1>And one, did it leave room for an episode? I
<v Speaker 1>mean there's things that they could do. I guess they
<v Speaker 1>also if.
<v Speaker 2>You read this thing, that's my backed up story, that's
<v Speaker 2>not the one.
<v Speaker 1>Did you read this thing?
<v Speaker 2>Like they they list five or six bullet points in
<v Speaker 2>here as to why there will be another episode?
<v Speaker 1>Well again, yeah, they left it on a cliffhanger. It
<v Speaker 1>was almost like a you know, this could happen type thing.
<v Speaker 1>But I mean, they really did wrap up the storyline
<v Speaker 1>for the fans, I think where they're like okay, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I'm okay with that. I'm okay with where the characters ended,
<v Speaker 1>but there is room for possibility because obviously the folks
<v Speaker 1>can go on adventures in their twenties and thirties as well.
<v Speaker 1>But what I would have to say is I just
<v Speaker 1>I loved that series because even when we went into
<v Speaker 1>the theater. First of all, it was the longest line
<v Speaker 1>I've ever seen for concessions at a movie ever. It
<v Speaker 1>wrapped all the way down the hall. We were waiting
<v Speaker 1>in line, and it was so fun for me to
<v Speaker 1>hear everybody talk about their own theories, and it was
<v Speaker 1>like everybody had their own little language, like we were
<v Speaker 1>talking about where these characters could go, and it was
<v Speaker 1>just so neat to sit and eavesdrop on everybody like,
<v Speaker 1>well what if eleven did this? And then well and
<v Speaker 1>oh my gosh, well you know. So it was just
<v Speaker 1>so weir, I know, And so it was so fun
<v Speaker 1>to just be in that line and be surrounded by
<v Speaker 1>people who were like minded, like you've been so excited
<v Speaker 1>about something. And then in the theater we were with
<v Speaker 1>people who like when big moments happened. Oh, there was applause.
<v Speaker 1>There was a lot of applause during that finale. And
<v Speaker 1>I mean I was crying. I was grabbing Zoe's shoulder.
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, oh, I guess she cried for an hour.
<v Speaker 1>Like it was very emotional. This is why the theater's
<v Speaker 1>so good. Yeah, so love it good. That would not
<v Speaker 1>have happened in my living room.
<v Speaker 2>Just while everybody is there wants to be there, like
<v Speaker 2>they're so excited they can't wait for this.
<v Speaker 1>I love that stuff. The only thing I was sad
<v Speaker 1>about was the fact that I didn't get the Demi
<v Speaker 1>Gorgon popcorn bucket, Like they had the special popcorn buckets
<v Speaker 1>that they have for the movie, and they didn't have
<v Speaker 1>any in the theater I went to. So but man,
<v Speaker 1>was it so much fun. And I just love that movie.
<v Speaker 1>So if they're coming out with more, I am ready
<v Speaker 1>for it. I will eat everything up that comes out
<v Speaker 1>about Stranger Things.
<v Speaker 2>You're ready to cry again, Oh, I just love it
<v Speaker 2>so much.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and when you see the finale, knowing me, knowing
<v Speaker 1>the things that I love and anybody who's seen that finale,
<v Speaker 1>you know what I'm talking about. It just made it
<v Speaker 1>that much more like they did that for me. They
<v Speaker 1>really like me, So it was it was pretty great.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I saw I need to dive in. Still, I'll
<v Speaker 2>get to it eventually. I honestly, I'm at this point
<v Speaker 2>where I have seen so many spoilers now that I'm
<v Speaker 2>not gonna be too shocked by anything it, but I
<v Speaker 2>do want to wrap it up.
<v Speaker 1>Well, you should have watched along the timeline that everyone
<v Speaker 1>else was, you know, like, you should have. You should have.
<v Speaker 2>Sorry, Kat, you got a family.
<v Speaker 1>You should have made time for yourself their you know what,
<v Speaker 1>disregard your children to watch TV. Okay,
