[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it's, uh, it usually takes 38 pounds.

[SPEAKER_05]: I looked, I looked on the side and I saw like what appeared to be a tiny piece of rubber that had, you know, was from a different part that did not appear to be deep at all and I don't know what it was.

[SPEAKER_05]: There it was.
[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't hear any sound.
[SPEAKER_05]: This is, you know, after I got done pumping it up.

[SPEAKER_05]: I was confident that I was going to be fine for at least my round of golf and then maybe to get home.

[SPEAKER_05]: They are these modern tires that we have and I get about a mile from my exit and I hear And I lose control of the vehicle

[SPEAKER_05]: I know the car's not gonna get fixed until the next day at the best is a Friday night.

[SPEAKER_05]: And he comes back to me and said, was your car in a ditch?
[SPEAKER_05]: I said, no, I pulled it off the side of the road, two tires were on the grass and two tires were on the emergency lane.

[SPEAKER_05]: Let me tell you what this service manager does.

[SPEAKER_05]: he drives out there and waits in the meantime he is calling the roadside assistance and giving them reading them the riot act this dude calls his other toe company his local one yes stays with my vehicle and then calls me back at i'm home at this point at two minutes after seven wow
[SPEAKER_05]: They're giving me a loaner card, they're saying it was this towing company that is used by the crappiest roadside assistance in the world is in it ended with him taking care of it and they gave me a break on everything to get the car repaired and I just wanted to say to Bill.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's great.
[SPEAKER_05]: and Chuck and Austin, the three guys that were, I mean, you guys deserve a metal, you did a great job.
[SPEAKER_05]: So as bad as the roadside assistant was, was the dealership was great.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know, by a car by car, there's, you know what?
[SPEAKER_06]: There are good people out there.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's fantastic.
[SPEAKER_05]: Can you imagine at the end of the bit?
[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, and this guy was from what I gathered, being there the next day, I think he was off.
