<v Speaker 1>Tonight was the first SmackDown coming out of the Royal Rumble.
<v Speaker 1>We are now officially on the road to the elimination chamber.
<v Speaker 1>First SmackDown coming off that tremendous closing segment that we
<v Speaker 1>had on Monday night with Roman Reigns and CM Punk,
<v Speaker 1>which left Drew McIntyre reeling because they basically ganged up
<v Speaker 1>on him. Boy did they bury him six feet beneath
<v Speaker 1>the earth. So the number one goal coming into tonight's
<v Speaker 1>show had to be Drew McIntyre giving some sort of
<v Speaker 1>receipt for what happened on Monday. I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>he was going to be able to top what we
<v Speaker 1>saw on Monday night, but he at least had to
<v Speaker 1>address it, because if you send him out there and
<v Speaker 1>don't give him time with a live mic to address
<v Speaker 1>what was said about him, it would have made him
<v Speaker 1>look like just the biggest fool. And he did get
<v Speaker 1>some mic time tonight. He did speak to what Roman
<v Speaker 1>Reigns and CM Punk had to say about him on Monday.
<v Speaker 1>And look, it wasn't the segment that we had on
<v Speaker 1>Raw and I wouldn't say there were any real stiff
<v Speaker 1>burns in the way that you know, those guys were
<v Speaker 1>a lobbing bombs on Monday night. It was nothing like that,
<v Speaker 1>But I thought what he said tonight, it was more
<v Speaker 1>about reinforcing the legacy of the title that he currently
<v Speaker 1>holds and pointing out the legacy and the importance and
<v Speaker 1>the value in that championship, the history of that championship,
<v Speaker 1>and basically saying, how the rest of the SmackDown roster,
<v Speaker 1>you know, they saw and heard what happened on Monday night.
<v Speaker 1>It should be lighting a fire under their ass right now.
<v Speaker 1>He was basically trying to be the face the cheerleader
<v Speaker 1>of SmackDown. Realistically, there's nothing that Drew McIntyre can do
<v Speaker 1>or say that or really a match that they can
<v Speaker 1>make for WrestleMania that is going to be bigger than
<v Speaker 1>the one that they already made official on Monday night.
<v Speaker 1>We already know what the main event, the big main
<v Speaker 1>event they're going to push this year for WrestleMania is
<v Speaker 1>it's Roman Reigns and Cmpunk. I don't see any combination
<v Speaker 1>of Superstar that does any match that they could put
<v Speaker 1>together for the WWE title that is going to be
<v Speaker 1>bigger than what we saw on Monday. So to that
<v Speaker 1>extent I thought. He came out, he addressed it, he
<v Speaker 1>said what had to be said, but there was no
<v Speaker 1>way he was going to be able to talk what
<v Speaker 1>Roman Impunk did on Monday. But he only got the
<v Speaker 1>words out in his promo after being attacked twice on
<v Speaker 1>this show. It took him a few times before he
<v Speaker 1>finally had the chance to go out there and say
<v Speaker 1>what needed to be said. First, he gets jumped by
<v Speaker 1>Cody Cody Raheem Roads. It's the best part of the
<v Speaker 1>entire show, Cody Raheem Roads. And then later on Jacob
<v Speaker 1>Fatu also jumped him. Both men were basically sent away
<v Speaker 1>out of the building so Drew could finally cut his
<v Speaker 1>promo later in the show, Cody Raheem Roads. We had
<v Speaker 1>our first Elimination Chamber qualifying matches tonight as well. We
<v Speaker 1>had one for the women. We had one for the men.
<v Speaker 1>Randy Orton and Tiffany Stratton. They are going to the
<v Speaker 1>Elimination Chamber and their respect not the same match, that
<v Speaker 1>would be different, but they are going to their respective
<v Speaker 1>matches at the Chamber so that we know, and there
<v Speaker 1>is a match, a qualifying match that they have made
<v Speaker 1>official for next week's show. That is actually pretty damn big,
<v Speaker 1>and it's pretty damn surprising considering the names that are
<v Speaker 1>in it. If the idea is that only one of
<v Speaker 1>them can move on to the chamber and the other
<v Speaker 1>two are shit out of luck. Kind of surprised that
<v Speaker 1>they're putting all three of these guys in the same
<v Speaker 1>match together next week. And I'll tell you what that
<v Speaker 1>is a little bit later on, but it is a
<v Speaker 1>big match. Speaking of Big Obafemi, we saw him on
<v Speaker 1>Monday night. He made short work of the war Raiders
<v Speaker 1>Viking Raiders. What are they called? I think they're the
<v Speaker 1>war Raiders. Why do I still think they're called the
<v Speaker 1>Viking Raiders? Why does it even matter? I mean, I
<v Speaker 1>don't even know if they'll have a job in a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks the way they were treated on Monday, he
<v Speaker 1>made short work of them that I don't think that
<v Speaker 1>was a official match. Tonight, he had an official match
<v Speaker 1>on SmackDown. It didn't go very long. It was him
<v Speaker 1>and Kit Wilson Boy, you know Kit Wilson man. It
<v Speaker 1>was close. He had him on the ropes. He was
<v Speaker 1>this close from pulling out the win over Obafemi. He
<v Speaker 1>didn't work out, though, Obafemi is still unsigned. He is
<v Speaker 1>still being courted by both general managers. I'll tell you
<v Speaker 1>one day. We did not see or hear about tonight,
<v Speaker 1>conspicuous by his absence, no Royce Keys. We saw the
<v Speaker 1>debut of Powerhouse Hobbs at the Royal Rumble. I do
<v Speaker 1>think that ultimately he will land on SmackDown. He was
<v Speaker 1>nowhere to be found on the show tonight, so it
<v Speaker 1>remains to be seen if he's even going to be
<v Speaker 1>on the main roster. They could still potentially start him
<v Speaker 1>out in n X State. It's still possible. I think
<v Speaker 1>that would be a mistake. But yeah, he was noticeably
<v Speaker 1>absent from tonight's show. I thought on the whole, you know,
<v Speaker 1>it was a solid show overall. It definitely dragged in part.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, there was a Shinsky Nakamura Tamatonga match that
<v Speaker 1>oh my god. There was also a qualifying match on
<v Speaker 1>the women's side, the one that Tiffany qualified in that
<v Speaker 1>was not that great. Not that great, But the rest
<v Speaker 1>of the wrestling on the show is at least decent.
<v Speaker 1>I thought they at least push things forward as far
<v Speaker 1>as the elimination chamber, we got a few a couple
<v Speaker 1>of good promo segments. So again it was solid on
<v Speaker 1>the whole. One big difference. Hot crowd in Charlotte, not
<v Speaker 1>so much in Philadelphia on Monday. Hot crowd tonight in Charlotte.
<v Speaker 1>That does make a difference. This is your Friday Night
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown review here as we close out another week. It
<v Speaker 1>is Friday night, February sixth, twenty twenty six. I am
<v Speaker 1>the solemn Oster. Thank you for hanging out with me.
<v Speaker 1>Like and subscribe super chats are open. I will be
<v Speaker 1>reading your messages a little bit later on, and we
<v Speaker 1>are going to find out right now how many likes
<v Speaker 1>we need to hit the goal for our or be
<v Speaker 1>the booker segment. So let's find out. I'm not gonna
<v Speaker 1>waste any time here. Take this bad boy for spin.
<v Speaker 1>How many likes do we need? Four fifty? So that
<v Speaker 1>is the magic number, four hundred and fifty likes. If
<v Speaker 1>we hit that number during the stream, we will do
<v Speaker 1>be the booker later on. So get those likes up.
<v Speaker 1>Let's get right into this here because the show tonight
<v Speaker 1>open with the WWE champion Drew McIntyre out to the
<v Speaker 1>ring first after his win over Sammy z Ain at
<v Speaker 1>the Royal Rumble, a mostly one sided win. Again, I
<v Speaker 1>look back on that title match in Riod and honestly,
<v Speaker 1>I did not come away from that match with some
<v Speaker 1>great burning desire to see Sammy's Ain get another opportunity
<v Speaker 1>at the WWE title. It's gonna take some work, I think,
<v Speaker 1>to at least get this guy excited to see that
<v Speaker 1>match again, because Drew beat him. I mean it was,
<v Speaker 1>you know, a pretty good drubbing, and it was not
<v Speaker 1>a terribly exciting match that really didn't have a lot
<v Speaker 1>of heat. Drew one and now it's time to move on.
<v Speaker 1>And Drew, of course, was smug as can be as
<v Speaker 1>he was making his way out. Not only did he
<v Speaker 1>beat Sammy's A at the Royal Rumble, he had a
<v Speaker 1>hand in eliminating Cody Rhodes from the Royal Rumble match.
<v Speaker 1>So again he was looking quite smug, which ended up
<v Speaker 1>being his downfall because as he was making his way out,
<v Speaker 1>he got jumped by very angry Cody Rhodes during his
<v Speaker 1>entrance and he beat him up around ringside until Drew
<v Speaker 1>ran away. Officials poured out to keep Cody from him,
<v Speaker 1>so Cody got into the ring and he took his
<v Speaker 1>jacket off whatever it was he was wearing. He got
<v Speaker 1>a microphone. He was all fired up, as he should be.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, look at what happened to him at the
<v Speaker 1>Royal Rumble. I'd be fucking pissed. I would be a
<v Speaker 1>reckon shop left and right if I were Cody Roads.
<v Speaker 1>So this is the Cody I was hoping to see
<v Speaker 1>here on this show. Gets on the mic, he goes, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>things will never be the same again. He goes for
<v Speaker 1>the first time, he can't wait or he can't point
<v Speaker 1>rather to the WrestleMania's sign. Speaking of that sign, he
<v Speaker 1>watched them Punk and Roman reigns not just declare their
<v Speaker 1>hatred for each other, but declare their championship match. And
<v Speaker 1>he was excited. But why, when this amazing moment is over,
<v Speaker 1>is his name the first name that comes out of
<v Speaker 1>their mouth. It's simple. It's because people know what WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>means to him and what he means to wrestle Mania.
<v Speaker 1>But he heard it was gonna be a you know
<v Speaker 1>what measuring contest? Couldn't say the words here, it was
<v Speaker 1>going to be a you know what measuring contest. Well,
<v Speaker 1>they're both glad this was great. They're both glad that
<v Speaker 1>he's not in it because he didn't get at the
<v Speaker 1>nickname Raheem for no reason. And I'm like, whoa, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>now we've jumped from social media to television. Here Cody
<v Speaker 1>Raheem roads and this got a Let me tell you
<v Speaker 1>the pop that this line got. If you don't think
<v Speaker 1>people didn't know what he was talking about, this got
<v Speaker 1>one of the biggest pops of the entire show. So
<v Speaker 1>the crowd went wild for that line, and he goes,
<v Speaker 1>what do you want to talk about? Charlotte, North Carolina? Goesa.
<v Speaker 1>He was born in this city, right down the street
<v Speaker 1>Presbyterian Hospital, So imagine his shame when he returned to
<v Speaker 1>the city that the story's first page was written on
<v Speaker 1>empty handed. Drew McIntyre wasn't mad that he was WWE champion.
<v Speaker 1>He was mad that Cody was. So don't worry because
<v Speaker 1>Cody's shaman discomfort, he says, becomes Drew's downfall. Drew McIntyre,
<v Speaker 1>don't worry about a thing because you won't make it
<v Speaker 1>to WrestleMania. That Raheem line, holy shit, holy shit, already
<v Speaker 1>the line of the year in any wrestling promo. Right then,
<v Speaker 1>I know it's only February, we still have a waste
<v Speaker 1>to go, and we had that great segment that closesed
<v Speaker 1>Raw on Monday night. Again there were bombs that they
<v Speaker 1>were throwing at each other back and forth. That right there,
<v Speaker 1>best line in a promo so far in twenty twenty six,
<v Speaker 1>if you know, you know, and a great fire from
<v Speaker 1>Cody here exactly what this needed to be after the
<v Speaker 1>way he was eliminated from the Royal Rumble. It couldn't
<v Speaker 1>be any other way. Can't come out with a smile
<v Speaker 1>on your face going whoa, You can't come to the
<v Speaker 1>ring with a smile on your face and go, Charlotte,
<v Speaker 1>what do you want to talk about? Right? No, you're
<v Speaker 1>this close to WrestleMania. You just got fucked out of
<v Speaker 1>the Royal Rumble. You need to be pissed, you need
<v Speaker 1>to be upset, you need to want to rip this
<v Speaker 1>guy's head off his shoulders. So I like the way
<v Speaker 1>that they started the show. I like the way they
<v Speaker 1>started the show on Monday with bron Breaker the cold open,
<v Speaker 1>because he also got screwed out of the Royal Rumble
<v Speaker 1>and then it was all downhill from there, of course,
<v Speaker 1>but they had the right idea with him coming out
<v Speaker 1>and just being an absolute madman. So at least they
<v Speaker 1>got that right now. After a break, Cody was in
<v Speaker 1>the back with Nick all this. They were still trying
<v Speaker 1>to calm him down and he was looking for Drew.
<v Speaker 1>But right now, there's one way to make that happen,
<v Speaker 1>said all this, which is winning the Elimination Chamber and
<v Speaker 1>you're qualifying match next week, and Cody agreed and he goes,
<v Speaker 1>I'll see you next week in Dallas. So Cody is
<v Speaker 1>going to be in an Elimination Chamber match next week, qualifier.
<v Speaker 1>I will tell you what that match is here in
<v Speaker 1>a little bit, because it's a big one. After this,
<v Speaker 1>we had Rhea Ripley and Eo Sky over from Raw
<v Speaker 1>to defend their women's tag team titles against the number
<v Speaker 1>one contenders, the Women's United States Champion Julia and Keana James.
<v Speaker 1>So Ripley and James, they started things off here. Julia
<v Speaker 1>stepped in, but she didn't want to face Rhea. She
<v Speaker 1>wanted EO and I said, yes, that's what I would
<v Speaker 1>like to see. So Ria tagged Eo into the ring
<v Speaker 1>and we got some Joshi action here. Early in this match,
<v Speaker 1>Julia stomped at EO's head mocked her. Her taunt got
<v Speaker 1>some heat for that. Sky Dodge had attempted a throw
<v Speaker 1>by Julia hit her with a great shotgun dropkick. Keana
<v Speaker 1>involved herself. She draped EO throat first over the top
<v Speaker 1>rope and the heels got the heat on EO for
<v Speaker 1>a little while. After that, Julia blasted EO with a
<v Speaker 1>missile dropkick of her own. They were really milking the
<v Speaker 1>potential hot tag here, and this is the formula now
<v Speaker 1>that they generally follow in these Rear Ripley Eo skytag matches,
<v Speaker 1>and it's great because it always works and people are
<v Speaker 1>just dying to see Rhea Ripley make the hot tag
<v Speaker 1>and when she does, they go crazy. So they were
<v Speaker 1>really taking their time within him milking it here. She
<v Speaker 1>finally got it. Ria cleaned house eod her. You know,
<v Speaker 1>EO does this crazy dive out of the ring where
<v Speaker 1>she'll dive through the ropes and her body is like
<v Speaker 1>turning as she's flying, and I was worried, like she's
<v Speaker 1>gonna either take a header into the floor or over
<v Speaker 1>rotate or something. It's just so wild. So she did
<v Speaker 1>it here to Julia outside the ring over by the
<v Speaker 1>announced desk and she very nearly spiked herself right into
<v Speaker 1>the ground, almost took that header that I talked about,
<v Speaker 1>but she was okay, took out Julia with it back inside,
<v Speaker 1>Keana escaped a riptide attempt Jesh powerbomb EO right on
<v Speaker 1>top of Rhea, who was laid out on the mat.
<v Speaker 1>Julia and Keana they hit a combination of their signature move,
<v Speaker 1>the four oh one k followed by the riveder Chi knee.
<v Speaker 1>Julia covered Rhea broke it up. Julia attempted a Northern
<v Speaker 1>Lights bomb EO, though reversed it. Riea got the blind tag.
<v Speaker 1>She head budded Julia, she hit riptide and you know
<v Speaker 1>what followed over the Moon's all an. EO Sky gets
<v Speaker 1>the win to retain the titles for their team. This
<v Speaker 1>was fun. This was fun. This was much improved from
<v Speaker 1>the three way qualifying match Number one Contenders match whatever
<v Speaker 1>you want to call it, that we had previously where
<v Speaker 1>Julia and Keanu won the shot That was not so good.
<v Speaker 1>But this was a fun match. Look, it helped that
<v Speaker 1>Ria and Eo are so over so of course when
<v Speaker 1>they're out there, they're always getting a reaction. When Julie
<v Speaker 1>is out there. As much as it pains me, she
<v Speaker 1>gets no reaction, so it was nice to actually have
<v Speaker 1>a crowd that was loud and invested and cared about
<v Speaker 1>what they were seeing here. Surprising I will say that
<v Speaker 1>they had Julia take the losing fall and not Keana,
<v Speaker 1>given that Julia is the US champion. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>what the significance of that might be, but looks as
<v Speaker 1>fun as it is to watch Ria and Eo do
<v Speaker 1>their thing together as a team, and as great as
<v Speaker 1>they are as a team, still pulling for them to
<v Speaker 1>drop those titles as soon as possible because we are
<v Speaker 1>heading into WrestleMania. We are a little over two months away,
<v Speaker 1>and to me, that show, as big as it is,
<v Speaker 1>they need to be involved in something bigger. They need
<v Speaker 1>to be involved in something better, even if it's against
<v Speaker 1>each other. Got the Bellas are looming right there are
<v Speaker 1>other teams that could be defending those tag team titles
<v Speaker 1>against Nicki and Breathe does not need to be Rea Ineo,
<v Speaker 1>so hopefully those belts will find their way around someone
<v Speaker 1>else's waists very soon. But this ended up being the
<v Speaker 1>best match on the show. I thought Iliya Dragonov was
<v Speaker 1>backstage he was on his way out to the ring.
<v Speaker 1>He was in his robe and everything. He was gonna
<v Speaker 1>accept the US title Open challenge, and he was interrupted
<v Speaker 1>by the Miz, who claimed, too bad. I already talked
<v Speaker 1>to Nick all this earlier, and I'm getting the shot tonight.
<v Speaker 1>So Carmel Ohayes showed up said that if you deserved
<v Speaker 1>a shot, you don't. But since you went and made
<v Speaker 1>the match, I'm not gonna give you a title shot.
<v Speaker 1>But if it's a match that you want, then it's
<v Speaker 1>a match that you'll get. Mis told him non title
<v Speaker 1>huh oh, you better not miss. And I'm just watching
<v Speaker 1>this and I'm going, well, of course Mis does not
<v Speaker 1>need a championship match because he does not deserve a
<v Speaker 1>championship match. And do you know the last time that
<v Speaker 1>the Miz one a match one a singles match on
<v Speaker 1>TV was two years ago, almost to the day, two
<v Speaker 1>years ago on Raw he beat JD McDonough. You would
<v Speaker 1>have to go back two years to find a match
<v Speaker 1>that this man won Open challenge or no open challenge.
<v Speaker 1>He should not be getting a championship match on TV.
<v Speaker 1>Carmelo Hayes is one hundred percent right. So this was
<v Speaker 1>non title between them, if you can believe it. For
<v Speaker 1>as long as these two guys were together, right, they
<v Speaker 1>were friends, they were partners, then they broke up. All
<v Speaker 1>of this happened months ago. This was the first match
<v Speaker 1>between them. We never got a singles match between Carmelo
<v Speaker 1>Hayes and the Miz until tonight. Okay, at least it's fresh.
<v Speaker 1>I feel like they've been teasing this for the longest time.
<v Speaker 1>We haven't gotten this, so now we're finally getting it.
<v Speaker 1>Late in the match, Hayes connected with a La mistica
<v Speaker 1>on Miz, which sent him out to the floor. Mis
<v Speaker 1>rolled outside and Mellow He did a dive out over
<v Speaker 1>the top rope, did not have the best landing. He
<v Speaker 1>landed it look like right on his lower back and
<v Speaker 1>he popped up and he was like, you know, and
<v Speaker 1>even on commentary, I think Wade Barrett pointed the landing out,
<v Speaker 1>but Mis took the brunt of it nonetheless, so he
<v Speaker 1>put Mis back inside. He went up top. He came
<v Speaker 1>off with a frog splash. May's got the knees up though,
<v Speaker 1>and he got cradled only for two skull crushing finale
<v Speaker 1>attemph was avoided. Mello got a super kick for a
<v Speaker 1>two count. Miz hit a rebound power bomb, so he
<v Speaker 1>bounced him off the top rope and then hit a
<v Speaker 1>sitout power bomb for a near fall. Mis tried again
<v Speaker 1>for a skull crushing finale, and it looked like at
<v Speaker 1>first it looked like he got it. Mello actually rolled through.
<v Speaker 1>This was smooth. He rolled right through the skull crushing
<v Speaker 1>finale and then caught him with the first forty eight
<v Speaker 1>and he won with it. He won with the codebreaker,
<v Speaker 1>didn't even need to go up for the nothing, but net,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's the Miz, so of course, so Carmelo
<v Speaker 1>Hayes wins. I have to say, Uh, that was actually
<v Speaker 1>pretty good, Actually a pretty good match. The finishing sequence
<v Speaker 1>was very smooth, the way that Mellow rolled through, uh,
<v Speaker 1>and then went from there. So I liked that. I
<v Speaker 1>still cannot believe it took this long for us to
<v Speaker 1>get this match, but at least now we got it
<v Speaker 1>and they can get it out of the way. We
<v Speaker 1>can move on to getting Dragonov and Hayes back in
<v Speaker 1>the ring together yet again. It was great the first time,
<v Speaker 1>or did it happen twice? Might have happened twice, actually,
<v Speaker 1>so I'm looking forward to seeing two times, three times.
<v Speaker 1>What does the matter. It's a match I'm looking forward
<v Speaker 1>to seeing again. Kathy Kelly interviewed Tiffany Stratton backstage and
<v Speaker 1>asked how she plans to refocus on getting back her
<v Speaker 1>women's championship after coming this close to winning the Women's
<v Speaker 1>Royal Rumble. Tiffany said that her sights are set on
<v Speaker 1>the elimination chamber. Chelsea Green and Alba Fire interrupted the
<v Speaker 1>promo here. Chelsea was slated for a chamber qualifier later
<v Speaker 1>in the show with Tiffany and Lash Legend. She said
<v Speaker 1>that the only person in this company newsworthy was her
<v Speaker 1>and Tiffany said that Chelsea's wrestle many of dreams would
<v Speaker 1>be dead after tonight, well, especially if Michael Hayes gets
<v Speaker 1>his way. Oho MG Solo liked him. It was a
<v Speaker 1>good match. I'm giving the man his flowers. It was
<v Speaker 1>a good match. He's just he's a fucking loser, that's all.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just pointing out facts here. Tell me what I'm
<v Speaker 1>telling lies. The man has not won a match on
<v Speaker 1>TV in two years. But they had a good match.
<v Speaker 1>I enjoyed it. We got a Wyat six video that
<v Speaker 1>interrupted as Bo Dallas talked about Solo Soco was stealing
<v Speaker 1>the lantern. My god, this fucking lantern. You know, I
<v Speaker 1>think that what we should do. We should all everybody
<v Speaker 1>watching this right now, we should all pitch in. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>we could do a GoFundMe, or just doesn't even have
<v Speaker 1>to be a gofund me. We'll all pitch in and
<v Speaker 1>we're gonna buy Bo a new lantern. How's that sound?
<v Speaker 1>Because I feel like if we buy him a new lantern,
<v Speaker 1>we can move beyond this story. He won't have to
<v Speaker 1>worry about the lantern that Solo took. I like that idea.
<v Speaker 1>I'm willing to do that. We'll crowdfund it. Bo said
<v Speaker 1>that Solo was scared of being left in the dark
<v Speaker 1>all by himself, which is why he stole the lantern.
<v Speaker 1>So he's afraid of the dark. Okay, So Solo Sokoa
<v Speaker 1>needs a night light? Is that the Is that the
<v Speaker 1>story here? Yes, we're gonna We're going to crowd fund
<v Speaker 1>to get him a new lantern. Yes, a new battery
<v Speaker 1>operated electric lantern. You got two bucks? Hey, look, every
<v Speaker 1>every dollar counts. Kyrie is still following Osca back to
<v Speaker 1>the States. You know, I heard that Oska was forcing
<v Speaker 1>Kyrie to walk back to the States all the way
<v Speaker 1>from Saudi Arabia. So Kyrie is still in transit. She
<v Speaker 1>has not returned yet, but she's on her way. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if she'll be back stateside on American soil
<v Speaker 1>and time for Raw this Monday. But from what I understand,
<v Speaker 1>Kyrie is still walking anyway. You you don't need me
<v Speaker 1>to finish this off. It was the video was what
<v Speaker 1>it was. He wants his lantern. He's very upset. But
<v Speaker 1>we didn't have to wait very long for that women's
<v Speaker 1>Elimination Chamber triple Threat qualifier because we had Tiffany Stratton,
<v Speaker 1>we had Lash Legend, and we had Chelsea Green. Legend
<v Speaker 1>had a very good Royal Rumble this year. I pointed
<v Speaker 1>that out when I did my review. I was live
<v Speaker 1>with all of you, and I said, they gave her
<v Speaker 1>the monster spot, which is what I figured she would
<v Speaker 1>be the one to get it this year. In that match,
<v Speaker 1>she had five eliminations, more than anybody else in that match,
<v Speaker 1>and some big names were among those eliminations. Charlotte Flair,
<v Speaker 1>who was in the Rumble for like an hour. She
<v Speaker 1>was number one. She eliminated Charlotte. She eliminated Jordan Grace,
<v Speaker 1>Yo Sky, the Bella Twins who especially Breeze, super Over
<v Speaker 1>and Saudi. So it was a good night for lash Legend.
<v Speaker 1>Last Saturday tonight was not a great night for lash Legend.
<v Speaker 1>She did not look very good here in this match.
<v Speaker 1>She looked lost a few different times. There were some
<v Speaker 1>rough spots and not just her, Tiffany Stratton too. Both
<v Speaker 1>of them just not great, and Chelsea Chelsea Green was
<v Speaker 1>the one who was the most over here in Charlotte tonight.
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte was not on the show in Charlotte by the way,
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte or Alexa and neither of them were on the
<v Speaker 1>show tonight. But Chelsea Green was actually getting chance of
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea during this match, like the fans really wanted her
<v Speaker 1>to win this match. Michael Hayes must have been thrown
<v Speaker 1>furniture backstage. He must have been so upset. Why aren't
<v Speaker 1>they chanting Tiffy Tiffy. They're chanting Chelsea Chelsea. Actually, I
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't surprise me if he was in the back saying
<v Speaker 1>what are they chanting? Oh, don't worry, they're chanting Tiffy Tiffy.
<v Speaker 1>Boo Earns Boo earns fucking idiot. So after a commercial break,
<v Speaker 1>Lash lifted Tiffany over her head slammed her onto a
<v Speaker 1>prone Chelsea before splashing both women. She could not get
<v Speaker 1>the win off of this. Stratton caught Legend with a
<v Speaker 1>rough dropkick that she reversed an unpretty her attempt from
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea off the top, Stratton hit Green with a superplex
<v Speaker 1>she rolled through into a urinagi. Legend broke up the
<v Speaker 1>pen and tried for her LASH extension finish. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what happened here. She didn't get the Lash extension,
<v Speaker 1>but as she and Tiffany were kind of jockeying for
<v Speaker 1>position here, I don't know what the fuck was. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what this was. It just looked like the
<v Speaker 1>two of them weren't on the same page. Legend hit
<v Speaker 1>Stratton with a buckle bomb followed by a choke slam
<v Speaker 1>for a near fall that looked good at least. Meanwhile,
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea jumped from the top and she was in one corner.
<v Speaker 1>The other two women were down in the other corner,
<v Speaker 1>but not in the corner, but they were sort of
<v Speaker 1>down leaning back against the bottom rope, and Chelsea comes
<v Speaker 1>in with a coast to coast and she kicks I
<v Speaker 1>think it was Lash into Tiffany, and then Tiffany rolled outside,
<v Speaker 1>so Chelsea covered Lash, and then Nya Jacks, who was outside,
<v Speaker 1>pulled Chelsea out of the ring. And now Nya Jacks,
<v Speaker 1>of course trying to save the match for her partner.
<v Speaker 1>Here Grad is booing, we got a scuffle here. I
<v Speaker 1>can't even call it a scuffle really, I mean, Alba
<v Speaker 1>Fire confronted Naya, she got knocked down. Alba Fire now
<v Speaker 1>is just she's a total non factor. I mean, at
<v Speaker 1>one time, this woman was a dominant force in nxt
<v Speaker 1>UK nxt UK Women's Champion, I think for a long time,
<v Speaker 1>and I don't even know who this woman is. Now,
<v Speaker 1>I don't even know who this person is. She's just
<v Speaker 1>a punchline on the show. But she gets knocked down
<v Speaker 1>here by Naya Jacks. Things broke down Chelsea and Tiffany.
<v Speaker 1>They heaved Lash over the timekeeper's barricade. Back inside, Chelsea
<v Speaker 1>attempted and unpretty her. It got reversed by Tiffany, who
<v Speaker 1>finished her off with the prettiest moon salt ever. And
<v Speaker 1>so Tiffany Stratton becomes the first person male or female
<v Speaker 1>I believe to qualify for an elimination chamber match she
<v Speaker 1>is officially in. This was not good. I did not
<v Speaker 1>think this match was very good. And they did share,
<v Speaker 1>they did cheer rather for Tiffany's win at the end.
<v Speaker 1>It's not like they were booing Tiffany. They just really
<v Speaker 1>were into Chelsea. And I think had Chelsea pulled off
<v Speaker 1>the win, and I wasn't expecting her to, but if
<v Speaker 1>she would have pulled off the wind, it would have
<v Speaker 1>got a huge reaction because this was a very pro
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea Green crowd here in Charlotte. And the only question
<v Speaker 1>is are the right people listening. I don't know, are
<v Speaker 1>they listening? You would think they would pay attention and
<v Speaker 1>we'll see what happens next week in a different city,
<v Speaker 1>and then after that and after that. But you know,
<v Speaker 1>if there are fans out there who really like Chelsea
<v Speaker 1>and they want to see her doing more than what
<v Speaker 1>they have her doing, the best way to do that
<v Speaker 1>is to use your voice, you know. I mean, is
<v Speaker 1>it just an internet thing or are there fans who
<v Speaker 1>go to these shows who genuinely like Chelsea Green and
<v Speaker 1>want to see her succeed and do more on the show.
<v Speaker 1>That's the question, but the best way to get their
<v Speaker 1>attention is going to be at the buildings using your voice.
<v Speaker 1>We'll see if these reactions continue. I'd love to see it,
<v Speaker 1>even though some people obviously wouldn't. I'd love to see it.
<v Speaker 1>In the back, Kathy Kelly was talking with Randy Orton.
<v Speaker 1>Randy was not happy about the Royal Rumble, but now
<v Speaker 1>he's focused on entering his tenth Elimination Chamber match. That
<v Speaker 1>experience will be to his advantage. And then here comes
<v Speaker 1>Alistair Black and Zelena Black says that we just said
<v Speaker 1>goodbye to two of the greatest ever, but were blessed
<v Speaker 1>to still have Randy at least part of him. See
<v Speaker 1>you out there. This, by the way, is what they
<v Speaker 1>saved Alistair Black's return from because he flew all the
<v Speaker 1>way to Saudi Arabia. He was supposed to be in
<v Speaker 1>the Royal Rumble. They decided not to include him in
<v Speaker 1>the Royal Rumble with the idea that we'd like to
<v Speaker 1>just bring him back on SmackDown. Okay, flew all the
<v Speaker 1>way out there not to work, but okay, this was
<v Speaker 1>his big return, first appearance for him here since the
<v Speaker 1>Ambulance match with Damian priest kit Wilson speaking of people
<v Speaker 1>who flew all the way to Saudi and weren't used.
<v Speaker 1>Kit Wilson was up next, made his way to the
<v Speaker 1>ring and he got ready to teach us a lesson
<v Speaker 1>in toxic masculinity, and he talked about being at the
<v Speaker 1>Royal Rumble last week and how it disgusted him. Called
<v Speaker 1>everyone in the rumble talk stated that they didn't want
<v Speaker 1>him in the rumble because of what he represents? Is
<v Speaker 1>that true? Was he shooting here? They didn't want him
<v Speaker 1>in the Royal room? Who is this? They? So he
<v Speaker 1>said they didn't want him in the rumble because of
<v Speaker 1>what he represents. He called himself a man who moisturizes
<v Speaker 1>and a man who listens. Do you hear that, ladies,
<v Speaker 1>I too am a man who moisturizes and a man
<v Speaker 1>who listens. I'm just saying. As well as a man
<v Speaker 1>who moves his hips in a particular way. Well, let's
<v Speaker 1>say that's not me. I don't do that. So he
<v Speaker 1>started moving his hips. Wilson called the crowd toxic. He
<v Speaker 1>challenged anyone who was in the rumble to come out
<v Speaker 1>and face him right now to prove themselves. And you
<v Speaker 1>can see people standing up in the background. I think
<v Speaker 1>they kind of got a sense of who was coming
<v Speaker 1>out here. If you saw Raw Monday Night and you
<v Speaker 1>heard about the two general managers vying for his services,
<v Speaker 1>you put two and two together, It's not hard to
<v Speaker 1>guess who was coming out next. It was Oba Femi,
<v Speaker 1>and Oba comes out and he got a great reaction
<v Speaker 1>here from the crowd. There were chants of Oba, Oba
<v Speaker 1>in the rhythm of Goldberg, assuming those weren't piped in
<v Speaker 1>that way to try to get the crowd to start
<v Speaker 1>doing it. Of course, I don't trust this company as
<v Speaker 1>far as I could throw them, but yes, they were
<v Speaker 1>chanting Oba's name in like the Goldberg style. We'll see
<v Speaker 1>if that catches on. Wilson still had the mic though,
<v Speaker 1>after Oba got in the ring and he yelled at
<v Speaker 1>Femi before he was met with a very hard strike.
<v Speaker 1>Unlike Raw Monday Night, we actually got a bell, so
<v Speaker 1>this was an official match here. It didn't last very long.
<v Speaker 1>Oba repeatedly hit him in the corner with running elbows
<v Speaker 1>before putting an end to things with the fall from Grace,
<v Speaker 1>and that was the end of kit Will's son here.
<v Speaker 1>In this segment, another dominant showing here by Obafemi, and
<v Speaker 1>that's what you do. You book him in a dominant way.
<v Speaker 1>You have him come out and beat people in short order.
<v Speaker 1>And hell, you could do the ride back thing where
<v Speaker 1>you start setting up two on one, three on one.
<v Speaker 1>Let him beat a whole bunch of people at once.
<v Speaker 1>That's what you do to build credibility and make people
<v Speaker 1>understand very quickly that this guy is a player, and
<v Speaker 1>this guy is someone that you need to follow along
<v Speaker 1>with here. This guy's going to be a big star.
<v Speaker 1>Obafemi is the kind of guy. It would be extremely
<v Speaker 1>hard to fuck this up. I've said that before, and
<v Speaker 1>they're playing it very smart right now. I like the
<v Speaker 1>idea that boldgms are fighting for his services. I do
<v Speaker 1>think he probably ends up on Monday Night Raw. But
<v Speaker 1>just keep doing what you're doing, is all I have
<v Speaker 1>to say. I don't know if we are going to
<v Speaker 1>get Obafemi in Brock Lesnar at Wrestle Media. It is
<v Speaker 1>a match that makes sense. He's the confrontation at the
<v Speaker 1>rumble without actually giving it to us. I think Brock
<v Speaker 1>hit him with a German and then Oba maybe hit
<v Speaker 1>him with a German. That was the extent to which
<v Speaker 1>we had any physicality between the two of them, but
<v Speaker 1>you could feel it in that crowd in Saudi, like
<v Speaker 1>this was a match they really were waiting to see.
<v Speaker 1>So you know, the interest is there. And as I
<v Speaker 1>look ahead to the WrestleMania card, like, of course they're
<v Speaker 1>gonna have Brock on the show, but what else would
<v Speaker 1>he be doing? And then you got Oba. You're debuting
<v Speaker 1>Oba so close to WrestleMania, it wouldn't make any sense
<v Speaker 1>for him not to be on the WrestleMania card. Logically,
<v Speaker 1>Obafemi should be wrestling brock Lesner. If Obafemi wrestles brock Lesner,
<v Speaker 1>Obafemi beats brock Lesner, because if Obafemi is not beating Brocklesner,
<v Speaker 1>then you do not do the match that would seem
<v Speaker 1>to be the match that would make the most sense.
<v Speaker 1>How they get there remains to be seen. I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>because Brock doesn't just randomly show up on TV. Does
<v Speaker 1>Oba keep running through people and then one day finally
<v Speaker 1>takes the microphone and he just calls out Brock, or
<v Speaker 1>maybe he just keeps extending challenge, I need some competition.
<v Speaker 1>Where's the real competition? Right? And then Brock shows up
<v Speaker 1>one week I'm curious to see how if that's the match,
<v Speaker 1>how they set it up. But that is not a
<v Speaker 1>match I would be doing unless Oba is winning. OBA
<v Speaker 1>must keep winning. Damian Priest. He was in the back
<v Speaker 1>with our Truth who never wins, and they were shown
<v Speaker 1>watching Oba's destruction as Drew McIntyre rudely bumped into Truth
<v Speaker 1>he was walking by and basically shoulder checked him. Priest
<v Speaker 1>then got up in McIntyre's face and said, we've had
<v Speaker 1>our problems, but it seems like you're in a situation
<v Speaker 1>right now where you have your own problems to deal with,
<v Speaker 1>So I'm not going to add to that. And with that,
<v Speaker 1>McIntyre's music hit and he made his way back out
<v Speaker 1>to the ring uninterrupted this time, although clearly looking a
<v Speaker 1>little paranoid after what happened earlier in the evening. So
<v Speaker 1>he got into the ring, he had a microphone, but
<v Speaker 1>now he's attacked by a wild Samoan. He is attacked
<v Speaker 1>by a wild Jacob Fatu and fat Tou beats him up.
<v Speaker 1>He knocks him out of the ring. He knocks him
<v Speaker 1>down with a suicide dive. Officials tried to stop fa Tu.
<v Speaker 1>I'd say half of them got laid out and Fatu
<v Speaker 1>ended up forcing MacIntyre to escape through the crowd. This
<v Speaker 1>was the second time tonight that the WWE champion was
<v Speaker 1>forced to flee. He was forced to run away. This
<v Speaker 1>is coming off of him being buried by Cmpunk and
<v Speaker 1>Roman Reigns on the microphone on Monday night, So you
<v Speaker 1>could see why at the very least he had to
<v Speaker 1>at least get a receipt in at some point during
<v Speaker 1>the show for what happened on Monday. But to go
<v Speaker 1>from that to him running away from Cody Rhods and
<v Speaker 1>now running away from Jacob Fatu, it did not make
<v Speaker 1>him look very strong. So after a commercial break in
<v Speaker 1>the back, Nick all this is with Fatu, and as
<v Speaker 1>he did earlier with Cody, told him to look, you're
<v Speaker 1>gonna be in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match next week.
<v Speaker 1>So if you want Drew McIntyre, the way to get
<v Speaker 1>to him is to win your qualifying match and then
<v Speaker 1>go on to win the Elimination Chamber. But that's next week.
<v Speaker 1>And so with that, Fatu left and we didn't see
<v Speaker 1>him again for the rest of the show. Now we
<v Speaker 1>found out later in the show what that qualifying match
<v Speaker 1>is going to be the Elimination Chamber triple threat next
<v Speaker 1>week is going to be Cody Rhodes versus Jacob Fatu
<v Speaker 1>versus Sammy's A. They're all going to be in the
<v Speaker 1>same match, which is wild to me because only one
<v Speaker 1>of them can go to the Elimination Chamber. Now, I
<v Speaker 1>would assume that out of Cody and Jacob forgets Sammy.
<v Speaker 1>Out of Cody and Jacob, whoever loses next week would
<v Speaker 1>be the one to challenge Drew for the Championship at
<v Speaker 1>the Eliminade Chamber because I would think Drew would be
<v Speaker 1>defending the title on that show since it's not being
<v Speaker 1>defended inside the Chamber. So that's just an assumption on
<v Speaker 1>my part. If that's the case, more likely that Jacob
<v Speaker 1>would be the one probably wrestling Drew at the Chamber
<v Speaker 1>and they would have Cody win the Chamber and then
<v Speaker 1>go to Manye because Cody's not going to be involved
<v Speaker 1>in a match of WrestleMania this year that is not
<v Speaker 1>for the WWE title. There's no way he's going to
<v Speaker 1>be in that championship match one way or the other.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm looking at this and I'm going, well, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if I like this very much because the
<v Speaker 1>way things are looking right now, if Cody wins that
<v Speaker 1>qualifier next week, he's in the chamber. Jacob, let's say,
<v Speaker 1>gets the shot against Drew at the chamber. If Drew
<v Speaker 1>beats him, and maybe he doesn't, maybe there's some sort
<v Speaker 1>of disputed finish, there's still a way to get Jacob
<v Speaker 1>in that match of WrestleMania, because again, I don't want
<v Speaker 1>Cody and Drew one on one. You can't do Cody
<v Speaker 1>and Drew one on one. We've already seen it so
<v Speaker 1>many times. You have to at least add one person
<v Speaker 1>to the match. Jacob is that guy. Jacob is the
<v Speaker 1>one who makes the most sense, So there are ways
<v Speaker 1>to get there. Now, there's another completely wild idea, which
<v Speaker 1>is that Sammy z Ain shocks the world and wins
<v Speaker 1>the match next week. When Drew McIntyre gets involved and
<v Speaker 1>fucks over Cody and Jacob for fucking with him tonight,
<v Speaker 1>he gets his revenge on them next week by costing
<v Speaker 1>them their match, and Sammy backdoors his way into the
<v Speaker 1>elimination chamber. But then, what the hell do you do
<v Speaker 1>with Cody and Jacob at the chamber. Those are two
<v Speaker 1>big names now that have been taken out of that match.
<v Speaker 1>So all I'm saying is, I'm still expecting a Cody
<v Speaker 1>win next week, but don't count out the possibility that
<v Speaker 1>they could try to kind of swerve everybody and that
<v Speaker 1>Sammy's ain may end up finding his way inside the chamber,
<v Speaker 1>and then they would have to come up with an
<v Speaker 1>interesting way to get Cody that championship. I you know, offhand,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know how they would go about doing that,
<v Speaker 1>but there's always Away, always away. I just but I
<v Speaker 1>just feel like you should have Drew defending the title
<v Speaker 1>on that show. We know Punk is going to be defending,
<v Speaker 1>most likely on that show against Finn Balor. Why not
<v Speaker 1>have the other championship defended. Why give Drew the night off.
<v Speaker 1>I think they should both be defended on that show,
<v Speaker 1>both belts. But again, I'm puzzled why you would put
<v Speaker 1>all three of these men in there, unless there's some
<v Speaker 1>big angle that they're going to be shooting there because
<v Speaker 1>they need guys, you know, for the elimination chamber metch. Like,
<v Speaker 1>I'm mapping this out of my head. If Cody wins, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>Cody's in, Randy Orton is also in. I know, I'm
<v Speaker 1>spoiler on the main event tonight. Randy Orton's in the
<v Speaker 1>elimination chamber. So you have Cody and you have Randy,
<v Speaker 1>and that makes sense both of them in the chamber.
<v Speaker 1>Trick Williams is undoubtedly going to qualify and end up
<v Speaker 1>in the chamber. We saw him in the main event.
<v Speaker 1>He was sitting at ringside watching one of the qualifying matches. Cody, Randy, Trick.
<v Speaker 1>You got three other spots. Okay, Now we're assuming Sammy
<v Speaker 1>loses next week, he ain't in it. Jacob loses next week,
<v Speaker 1>he ain't in it. Maybe he wrestles Drew. Who are
<v Speaker 1>those other three? Damian Priest? They're gonna put Damian Priest
<v Speaker 1>in there? Possibly? You know who I would love to
<v Speaker 1>see qualify to be in the elimination chamber match, even
<v Speaker 1>though I know he's not gonna win it. Ilia Dragon enough,
<v Speaker 1>there's no reason he can't be in there. He may
<v Speaker 1>not win, you may not give him much of a chance.
<v Speaker 1>Put him in there. That's still only five, by the way,
<v Speaker 1>you still need one more name. So if you're not
<v Speaker 1>putting in fat two, if you're not putting in Sammy's, ay,
<v Speaker 1>who is that sixth name? Who is number six in
<v Speaker 1>that men's chamber match. Someone said, Royce Keys, very possible. Again,
<v Speaker 1>we're looking at we're looking at this is SmackDown only.
<v Speaker 1>Somebody said Javon. We're not looking at Javon, We're looking
<v Speaker 1>at SmackDown Only. I do think that Hobbs ends up
<v Speaker 1>on SmackDown, but it's just weird how there was no
<v Speaker 1>mention of him. There was no sign of him tonight.
<v Speaker 1>But yes, if he ends up in a qualifying match,
<v Speaker 1>then absolutely, there you go. He could round out the field.
<v Speaker 1>Kit Wilson, who said Kit Wilson, Who said? Who said that?
<v Speaker 1>Alexander said, Kit Wilson. I don't know why people are
<v Speaker 1>saying Javon. Do you not realize Javon is part of
<v Speaker 1>Monday Night Row bro Oh, God, brock Oh, why did
<v Speaker 1>you say that? Now? You see, brock Lesner would have
<v Speaker 1>to wrestle on TV to qualify. So that's how I
<v Speaker 1>know it will not be Brocklesner. That would require him
<v Speaker 1>to wrestle on one of the weekly shows, which I
<v Speaker 1>don't believe he's done since probably since he squashed Kofe
<v Speaker 1>Kingston on that first Backdown on Fox. God, that was
<v Speaker 1>seven years, seven years, My god, seven years ago. I'm
<v Speaker 1>pretty sure that the only TV match Brocklesner has worked
<v Speaker 1>in all the years that he has been back in
<v Speaker 1>w W since twenty twelve were those eight seconds against
<v Speaker 1>Kofi Kingston. Am I missing, am I missing any other match?
<v Speaker 1>I know they've teased him wrestling, but I don't think
<v Speaker 1>he's been in an official match on SmackDown or Raw
<v Speaker 1>outside of that one. That is amazing, and it's hilarious
<v Speaker 1>to me that you would think he would qualify for
<v Speaker 1>anything anyway. Shinsky Nakamora against Tomatonga, who had Or Tangaloa
<v Speaker 1>and J. C. Matteo ringside in his corner. Ten minutes
<v Speaker 1>this went, it felt longer. Knackimoor A sent Toma scurrying
<v Speaker 1>out of the ring. Late in the match, he took
<v Speaker 1>Mateo out with a baseball slide, fell victim though to
<v Speaker 1>a jumping DDT from Tama. When he got back in
<v Speaker 1>the ring, Tama lifted Knackamara on his shoulders. Knackamora, though,
<v Speaker 1>countered out into his side supplex, and then he delivered
<v Speaker 1>a Mitchioku driver. Yes, the Cody tag team again, that
<v Speaker 1>was but that doesn't count. Though that doesn't count. They
<v Speaker 1>teased the match with Brock and Seth Rolins. Remember on
<v Speaker 1>that raw after WrestleMania thirty one, which is where Seth
<v Speaker 1>cashed in, So they tease the rematch there, which never happened.
<v Speaker 1>And then after WrestleMania I guess it was three years ago.
<v Speaker 1>Now it was going to be Cody and Brock as
<v Speaker 1>a tag team right against the Bloodline, and it never happened.
<v Speaker 1>Oba Femi in the chamber with Brock sabotaging him in
<v Speaker 1>the chamber and setting up their match. Yeah, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I guess sabotaging him, And what are we gonna do
<v Speaker 1>that the tired gimmick where somebody is eliminated. They opened
<v Speaker 1>the door and Brock when the door opens, Broc just
<v Speaker 1>jumps into the case, like, are we gonna do that
<v Speaker 1>tired angle again? Or how else would Brock it into
<v Speaker 1>the chamber? Why? Let me ask you a better question.
<v Speaker 1>What would be brock Lesner's incentive to do that? Would
<v Speaker 1>that not make more sense if they would have done
<v Speaker 1>what I suggested, which is that you have Oba Femi
<v Speaker 1>eliminate Brock Lesner from the Royal Rumble. Now Brock is pissed.
<v Speaker 1>Now Brock has a reason to do something like that,
<v Speaker 1>but you had brock Lesnar eliminate him. What the fuck
<v Speaker 1>does brock Lesner give a shit if Obafemi is in
<v Speaker 1>the elimination chamber, he dumped him out of the rumble.
<v Speaker 1>That doesn't make any sense. Brock comes up through the floor. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>now there's a lot of things brock Lesner is not doing.
<v Speaker 1>Brock Lesner is not hiding under the ring and coming
<v Speaker 1>up through the mat. You're putting in a lot more
<v Speaker 1>effort than brock Lesner does in these in these ideas
<v Speaker 1>you're coming up with. Anyway, Toma Tonka, let's get back
<v Speaker 1>to this. I know we're all trying to distract from
<v Speaker 1>talking about this Knakamura Tomatanga, but we must go on.
<v Speaker 1>We must finish this. Knakamoura hit a Mitchiinoku driver for
<v Speaker 1>a near fall as he had Tama in his sights
<v Speaker 1>for the kinshasa J. C. Matteo distracted the referee just
<v Speaker 1>long enough for Tongalo to grab the leg. Tama then recover.
<v Speaker 1>I already hit is not so hidden blade. Then he
<v Speaker 1>hit a proper one. This one was like kind of
<v Speaker 1>I think, kind of like a low one. But then
<v Speaker 1>he hit a proper one and he got the win.
<v Speaker 1>This was a match. This was a boring match, but
<v Speaker 1>it was a match with the usual MFT interference to
<v Speaker 1>make it worse. Backstage, we had Phraxium and the MotorCity
<v Speaker 1>machine guns. Holy shit, they live, they live. So they're
<v Speaker 1>walking along backstage and Candice Lay approaches them and says,
<v Speaker 1>come over here, and she said, look at what happened
<v Speaker 1>to Johnny. And we see Johnny Gargano. He is nearby.
<v Speaker 1>He's lying face down on top of a box that
<v Speaker 1>has marked NXT. She talked about what Axiom did to
<v Speaker 1>Gargano after he beat him last week and how important
<v Speaker 1>that mask was that you took back from him. The
<v Speaker 1>mask is so important to him that you took away.
<v Speaker 1>But they said that you're not going to get any
<v Speaker 1>sympathy from us. I want you to imagine. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know where Garganto and Kandas are currently residing. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if they're living in Florida. I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>they're living in Cleveland. I think they might be in Cleveland.
<v Speaker 1>But wherever they are, they were in Charlotte, North Carolina tonight,
<v Speaker 1>so they had to fly. Imagine flying all the way
<v Speaker 1>to work and you get there and you find out, Okay, boss,
<v Speaker 1>what am I doing tonight? And your job, after flying
<v Speaker 1>all the way in here is to lay face down
<v Speaker 1>on top of a box for two minutes and say nothing.
<v Speaker 1>I don't even think he blinked. He looked catatonic as
<v Speaker 1>he was laying there. And that's it. That's all he
<v Speaker 1>did on this show. That was his only unless he
<v Speaker 1>wrestled on main event or something, that was his only
<v Speaker 1>task tonight. I mean, look, I guess it's not bad
<v Speaker 1>work if you can get it. I think the I
<v Speaker 1>think the lowest like minimum main roster WWE salary these
<v Speaker 1>days is said to be three hundred and fifty thousand
<v Speaker 1>dollars a year. I don't know if Johnny Gargana was
<v Speaker 1>making the minimum. Maybe he's making a little bit more
<v Speaker 1>than that. He's been around for a while. But let's
<v Speaker 1>say he's making three fifties, clearing three fifty k a
<v Speaker 1>year to fly into work and lay on top of
<v Speaker 1>a box. I mean, look, I guess it's not bad
<v Speaker 1>work if you can get it elsewhere. Rhea Ripley and EO.
<v Speaker 1>Sky they were interviewed about their win earlier tonight, when
<v Speaker 1>they were interrupted by Naya Jacks, and Lash Legend. This
<v Speaker 1>ended with Naya saying, you know what, I'm going to
<v Speaker 1>go talk to Nick all this and I'm going to
<v Speaker 1>get our tag team championship match that we are owed.
<v Speaker 1>And she did get it because they announced later on
<v Speaker 1>that match is going to be taking place on SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>next week. But as they went off live, Morgan and
<v Speaker 1>Raquel Rodriguez showed up all the way from the Wonderful
<v Speaker 1>World of Monday Night Raw. We technically now had four
<v Speaker 1>Raw women that were on the screen here on SmackDown,
<v Speaker 1>and they passed by Rhea and Eo on their way
<v Speaker 1>out to the ring. But first you go backstage and
<v Speaker 1>we see kit will Soon licking his wounds after what
<v Speaker 1>happened with Obafemi earlier. And he's walking in the back
<v Speaker 1>and he runs into Matt Cardona and oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>it's Apollo. Cruise said, no one ever except me. I
<v Speaker 1>couldn't believe my eyes. They pried him away from catering
<v Speaker 1>long enough to make it appearance here on TV. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>the chicken breast is not going to eat itself. He
<v Speaker 1>had to leave the chicken breast on the table to
<v Speaker 1>come be a part of this segment and he didn't
<v Speaker 1>really do much, but he was there. I can't remember
<v Speaker 1>the last time we saw him unsmacked. Then he's been
<v Speaker 1>pulling main event duties since he came back from the
<v Speaker 1>torn Peck. But there they are. Kit Wilson blames Cardona
<v Speaker 1>for all of his problems. He calls him toxic. Cardona says,
<v Speaker 1>I'm always ready, and Wilson says, well, I have to
<v Speaker 1>go take a bath, and off he goes. There's bad
<v Speaker 1>news for Matt Cardona if they have him hanging out
<v Speaker 1>with Apollo Cruise already part of the main event crew.
<v Speaker 1>Not a good sign for Cardona. Now, Nick all this
<v Speaker 1>was in the ring and he introduces Live Morgan along
<v Speaker 1>with Roquel Rodriguez. Liv gets in the ring and she
<v Speaker 1>calls herself the greatest Royal Rumble winner.
<v Speaker 2>Of all time in the most annoying way possible.
<v Speaker 1>So she continues putting herself over for a while before
<v Speaker 1>eventually talking about how she can choose whichever champion she
<v Speaker 1>wants to a WrestleMania. She might choose the Women's World
<v Speaker 1>Champion Stephanie Vicuer. She might choose the WWE Women's Champion
<v Speaker 1>Jade Cargill. Right, She's got a big decision to make,
<v Speaker 1>so she says WrestleMania isn't the only thing on her mind,
<v Speaker 1>and she wants to address something. But then Raquel Rodriguez
<v Speaker 1>takes the microphone out of her hand, swipes it away,
<v Speaker 1>says that she wants to address the elephant in the room.
<v Speaker 1>But before anything can come of that, Jade Cargill heads
<v Speaker 1>to the ring and I would like to point out
<v Speaker 1>to all of you right now that we are two
<v Speaker 1>days away from history. Do you realize this? In two days?
<v Speaker 1>Jade Cargill, or as Joe Tessitur, calls her Jade Cargile.
<v Speaker 1>I just laugh every time he says it that it's
<v Speaker 1>like he says it like gargle. Every time he says it.
<v Speaker 1>Go back and listen. Anytime he says the name Jade
<v Speaker 1>Jade Cargill, he calls her Jade Cargle. I just fucking
<v Speaker 1>laugh every time. But what I was gonna say is,
<v Speaker 1>Jade Cargle is about to hit one hundred days as
<v Speaker 1>the WWE Women's Champion without a single defense. One hundred
<v Speaker 1>days is champion, not one defense. The good news is
<v Speaker 1>we are about to finally get that first defense next week.
<v Speaker 1>But I just thought I would point that out. Another
<v Speaker 1>forty eight hours and history will be made. So Jay
<v Speaker 1>doesn't care about Live winning the rumble. She warns Live
<v Speaker 1>that if she chooses her, she'll beat her ass at WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>And she looks over and she goes, oh, by the way,
<v Speaker 1>what are you looking at? And she gets up in
<v Speaker 1>Raquel's face. So Liv tries to laugh off, and she
<v Speaker 1>warns Jade to watch what she says because she could
<v Speaker 1>let Raquel humble her and then they could leave WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>both his champions together. So this brings out Jordan Gray,
<v Speaker 1>This brings out Jordan Grace. I like that Jade Cargle.
<v Speaker 1>I swear to God, go go back and listen anytime.
<v Speaker 1>Judd Testatur says, that's exactly how he says it. Jade's
<v Speaker 1>TBS title run is better than her WW of course
<v Speaker 1>it is because she actually defended the title. Actually, her
<v Speaker 1>last match in AW was her best match. That was
<v Speaker 1>the match she had with Chris Statlander, better than anything
<v Speaker 1>she's done in WWE so far. Jordan Grace shows up
<v Speaker 1>with a microphone and her terribly generic music. So now
<v Speaker 1>she and Stephanie viquaerre have something in common. So she
<v Speaker 1>interrupts and congratulates Live on the Wind, but says that
<v Speaker 1>if she could get Jade to actually defend her belt,
<v Speaker 1>then Live might be facing her instead. So all this, thankfully,
<v Speaker 1>he's hurt enough, and he reminds Liv Morgan what he
<v Speaker 1>told her earlier, which is that if you are able
<v Speaker 1>to come on the show and talk, then you are
<v Speaker 1>able to come on the show and fight. And then
<v Speaker 1>he does his best Teddy Long impersonation. He makes a
<v Speaker 1>tag team atch playa. It's gonna be Jade Cargill and
<v Speaker 1>Jordan Grace as tag team partners. Can they coexist taking
<v Speaker 1>on Live Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. This segment was a
<v Speaker 1>waste of time. This segment, nothing of interest was said.
<v Speaker 1>Liv did not make her decision. Her decision. I mean, basically,
<v Speaker 1>if you watch Raw Monday night, her decision was already made.
<v Speaker 1>They're gonna milk it a little while longer. She ain't
<v Speaker 1>wrestling Jade Cargill or Jordan Grace at Wrestlemdia. She's wrestling
<v Speaker 1>Stephanie Vicaire or Raquel or some combination of that. But
<v Speaker 1>it's gonna be on the raw side. It's not gonna
<v Speaker 1>be on the SmackDown side. This was one of those
<v Speaker 1>segments that you do because you up three hours of
<v Speaker 1>television time to kill you. Look, when you're watching the show,
<v Speaker 1>you know when you get a segment like this where
<v Speaker 1>nothing happens, nothing of any importance has said, or it
<v Speaker 1>feels like they're stretching right, they're dragging things out. That's
<v Speaker 1>what this was. So we got a match here was
<v Speaker 1>joined already in progress. After a commercial break, Grace got
<v Speaker 1>lifted by a backsupplex from Rodriguez, but she avoided a
<v Speaker 1>diving bomb that followed. Morgan tagged in. She tried for
<v Speaker 1>the three amigos. Grace countered the third amigo and delivered
<v Speaker 1>a supplex of her own. Jordan flattened Morgan with a
<v Speaker 1>series of lariots. She covered her. Raquel interrupted the count
<v Speaker 1>as Grace sent Raquel out of the ring. Morgan attempted
<v Speaker 1>an oblivion and Grace was able to block it. That's
<v Speaker 1>when Jade accidentally hit Grace with a kick after Raquel
<v Speaker 1>moved out of the way, and then Raquel did the
<v Speaker 1>same and accidentally kicked live Morgan. When uh I believe
<v Speaker 1>Jade moved out of the way so as Cargill and
<v Speaker 1>Rodriguez were staring each other down. They were getting ready
<v Speaker 1>for a fight. Grace shove Raquel into Jade, which knocked
<v Speaker 1>the champion out of the ring, and that allowed Jordan
<v Speaker 1>to roll up Raquel for the win. At least they
<v Speaker 1>gave Jordan the win. That was the right call. They're
<v Speaker 1>still building to this first title defense between the two
<v Speaker 1>of them. And also things got a little rockier between
<v Speaker 1>Live Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez here. They're building the tension
<v Speaker 1>here between the two of them. You know, at this rate,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not sure if they'll make it to WrestleMania together
<v Speaker 1>or if they're going to do the split before then.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not sure. But about that, Jade and Jordan Madge,
<v Speaker 1>they were arguing in the back later after a commercial
<v Speaker 1>when Nick Alders showed up and he announced that Jade
<v Speaker 1>is going to have to defend her title. Oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>holy shit, it's really gonna happen next week, Jade Cargill
<v Speaker 1>will finally defend her WWE championship against Jordan Grace. So
<v Speaker 1>at least now we know. Elsewhere in the back, poor
<v Speaker 1>Sammy's ain, Sammy's aint is walking around and he is
<v Speaker 1>looking like a stockbroker after a market crash, and all
<v Speaker 1>of these random backstage people are like walking by him. Hey, Sammy,
<v Speaker 1>good match man, you'll get him next time. We got
<v Speaker 1>a Ryan Ward cameo for those of you who watch Unreal.
<v Speaker 1>Ryan Ward one of the head writers there, head members
<v Speaker 1>of the Creative Team. He walked by and shouted some
<v Speaker 1>words of encouragement to Sammy as well. So then Sammy
<v Speaker 1>ran into Ray Phoenix, who consoled him after his rumble
<v Speaker 1>loss called him an inspiration to me and others. They
<v Speaker 1>were then interrupted by Trick Williams, who referred to himself
<v Speaker 1>as the Michael Jordan to Sammy Charles Barkley, Sammy is
<v Speaker 1>that guy who goes to the playoffs but always loses.
<v Speaker 1>Phoenix told Williams that he had a big mouth and
<v Speaker 1>he would shut him up if he kept it up,
<v Speaker 1>and Tricks said that he would do it anytime any place.
<v Speaker 1>They're doing that match next week. We already saw this match,
<v Speaker 1>by the way. They did this match last month and
<v Speaker 1>Williams won, so they're doing it again. After this, they
<v Speaker 1>aired highlights from the Great Segment that closed Raw Monday
<v Speaker 1>Night with CM Rains and or CM Rains CM Punk,
<v Speaker 1>it's Friday night, the week is almost over. Leave me alone.
<v Speaker 1>See I'm Punk and Roman reigns. It wasn't so awesome
<v Speaker 1>though for Drew McIntyre, who caught some strays during that segment.
<v Speaker 1>He was wounded during that segment, and I said, as
<v Speaker 1>soon as was over, I said, Drew better get his
<v Speaker 1>receipt come Friday night. Those comments, those insults, they cannot
<v Speaker 1>go unanswered if you are the WWE champion. So McIntyre
<v Speaker 1>showed up ringside and he stood on top of the
<v Speaker 1>announced desk and he had a live mic in his hand.
<v Speaker 1>So finally he was going to get the chance to
<v Speaker 1>get something off his chest. He said, Cody Rhodes and
<v Speaker 1>Jacob Fought too should be banned from the elimination Chamber
<v Speaker 1>of Qualifiers for attacking him like cowards. So he calls
<v Speaker 1>bs on that Samy's ain. He believed that he was
<v Speaker 1>going to win the big One, but he crushed him.
<v Speaker 1>It was broken dreams for him and that's what it's
<v Speaker 1>going to be for anyone who gets in the ring
<v Speaker 1>with Drew McIntyre. But he goes, let's talk about Monday night,
<v Speaker 1>CM Punk and Roman Reigns. He heard what they had
<v Speaker 1>to say, and frankly he was disappointed. And at this
<v Speaker 1>point the crowd drowned them out with OTC chance, so
<v Speaker 1>he let them get it out of their system. He goes,
<v Speaker 1>they were such big superstars, but they came across to
<v Speaker 1>him as very insecure. Talking about him doesn't upset him.
<v Speaker 1>People talk about him all the time. But what frustrated
<v Speaker 1>him was them trying to make this title and this
<v Speaker 1>brand second rate for the SmackDown roster. If you didn't
<v Speaker 1>see that as a declaration of war, and you don't
<v Speaker 1>wrestle every match like it's your last match, I'll show
<v Speaker 1>your arses the door. I don't know if he was
<v Speaker 1>trying to rhyme there, but he kind of did. As
<v Speaker 1>for this title, what did you say, punk, the man
<v Speaker 1>makes the title. The title doesn't make the man. This
<v Speaker 1>man has been through hell to get this title. This
<v Speaker 1>man never quit when times got tough. He would never
<v Speaker 1>go part time. He was there when the world shut down,
<v Speaker 1>and he earned this title. He got some cheers for this.
<v Speaker 1>How about the men who made this title? The Sam Martinos,
<v Speaker 1>the Hogans, the Bret Harts, the Sean Michaels, the not
<v Speaker 1>Dusty Rhoades, the Triple H's the stone cold the rocks. Real, men,
<v Speaker 1>if you try to lie to yourself and say that
<v Speaker 1>this isn't the number one title, I'll look you right
<v Speaker 1>in the eye and call you a liar and Roman.
<v Speaker 1>I get it, bro, I know why you picked punk.
<v Speaker 1>On the one hand, you got a two hundred and
<v Speaker 1>eighty pounds Scottish war machine, and on the other you've
<v Speaker 1>got that tattooed sociopath, fragile Phil who's always one fall
<v Speaker 1>away from his career being over. Without your Samoan army,
<v Speaker 1>I'd kill you. You made the best choice for you, So
<v Speaker 1>good lucky WrestleMania. When you two are out there acting
<v Speaker 1>like a couple of little boys and Aura farming, which
<v Speaker 1>is very true. Me, I've got an entire roster climbing
<v Speaker 1>over each other to get into that elimination chamber for
<v Speaker 1>the right to face the undisputed champion, the real best
<v Speaker 1>in the world, in the main event of WrestleMania. I
<v Speaker 1>thought that he did as good of a job as
<v Speaker 1>you could possibly do in this situation. But there's nothing
<v Speaker 1>that Drew McIntyre or Cody Rhodes or anybody here involved
<v Speaker 1>in this is going to be able to say that
<v Speaker 1>in these next two months are going to make that
<v Speaker 1>main event feel bigger than the main event they set
<v Speaker 1>up on Monday night. That's just the way it is.
<v Speaker 1>This is the year that the WWE title takes a
<v Speaker 1>backseat to the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time
<v Speaker 1>since that title was established. By the way, it's going
<v Speaker 1>to get the spotlight. It's going to get the bigger
<v Speaker 1>of the two main events of WrestleMania. So there's nothing
<v Speaker 1>he could do about that. I think that he hit
<v Speaker 1>on the points he needed to hit on. He might
<v Speaker 1>not have had that big burn. He didn't have that
<v Speaker 1>big burn like you know Punker Roman did maybe on Monday.
<v Speaker 1>I like that he's stuck up for his brand. You know,
<v Speaker 1>they had him stick up for SmackDown, and he's telling
<v Speaker 1>the rest of the roster, Look, if you don't take
<v Speaker 1>those words of some declaration of war here, then get
<v Speaker 1>the fuck out. You know, he's not just berating me
<v Speaker 1>and disrespecting the championship. He's disrespecting SmackDown, which is true,
<v Speaker 1>that's what they were doing on Monday. But it was
<v Speaker 1>the Aura Farming line that just got me because that
<v Speaker 1>that term perfectly describes WWE in twenty twenty six. And
<v Speaker 1>it's not just a Roman reigns thing or a cmpunk thing.
<v Speaker 1>It's a WWE thing. They all do it. They all
<v Speaker 1>do it like that. We joke about some of these entrances,
<v Speaker 1>especially on the ples that feel like they're longer than
<v Speaker 1>the matches. Sometimes that is what That is the era
<v Speaker 1>of WWE that we are in now. We are in
<v Speaker 1>the aura farming era of WWE, where everything is cinema
<v Speaker 1>and everything you just gotta you know, the elaborate entrances
<v Speaker 1>and the constant looking at the crowd and pausing as
<v Speaker 1>you're waiting for the and you're waiting for them to
<v Speaker 1>sing to you. Right, he's so right about that. They
<v Speaker 1>all but he does it too. It's worse with Roman,
<v Speaker 1>but they all do it. But I thought that this
<v Speaker 1>was a very strong promo here. He got his licks in.
<v Speaker 1>At least he got his receipt. The most important thing
<v Speaker 1>was he had to address what happened on Monday, and
<v Speaker 1>I'm glad he did because for a while there I
<v Speaker 1>wasn't sure he was going to. You know, when the
<v Speaker 1>second time when he got attacked by Fat two, I said,
<v Speaker 1>are they not going to allow him to have some
<v Speaker 1>mic time tonight because that would be ridiculous, So thankfully
<v Speaker 1>he did. Now we weren't done yet because as McIntyre
<v Speaker 1>went to go leave, he was interrupted by Trick Williams,
<v Speaker 1>who said that he figured he would come out here,
<v Speaker 1>he would watch the main event, maybe kick up his
<v Speaker 1>lemon peppa steppas and watch this qualified match. And then
<v Speaker 1>it hit me, Drew, you're worried about all the wrong things.
<v Speaker 1>Roman Rains, m Punk, Cody Road, Jacob fought to raheem.
<v Speaker 1>Let me give you some advice. Dog. You need to
<v Speaker 1>be worried about the future of this business because Trick
<v Speaker 1>Williams is the man who's gonna take that title from
<v Speaker 1>you at Wrestle Mandia. Let's talk about it. I'm loving
<v Speaker 1>Trick Williams. He has fit into this show perfectly. He
<v Speaker 1>fits like a glove on this show. McIntyre got up
<v Speaker 1>in his face and said I did say step up,
<v Speaker 1>and you just stepped up. But a little bit of
<v Speaker 1>advice for you, kid, walk before you run, because if
<v Speaker 1>you interrupt the champion again, I'll stick those lemon pepper
<v Speaker 1>steppers where the sun don't shine. And off went the
<v Speaker 1>WWE champion. Trick continues to shine here in these segments,
<v Speaker 1>he got face. He keeps getting FaceTime with the biggest
<v Speaker 1>stars on the brand, right, Sammy Zain, Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre,
<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhodes, and he's killing it, you know, with every
<v Speaker 1>opportunity when he goes out there, he just he fits
<v Speaker 1>you talk about or we just talked about, or farming right,
<v Speaker 1>He's got it. He's got that. When that music hits
<v Speaker 1>and he comes out, he's got that. So it's only
<v Speaker 1>up from here. He's carrying his end. He's doing his
<v Speaker 1>part so far now. In the Yes, he is him
<v Speaker 1>Sala Monster, cutting a trick promo. I'm just telling you
<v Speaker 1>what the man said. I'm telling you what the man said.
<v Speaker 1>Let's talk about it. Let's talk about this. In the back,
<v Speaker 1>Solo Sokoa is wandering around like a fucking idiot, looking
<v Speaker 1>for the stupid lantern and his family, or looking for
<v Speaker 1>the family and the lantern, I don't know. Kathy Kelly
<v Speaker 1>comes up to him and Solo says, I don't have
<v Speaker 1>time for your questions. He says his family better be
<v Speaker 1>out there with him. Then he picks up the lantern
<v Speaker 1>and he heads to the ring because its main event time.
<v Speaker 1>It is the final elimination chamber qualifier of the night.
<v Speaker 1>It is on the men's side. It is Randy Orton,
<v Speaker 1>it is Alistair Black, and it is Solo Soca. Solo
<v Speaker 1>tried to get Black to team up on Orton, but
<v Speaker 1>it was a double cross and Soka pulled Orton out
<v Speaker 1>of the ring. He threw him into the ring post.
<v Speaker 1>Black hit his moon salt from the apron onto Solo
<v Speaker 1>and then countered an attempted backsuit plex onto the announced desk. Instead,
<v Speaker 1>he took Orton out and that took us into a break.
<v Speaker 1>We returned with Orton stomping on Black while he had
<v Speaker 1>Solo trapped in. I guess what looked to me. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if it was a knee bar, a heel hook,
<v Speaker 1>or some kind of leg submission here. So this opened
<v Speaker 1>both met up to some of the Orton Garvin style stomps.
<v Speaker 1>Black pulled Orton to the center of the ring. After this,
<v Speaker 1>he worked him over until he got pulled outside and
<v Speaker 1>thrown into the barricade by Solo, who briefly stared down Trick.
<v Speaker 1>William Strick just sitting there minded his own business, observing
<v Speaker 1>and watching the match back inside. Black dropped. I'm sorry,
<v Speaker 1>Black got dropped, I believe with a Samoan drop. We
<v Speaker 1>went into a final commercial break. Orton, after the break
<v Speaker 1>hit Solo Socoa with a draping DDT and then he
<v Speaker 1>struck the viper's pose and it was our KO time.
<v Speaker 1>Black though, rushes in with a boot to the face.
<v Speaker 1>Solo catches Black with the spinning Solo for a near fall.
<v Speaker 1>So now Solo Socoa is readying the Samoan spike. Black though,
<v Speaker 1>ducks it. Hits a bridging German soup plex that doesn't work.
<v Speaker 1>Orton sneaks up for an RKAO to Black, who counters
<v Speaker 1>doesn't get it, but he counters with a roll up
<v Speaker 1>that doesn't work. Randy avoids the black mass catches Black
<v Speaker 1>with an RKO, but Alistair has the presence of mind
<v Speaker 1>to roll out of the ring to the floor save
<v Speaker 1>himself from doing a job. What happened here? He rolls
<v Speaker 1>out to the floor, Orton can't follow up, and now
<v Speaker 1>Solo is back up and he's ready ing the spike.
<v Speaker 1>Orton doesn't know it. Randy Orton gets back up. He's
<v Speaker 1>taking his sweet time turning around because Solo's right behind him.
<v Speaker 1>He's ready to hit the spike, and Orton is just
<v Speaker 1>taking his time and taking his time, and it's almost
<v Speaker 1>like he had that sixth sense that someone was behind him.
<v Speaker 1>So instead of turning around, he reaches back. He grabs
<v Speaker 1>Solo and he drops him with an RKO and he
<v Speaker 1>covers him and just like that, Randy Orton gets the three.
<v Speaker 1>He has punched his tickets to the elimination chamber. Solo's
<v Speaker 1>family never did show up. We never saw J. C. Matteo,
<v Speaker 1>we never saw the Tongans. There was no Tolatanga on
<v Speaker 1>the show at all. So I guess the idea is
<v Speaker 1>that the I guess the idea is that the Wyatt
<v Speaker 1>family kidnapped them, you know, the way that Gabe Kid
<v Speaker 1>and Clark Connors kidnapped Darby Allen on Wednesday. At least
<v Speaker 1>the Wyots had enough sense not to commit a felony
<v Speaker 1>on camera the way that they did on Wednesday night.
<v Speaker 1>So it was a predictable outcome. I mean, when you
<v Speaker 1>saw when this match was advertising, you saw who was involved.
<v Speaker 1>There's only one logical conclusion to come to, which is that,
<v Speaker 1>of course Randy Orton is going to win this match. Right.
<v Speaker 1>No one believed that Solo Soko was going to win.
<v Speaker 1>No one believed Alistair Black had a shot, so it
<v Speaker 1>was a fore gun conclusion, but it was the right outcome,
<v Speaker 1>solid match. Otherwise, Trick stayed at ringside like a fan.
<v Speaker 1>He was just observing and he'd never got involved. And
<v Speaker 1>I have to assume he will be in one of
<v Speaker 1>these qualifiers. He will get in and he'll be a
<v Speaker 1>part of the chamber because again, if no other reason,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I'm running out of guys to think of
<v Speaker 1>who would even be in there, Like he has to
<v Speaker 1>be in there. He has to be inside the chamber.
<v Speaker 1>And it was nice. I will say there were, if
<v Speaker 1>you think about it, two different hints of potential interference
<v Speaker 1>in this match. Trick being at ringside, you assume he
<v Speaker 1>would get involved in some way right where somebody's gonna
<v Speaker 1>get thrown into him and he'll respond. He never got involved.
<v Speaker 1>And also the Wyatt six never showed up because when
<v Speaker 1>Solo was behind Orton with the spike, I'm just waiting
<v Speaker 1>for the lights to go out. I'm waiting for something.
<v Speaker 1>Uncle Howdie's gonna pop up from under the ring or something,
<v Speaker 1>And they never showed up, nor did Solo's MFTs so
<v Speaker 1>we actually had a clean match, which was nice. It
<v Speaker 1>was a nice change of pace here for WWE, because
<v Speaker 1>that's all we fucking get in ninety five percent of
<v Speaker 1>these matches is some sort of distraction or interference. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>TRIPLEH can't help himself. Look at that show on Monday night.
<v Speaker 1>We had three matches on run Monday Night. They all
<v Speaker 1>ended the exact same way. Every single one of those
<v Speaker 1>matches some sort of distraction or interference that led to
<v Speaker 1>I believe the Babyface winning in every single match. Like
<v Speaker 1>they have their formula and and they love sticking to it.
<v Speaker 1>It is nauseating, So it's nice to get a clean
<v Speaker 1>finish like this. I thought on the whole it was
<v Speaker 1>a solid show. You got a hot crowd in Charlotte,
<v Speaker 1>definitely louder than the one we had in Philadelphia on
<v Speaker 1>Monday night. The matches on the show. Again, I wasn't
<v Speaker 1>a fan of the women's qualifying match. I just didn't
<v Speaker 1>think it was that good, But all the other matches
<v Speaker 1>were at least decent, you know, if not good. The
<v Speaker 1>build has begun to the elimination Chamber. It's starting to
<v Speaker 1>take shape. The women's tag team title match Honestly, it
<v Speaker 1>gets my pick for match of the night. I just
<v Speaker 1>thought that match was a lot of fun. I wish
<v Speaker 1>every Julia match could have the crowd invested in the
<v Speaker 1>way that it was tonight. But to me, that's the
<v Speaker 1>match they guess the thumbs up. Now, next Friday, be
<v Speaker 1>aware SmackDown is moving to Sci Fi due to the
<v Speaker 1>Winter Olympics, I believe for the next two weeks. Now,
<v Speaker 1>if you're like me and you're watching on your VPN
<v Speaker 1>and you're connected on Netflix, you don't have to worry
<v Speaker 1>about that. But if you're watching here in the US,
<v Speaker 1>it will not be on USA, so just be aware
<v Speaker 1>of that. But they're definitely I will say this, you know,
<v Speaker 1>for a show that is being moved to sci Fi
<v Speaker 1>next week, you would think, oh man, they're gonna, you know,
<v Speaker 1>phone it in or whatever. They ain't phoning the show
<v Speaker 1>in next week is what they got on tap. We
<v Speaker 1>have Trick Williams taking on Ray Phoenix again. We have
<v Speaker 1>Jade car Gill finally defending her WWE Women's championship against
<v Speaker 1>Jordan Grace. We have Ria Ripley and Eo Sky putting
<v Speaker 1>their women's tag team titles on the line against lash
<v Speaker 1>Legend de Nia Jacks. We have in an elimination chamber
<v Speaker 1>qualifying match Alexa Bliss, Julia and Zelina Vega. I'm going
<v Speaker 1>Alexa Bliss to win that one. And then in the
<v Speaker 1>other qualifying match, Cody Rhodes versus Jacob Fatu versus Sammy Zain.
<v Speaker 1>Pretty big match, especially because only one of those guys
<v Speaker 1>can actually go to the chamber, and I'm just I'm
<v Speaker 1>picking Cody to win, with the idea that Jacob probably
<v Speaker 1>ends up wrestling Drew separately for the championship, maybe at
<v Speaker 1>the chamber. But again, I don't count out Sammy's ain.
<v Speaker 1>Don't count out the possibility that they could do some
<v Speaker 1>sort of finish here where Drew gets involved and again
<v Speaker 1>triple threat notice qualification. Drew gets involved to get a
<v Speaker 1>measure of revenge on both men for coming after him tonight.
<v Speaker 1>And again, how they end up doing it with Cody
<v Speaker 1>ultimately getting the shot or Jacob ultimately getting the shot.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, they'll have to shoot some kind of angle,
<v Speaker 1>but Sammy ends up being the beneficiary and he ends
<v Speaker 1>up in the elimination chamber. I still think maybe I'm
<v Speaker 1>overthinking it. Sometimes the simplest things that's the way it goes.
<v Speaker 1>Wins because I think Cody is winning the elimination chamber.
<v Speaker 1>That's how he gets into that championship. At you WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>He didn't win the rumble because that would have been stupid,
<v Speaker 1>but he's never won the chamber before, and I think
<v Speaker 1>that's what we're gonna get. But then you have two
<v Speaker 1>big names there and Jacob and Sammy who aren't even
<v Speaker 1>going to be in the chamber, and it's like wow,
<v Speaker 1>that that that surprised me. When I saw all three
<v Speaker 1>names in the same match next week and only one
<v Speaker 1>can advance. That surprised me. Let's go to the poll.
<v Speaker 1>What did you think of SmackDown from Charlotte with no
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte Forty six point three percent thumbs up, thirty percent
<v Speaker 1>thumbs in the middle, and twenty three point six percent
<v Speaker 1>thumbs down. So not a great score for tonight's SmackDown?
<v Speaker 1>Not great. Read your message so if you got anything
<v Speaker 1>to say, if you want who was support the channel,
<v Speaker 1>get those messages on in right now. We'll hang out
<v Speaker 1>for a little bit. Holiday one ninety seven says Hey Solo,
<v Speaker 1>it's sad that the street profits MotorCity machine guns and
<v Speaker 1>DIY are no longer featured after their triple Threat TLC
<v Speaker 1>match last year. It should have been given bigger pushes
<v Speaker 1>MotorCity machine Guns or DIY could have moved to Raw
<v Speaker 1>well DIY. I mean, it's kind of out of their control.
<v Speaker 1>I would say, as far as that team going to
<v Speaker 1>the wayside, not much they could do about that. But yet,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I don't know what's going on with
<v Speaker 1>either tag team division right now. The tag team divisions
<v Speaker 1>on both shows are absolute dog shit right now, just
<v Speaker 1>absolutely terrible. It's sad, it really is sad. He says,
<v Speaker 1>I'd rather see Rhea turn on EO and cost them
<v Speaker 1>the tag belt against the Bellas. Look, I mean, I
<v Speaker 1>think I laid it out the other night. Get the
<v Speaker 1>belts off of them by the elimination Chamber. You could
<v Speaker 1>get the belts off them next week if you want to.
<v Speaker 1>You can put the belts on Naya en Lash. My
<v Speaker 1>thought was you get them onto Bailey and Lyra, because
<v Speaker 1>they could have probably a pretty kick ass match at
<v Speaker 1>the Elimination Chamber. Get the belts on Bailey and Lyra,
<v Speaker 1>have Bailey and Lyra defend them against the belt is
<v Speaker 1>at WrestleMania because you know Nicki and Brie are going
<v Speaker 1>for those belts to wrestle Media and probably winning them.
<v Speaker 1>But the key is to get those belts off of
<v Speaker 1>them before Mania, and then you could do Ria and
<v Speaker 1>EO and I'll do you one better. And I know
<v Speaker 1>this is Pie in the Sky, Pizza Pie in the
<v Speaker 1>Sky not gonna happen. I would be okay if you
<v Speaker 1>were to headline Night one of WrestleMania with Rhea Ripley
<v Speaker 1>against the OO Sky. They'll never do it because there's
<v Speaker 1>nothing on the line. There's no title on the line.
<v Speaker 1>But I'm just saying I saw their match of Evolution.
<v Speaker 1>I know title or no title, they can go out
<v Speaker 1>there and have a kick ass made event match of
<v Speaker 1>Wrestleman and not a doubt in my mind. But main
<v Speaker 1>event or not, that's the match I'd like to see.
<v Speaker 1>Uh Brolli, brolli. If they have zero trust in Jade
<v Speaker 1>having long matches, why is she even the world champion?
<v Speaker 1>She only has six minutes of in ring time since
<v Speaker 1>early November. I mean, look at her, there's your answer.
<v Speaker 1>She looks like a superhero. Of course they're gonna want
<v Speaker 1>the belt on her. It's as simple as that. I
<v Speaker 1>think they put the belt on her because of her
<v Speaker 1>great technical wrestling skills. Sometimes you just have to look
<v Speaker 1>at the performer and then ask yourself why are they
<v Speaker 1>in the position they're in, And usually you could just
<v Speaker 1>look at them and you can tell. Dried Chicken says,
<v Speaker 1>I gotta admit, it's just so funny to see how
<v Speaker 1>WWE is so clean, polished and sanitized. I should give
<v Speaker 1>out cold cut sandwiches, sushi, and grilled chicken. The Mount
<v Speaker 1>Vernon kick Christopher Bennett say, load, I'm proud solo. In
<v Speaker 1>my opinion, that should be the only There should be
<v Speaker 1>only one main championship title. Isn't it true that the
<v Speaker 1>belt Drew has is the one with the legacy? You
<v Speaker 1>mean the other belt that has two years worth of
<v Speaker 1>history is not the belt with the legacy. I'm shocked. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>there's only one belt with the real world title, with
<v Speaker 1>the real legacy in this company. Drew McIntyre has it,
<v Speaker 1>and he's still not closing. The second night at WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>this year, Sees says, was EO over tonight? EO is
<v Speaker 1>over every night. You don't even have to ask the question.
<v Speaker 1>Holliday says, I wonder what Sammy will do for WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>I can see Sammy against Dragonov to give them both
<v Speaker 1>the spot on the card. Sammy should not miss WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>for two years in a row. I can see either
<v Speaker 1>Sammy or Ilya as the heel. Yeah. I don't have
<v Speaker 1>Sammy factored into any sort of championship match or major match.
<v Speaker 1>I question whether he will even be on the show.
<v Speaker 1>I really do. But if it comes down to it,
<v Speaker 1>and you've got guys like Sammy and Ilia who don't
<v Speaker 1>have any sort of real spot to speak of, I
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't mind that match. It would be a great match.
<v Speaker 1>Brandon Proctor. Kyrie is still following OSCA back to the States.
<v Speaker 1>She is in transit as we speak. Alexander, if we
<v Speaker 1>don't get Oba versus lesnar Oba versus Gunther works, I
<v Speaker 1>don't like it. I don't like it because I know
<v Speaker 1>what's gonna happen. They're gonna have gun Thor beat him.
<v Speaker 1>I don't like it. Derek, Oh, actually I'm skipping ahead here.
<v Speaker 1>Los Dill almost miss Los ADL. How could I miss
<v Speaker 1>Los Dill with a twenty dollars super chat catching the
<v Speaker 1>tail end of the live stream. Thanks for getting me
<v Speaker 1>through these late nights at work. The best in the business.
<v Speaker 1>Love you solo as always. Thank you brother, I very
<v Speaker 1>much appreciate that. Alexander says, calling it now La Knight
<v Speaker 1>is going in the chamber, so La Night from Monday Night,
<v Speaker 1>Raw is going to end up in the chamber. I'd
<v Speaker 1>like to see how they swing that because he's still
<v Speaker 1>feuding with the vision. So I don't see that, Derek says,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure you saw the fightful story on how even
<v Speaker 1>soul Ruka questioned the soul snatcher spot in the rumble.
<v Speaker 1>What the hell was up with the producers this year? Man,
<v Speaker 1>Kyrie is just she's getting abused this week. Yeah, I mean, look,
<v Speaker 1>I said it that night before I even saw that story.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I don't know what they were thinking
<v Speaker 1>this year when they were coming up with different spots
<v Speaker 1>and eliminations in this match. It's like it's like they
<v Speaker 1>didn't know how to book the Royal Rumble. I'm talking
<v Speaker 1>more about the men's than the women's. I mean the
<v Speaker 1>women's spot there at the end. I like the finish,
<v Speaker 1>but like that spot where she went for the soul
<v Speaker 1>snatcher on the like on the apron, which would have
<v Speaker 1>eliminated her regardless, was incredibly dumb. But the men's match
<v Speaker 1>was just egregious with some of the shit that they
<v Speaker 1>did there. I really don't. I don't understand it. I
<v Speaker 1>really don't. You have multiple people who are putting this
<v Speaker 1>match together and they have to look at this and go, Yep,
<v Speaker 1>that sounds good, Yep, that sounds like a great idea
<v Speaker 1>that'll work. Boggles my mind, it really does. Alexander says
<v Speaker 1>Gargano and Candace should follow Champa to AW. Just what
<v Speaker 1>Tony Kahan needs more wrestlers to sign I don't think
<v Speaker 1>he's got enough of them. More, say's a Dynamite got
<v Speaker 1>six hundred and fifty four thousand houses being larger, AW
<v Speaker 1>is rising. I don't think the weekly houses are that
<v Speaker 1>much larger. I think they're pretty much what they've been.
<v Speaker 1>The six point fifty four was the highest Dynamite total,
<v Speaker 1>I want to say, since September. But there was also
<v Speaker 1>a change in the which I'll talk about on Sunday,
<v Speaker 1>in the Nielsen numbers because a lot of people and
<v Speaker 1>television executives were complaining because the numbers were down across
<v Speaker 1>the board, especially for wrestling, WWEAWTNA, and last week they
<v Speaker 1>made a change to try to improve some of the numbers.
<v Speaker 1>All of a sudden, Wrestling's back up, Collision was up,
<v Speaker 1>Dynamite was up. I think SmackDown was up, TNA was up.
<v Speaker 1>So it's great. Obviously you want a trend in that
<v Speaker 1>direction and not go lower. But there's a reason why
<v Speaker 1>there was a spike. So now we wait and see
<v Speaker 1>what the numbers are going to look like in a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks, if it's going to be in this range still,
<v Speaker 1>if it's going to trend down a little bit more.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, there were a lot of complaints and then
<v Speaker 1>Nielsen was like, oh shit, we better update this methodology
<v Speaker 1>here because everyone's got their panties at a bunch. But
<v Speaker 1>wrestling really took it on the chin. Toya says cm rains, Lol,
<v Speaker 1>Leopardto says cm rains best in the bloodline. Just fuse
<v Speaker 1>them together, right, good old cm rains. Jake Stevens, it
<v Speaker 1>was good to be back in America tonight. The most
<v Speaker 1>choked to death there, Jake Stevens, Where were you were
<v Speaker 1>you on vacation? Make it sound like you just got
<v Speaker 1>back from some great voyage somewhere. Alexander's fucking cold here
<v Speaker 1>in America, I'll tell you that much. It gonna be
<v Speaker 1>seven degrees. I'm gonna be out in seven degree weather
<v Speaker 1>tomorrow night. I can't wait. Alexander the Lantern is solo's
<v Speaker 1>FTW title and Navy Oba Femei's march syncs up great
<v Speaker 1>with the double J theme. What what are you talking about? No,
<v Speaker 1>that shouldn't be a thing. You're gonna You're gonna start
<v Speaker 1>something here. Uh, we got Jeremy. How do they get
<v Speaker 1>six women in the chamber match from SmackDown obviously going
<v Speaker 1>to be Live steph Are they going to have raw
<v Speaker 1>women compete to Phase Ja? That's a good point. Actually,
<v Speaker 1>well see here, Well hmm, Live has not made her
<v Speaker 1>choice yet. But if we assume that she is going
<v Speaker 1>to pick Stephanie, then yes it should be. You know,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know how they are going to do that,
<v Speaker 1>because if she doesn't make her choice for a few
<v Speaker 1>more weeks, I mean, she may make it a Monday
<v Speaker 1>for all we know. But let's say they let a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks go by, you would think, why wouldn't they
<v Speaker 1>have some raw women in that chamber match? Right? And
<v Speaker 1>then in the end, like if Livi nds up choosing
<v Speaker 1>Stephanie in two weeks. Let's say the Raw women who
<v Speaker 1>end up in the chamber could still compete, and then
<v Speaker 1>if they end up winning, they would just be moved
<v Speaker 1>over to SmackDown, so you could do it that way.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe that's why they're doing that, because you're probably right,
<v Speaker 1>they're gonna have to find some women from Raw. I mean, look,
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte Alexa is in a qualifying match next week, right,
<v Speaker 1>Alexa is gonna get in. Charlotte Flair is going to
<v Speaker 1>get in as well. Okay, so Tiffany's already in. You're
<v Speaker 1>gonna have Tiffany, You're gonna have Charlotte, You're gonna have Alexa. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, god, who else? Well, Bianca, I still got
<v Speaker 1>my fingers crossed. It might be a small chance, but
<v Speaker 1>maybe Beyonca ends up being in the chamber. But you
<v Speaker 1>got a good point, though they may be a little
<v Speaker 1>shorthanded on the SmackDown side, Meechin and befab Aar and
<v Speaker 1>even around. Ironically, it was in matches with Jade at
<v Speaker 1>live events where they got hurt, so we haven't seen
<v Speaker 1>them since they wrestle Jade Jabe Shephard. So Sola Monster,
<v Speaker 1>do you remember the last raw episode on Spike TV
<v Speaker 1>where they tried to censor the commentators saying USA Network.
<v Speaker 1>It was in two thousand and five. Yes I do.
<v Speaker 1>They were trying, but they gave up like halfway through
<v Speaker 1>the episode. They just said that fuck it. So then
<v Speaker 1>every time they would mention you, hey, we're going to USA,
<v Speaker 1>We're going to USA, they stopped. They stopped bleeping it out.
<v Speaker 1>That was funny. Actually, uh, Louis, Dominoes and Pizza Hut
<v Speaker 1>are the kings of pizza. Good luck to Papa John's
<v Speaker 1>trying to dethrone Little Caesars as the third best pizza
<v Speaker 1>in the US and stay warm in this winter storm
<v Speaker 1>solo monster. Well, Luis, I am going to try. I
<v Speaker 1>shall do my best. I forgot about Papa John's. I
<v Speaker 1>had a friend who tried Papa John's. He said it
<v Speaker 1>tasted like garbage, so didn't get a big Papa John's endorsement.
<v Speaker 1>Dry Chicken says if WWE books a Dragonov versus Lesnar match,
<v Speaker 1>it would be like David versus Goliath. Well, they are
<v Speaker 1>not going to book a Lesnar Dragonov match, not this year.
<v Speaker 1>I guarantee it. Rumored to get one to three inches
<v Speaker 1>of snow who is rumored to get one to three
<v Speaker 1>inches of snow, but better not be us. I mean
<v Speaker 1>they are showing some snowflakes in the forecast overnight, but
<v Speaker 1>I thought it was just a dusting. Anyway, we are
<v Speaker 1>at four hundred and seventy seven likes, which if you
<v Speaker 1>take a look at the wheel here, four fifty was
<v Speaker 1>the goal. So you hit the goal very good, and
<v Speaker 1>that guarantees you one round of be the booker. Let's
<v Speaker 1>do it, gentlemen, it is now time to be the booker.
<v Speaker 1>Ah snow out of Providence. Well, I am not in Providence,
<v Speaker 1>which is very good. Yes, they said that it will
<v Speaker 1>be seven degrees tomorrow and I don't know what the
<v Speaker 1>windshill is going to be because they're gonna have like fifteen
<v Speaker 1>mile an hour wind gusts and I gotta be in
<v Speaker 1>the city. So yeah, Retro Koh Giordano's and Lou Maalnats
<v Speaker 1>are both goaded pizza next time you go to Chicago.
<v Speaker 1>Who is Lou Malnadi? Never heard of him before? Well,
<v Speaker 1>when I'll be in Chicago in March, and I will
<v Speaker 1>not be having pizza because if I do have pizza,
<v Speaker 1>that's gonna be I feel bad for everybody on that
<v Speaker 1>flight with me. No more pizza for me. God, when
<v Speaker 1>was the last time I had a slice of pizza.
<v Speaker 1>It's gotta be fifteen years by now. All right, here
<v Speaker 1>we go, be the booker. Hulk Hogan and Edge they
<v Speaker 1>were tag team champions there for a few weeks. They
<v Speaker 1>actually won the titles on the fourth of July, or
<v Speaker 1>at least that's when it aired. I don't think it
<v Speaker 1>was live. What's more American than Hulk Hogan winning a
<v Speaker 1>championship on the fourth of July. You tell me they're
<v Speaker 1>gonna be defending those titles against the USOS Jimmy and
<v Speaker 1>Jay against Hulk Hogan and Edge. There you go. You
<v Speaker 1>got some names right there in that match. That's a
<v Speaker 1>marquee match there. Women's be the booker. We have the
<v Speaker 1>former Impact Knockouts champion Mickey James stepping into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>And who will she be stepping into the ring with
<v Speaker 1>TNA Hall of Famer, by the way, not WWE Hall
<v Speaker 1>of Famer, and Mickey James is going to be taken
<v Speaker 1>on a j not Styles aj Lee. I'm still expecting
<v Speaker 1>her to wrestle Becky Lenja, wrestle Matie all right, our
<v Speaker 1>main events of the evening begins with the Ministry of
<v Speaker 1>Darkness Undertaker, my least favorite version of the Undertaker. Oh
<v Speaker 1>my god, he's facing Dave Meltzer. But not just Dave Meltzer,
<v Speaker 1>not just Dave Meltzer. It is money, Dave. It is
<v Speaker 1>the rain Maker, Dave Meltzer. Now I gave that the
<v Speaker 1>bell because look, Dave, Dave keeps himself in good shame.
<v Speaker 1>Dave could get in there. He's got his arms maybe
<v Speaker 1>bigger than the Undertaker at this point, but you see
<v Speaker 1>the money he's holding in his hand there. I would
<v Speaker 1>pay that. I would pay good money to see Dave
<v Speaker 1>Meltzer step into the ring with the Undertaker, and you
<v Speaker 1>would too. Don't lie. Don't lie to me. Don't lie
<v Speaker 1>to me. Now, imagine this match in the Tokyo Dome
<v Speaker 1>five Star match if I've ever seen one. Justin g
<v Speaker 1>we need a spin for the show venue sometime. Ah
<v Speaker 1>that see, that's there's an idea. There's an idea we
<v Speaker 1>can add. And even if it's like a bonus where
<v Speaker 1>we don't do it every every time, we do, be
<v Speaker 1>the booker hit a certain goal. Pick the venue, the
<v Speaker 1>Madison Square Garden, on there, the Tokyo Dome, Cork and
<v Speaker 1>Hall Daily's Place, the Barclay Center, Club Lavila, which isn't
<v Speaker 1>there anymore, but fuck it, will put it on there anyway. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you know what, that's actually a really good idea. I'm
<v Speaker 1>gonna put that on the list. You just made the list.
<v Speaker 1>I got a lot of ideas. I got things. I
<v Speaker 1>got to add. Sola Monster, going to hit Solo Ruca
<v Speaker 1>with the soul snatch, the Solo Snatcher. Ah, yes, right,
<v Speaker 1>the Solo Snatcher. Ye, Arena Mexico. Yeah, we'll put Arena
<v Speaker 1>Mexico on there. You realize that Mystico made history in
<v Speaker 1>January and no one talks about it. But eighteen sellouts
<v Speaker 1>that he shows that he headlined, or clearly he was
<v Speaker 1>responsible for a lot of those tickets being sold. He
<v Speaker 1>headlined eighteen sellouts in the month of January. No other wrestler,
<v Speaker 1>no other headliner to my knowledge, has ever done that before.
<v Speaker 1>And it's only January. We still have the rest of
<v Speaker 1>the year to go. It's unbelievable. Om too cool. They
<v Speaker 1>kept me down for five years, for five years at
<v Speaker 1>me at the bottom of the barrel Rico shit, and
<v Speaker 1>we'll talk about we'll talk about Ricochet on Sunday. I
<v Speaker 1>had a whole segment lined up for Ricochet and his
<v Speaker 1>comments and the Hangman stuff. We'll talk wwe We'll be
<v Speaker 1>covering a lot of good stuff on the Sounduff this Sunday.
<v Speaker 1>It's episode nine fifty actually of the sound Off This Sunday,
<v Speaker 1>watch the Puppy Bowl. No, yeah, you know what. I'll
<v Speaker 1>put some weird locations in there too, But City Field
<v Speaker 1>where the Mets play, Fenway Park, Wrigley Field, whatever, that
<v Speaker 1>stadium is, the baseball stadium that has the big jacuzzi
<v Speaker 1>or the big pool in the back. Forgot, I always
<v Speaker 1>forget where that is? That Arizona. I don't know. We'll
<v Speaker 1>put that in there too, Jake, If God forbid Triple
<v Speaker 1>HS died, who would take his job? I'm sure Bruce
<v Speaker 1>would slide right in there, at least on an interim basis.
<v Speaker 1>Long term, who would they find I don't know, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know, but I mean the people they have that
<v Speaker 1>work there right now. You've got Bruce, You've got Michael
<v Speaker 1>Hayes is there, You've got Paul Hayman. So at least
<v Speaker 1>on an interim basis, it would be one of those
<v Speaker 1>three long term. I don't know. I don't know who
<v Speaker 1>that person would be. Sean Yeah. I mean, look, Shawn Michaels,
<v Speaker 1>you could do that. You can call him up from
<v Speaker 1>if he wants the job. I don't know, you know,
<v Speaker 1>if you would, if he would want to take Triple
<v Speaker 1>H' spot, then you just got to find somebody else
<v Speaker 1>to run NXTA, which I know is something see Punk
<v Speaker 1>has expressed a desire to do. But seem Punk is
<v Speaker 1>still active, so it would be I feel like politically
<v Speaker 1>there would be a lot of politicking and jockeying going
<v Speaker 1>on behind the scenes when it comes to these positions
<v Speaker 1>because they are highly coveted positions that multiple people I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure would want. Maybe they pick up the phone and
<v Speaker 1>call Scott de Moore. I don't know. John Cena, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I don't think. I think John Sene has got enough
<v Speaker 1>going on right now with his movies. This is a
<v Speaker 1>full time job. So what you're suggesting is that John
<v Speaker 1>Cen to just give up his entire Hollywood career to
<v Speaker 1>book WWA. We don't even know if he has an
<v Speaker 1>aptitude for it. I don't think he wants the job.
<v Speaker 1>Who said road Dog? Oh my god, I can't even imagine,
<v Speaker 1>especially that after watching Unreal, I can't imagine him running
<v Speaker 1>the entire thing. He run it right into the fucking ground.
<v Speaker 1>Oh my god, Micah, don't forget All State Arena Slash, Rosemont, Horizon,
<v Speaker 1>Lost Dill. Favorite Vince Russo moment, bro mind you ask,
<v Speaker 1>it's got to be when he called Hogan a bald bitch.
<v Speaker 1>And when is Dark Side of the Ring said to
<v Speaker 1>come back? I thought it was March, but I don't
<v Speaker 1>remember offhand when the next season kicks off. My guess
<v Speaker 1>would be by the end of March. But don't quote
<v Speaker 1>me on that. My favorite Russeo moment, I I don't
<v Speaker 1>have one. There's no such thing. There's no on camera,
<v Speaker 1>on screen Russo moment that I would consider my favorite anything.
<v Speaker 1>Imagine if they brought back Russo Now he's a little
<v Speaker 1>busy with the Juggalos, so you don't have to worry
<v Speaker 1>about that. Oh Man, Falconstar Falcons Star, says Russo is
<v Speaker 1>with the clowns. Where you fall? I know why that? Maybe? Laugh?
<v Speaker 1>Cody Raheem take the Triple H spot well. Cody is
<v Speaker 1>another one who has expressed interest, but again, so long
<v Speaker 1>as they're active that would be terrible. By the way,
<v Speaker 1>you can't be a player coach in wrestling. It doesn't work.
<v Speaker 1>The conflict of interest is just too great. That was
<v Speaker 1>always my issue with the EVPs and aw having EVP
<v Speaker 1>titles while they were still active wrestlers, Like you were
<v Speaker 1>just asking for trouble by doing that. Oh you want
<v Speaker 1>to know my favorite Russo moment? There it is right there.
<v Speaker 1>Look what just popped up on screen? The only time
<v Speaker 1>that we ever saw Russo and Cornet on screen together
<v Speaker 1>next to each other. There it is, thank you, thank you.
<v Speaker 1>See fate, it was fate that that popped up. There
<v Speaker 1>was my favorite Russo moment. Mays says, a venue idea
<v Speaker 1>city field loser sleeps with the rats. Well, now we're
<v Speaker 1>just getting silly now. Would Maven be interested? I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe he'll do a video about it, like he does
<v Speaker 1>everything else. Anyway, Thank you guys hanging for hanging out
<v Speaker 1>with me. I can get over that, can get over
<v Speaker 1>that message. Russo is with the clowns wearingful Oh that's
<v Speaker 1>that's the moment of the night right there. I thought
<v Speaker 1>Cody Raheem Rhodes was gonna be the moment of the night.
<v Speaker 1>I think that gets my vote. I'm gonna be back
<v Speaker 1>with you guys live on Monday night for the Raw
<v Speaker 1>Post Show. Of course, before that, we have episode nine
<v Speaker 1>fifty of the sound Off and and everybody go wish
<v Speaker 1>JD a happy birthday from the Solo Monster. It is
<v Speaker 1>his birthday. It's a happy birthday brother. Of course, we
<v Speaker 1>got a new TNT coming up next week as well,
<v Speaker 1>a lot of good shit. Be well, stay safe, have
<v Speaker 1>yourselves a warm weekend. It's gonna be cold, and I'll
<v Speaker 1>see you back here next week. We'll do it all
<v Speaker 1>over again. Until then, take care, guys,
