<v Speaker 1>Jerry Katie and Josh six one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>A couple of big celebrity passings over the weekend. Rest
<v Speaker 2>in peace to Robert Duvall, passed away Sunday at his
<v Speaker 2>ranch in Virginia, ninety five years old.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>Wow, very very iconic actor.
<v Speaker 2>Some biggies, The Godfather, Apocalypse Now, Mash Days of thunder
<v Speaker 2>Gone in sixty seconds, and my personal favorite, the two
<v Speaker 2>thousand and five comedy Kicking and Screaming with Will Ferrell.
<v Speaker 4>That's a great movie. That's how you know I'm Fred.
<v Speaker 1>Though not the Godfather, but screaming, no one, there you go, everybody.
<v Speaker 4>May he rest? Yeah, like an iconic, iconic actor.
<v Speaker 2>And then we woke up this morning to the news
<v Speaker 2>of the Reverend Jesse Jackson passed away eighty four years old.
<v Speaker 4>Passed peacefully at.
<v Speaker 2>Home, says the family, surrounded by family. So another iconic man. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>sadly leaving us. So that's a bummer.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, that's a big bummer that's going on this morning.
<v Speaker 4>What else is going on? You see?
<v Speaker 2>This six year old girl in Pittsburgh named Pim sold
<v Speaker 2>over one hundred thousand boxes of Girl Scout cookies this year.
<v Speaker 3>Did her mom do it?
<v Speaker 4>All sold in a single season.
<v Speaker 2>No, I'm not going to talk it all over because
<v Speaker 2>she actually quite.
<v Speaker 3>Cutely she went out and did it.
<v Speaker 4>Huh like, well, let's not go crazy.
<v Speaker 5>Okay, well the bitch. So she has sold the most. Ever,
<v Speaker 5>that's the story.
<v Speaker 4>One hundred thousand boxes is this story.
<v Speaker 2>And actually, when you look her up, she's really cute
<v Speaker 2>and I can see why so many people.
<v Speaker 4>Are buying cookies from her. Okay, she's adors soups, adors.
<v Speaker 4>Good for her, good for her.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, it's the other celebrity crap floating around. Oh, justin Timberlake,
<v Speaker 2>as we know, has given Jessica Bial several reasons not
<v Speaker 2>to trust him.
<v Speaker 3>Oh he's the one on the short least.
<v Speaker 2>She was the one he was photographed in like New
<v Speaker 2>Orleans or something in the Star.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, he had that whole dui thing in twenty four.
<v Speaker 5>So alcohol is part of the problem in both scenarios
<v Speaker 5>there because he came out and said, I have a
<v Speaker 5>little too much of drink about little handsy with my
<v Speaker 5>co star. So now she's keeping him on a tight
<v Speaker 5>lea Sean, that's the story.
<v Speaker 4>That is the story.
<v Speaker 2>This morning, a so called source is saying there's a
<v Speaker 2>very clear understanding that he is.
<v Speaker 4>Not calling the shots anymore.
<v Speaker 2>He does not question her, he does not push back,
<v Speaker 2>and he certainly does not do whatever he feels like,
<v Speaker 2>says this so called source.
<v Speaker 4>She has full.
<v Speaker 2>Access to his phone and his social media, and at
<v Speaker 2>any moment she wants, he has to hand it over
<v Speaker 2>to her so she can look at it.
<v Speaker 4>And boys nights totally off limits.
<v Speaker 5>Okay, man, you know what again, Like, let's not look
<v Speaker 5>at her like she's cut some kind of iron, you know,
<v Speaker 5>putting down the iron hammer or whatever.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, he did something to make her feel like.
<v Speaker 4>That, right, there's a reason behind it.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, Like she's not just doing that because she's you.
<v Speaker 4>Know, mean intense.
<v Speaker 2>She's a monster, and he's justin freaking Timberlakes. I would
<v Speaker 2>imagine if you're married to a big superstar like that,
<v Speaker 2>the sex icon, you know, you got to keep an
<v Speaker 2>eye on things, I'm sure because he gets handsy from
<v Speaker 2>what it looks like. All right, I got one more
<v Speaker 2>thing for you. It's a groundbreaking, groundbreaking study. Nearly fifty
<v Speaker 2>five hundred women in this study, and they say there's
<v Speaker 2>one thing that they found amongst all these women that
<v Speaker 2>linked a stronger lifespan, grip strength if you could open
<v Speaker 2>up those jars of peanut butter. Oh no, essentially that
<v Speaker 2>was a key indicator. I mean it was in conjunction
<v Speaker 2>with exercise habits and how much you're lifting weight and
<v Speaker 2>all that, but it did boil it down to the
<v Speaker 2>hands essentially. Why saying that a key indicator of living
<v Speaker 2>longer is having a strong grip.
<v Speaker 3>Strength rap because I'm dropping things left and right lately.
<v Speaker 2>You know, we can you actually notice?
<v Speaker 3>Oh shut up, Jeremy. Why do they say the hands though?
<v Speaker 3>Do they go into detail google this?
<v Speaker 5>No?
<v Speaker 2>But I think it was linked to just a general
<v Speaker 2>sense of strength in your body, cardiovascular fitness, because I
<v Speaker 2>don't know if you're holding onto things while you're doing
<v Speaker 2>the elliptical or holding on to the side of the treadmill.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know what it was essentially linked to. But
<v Speaker 2>they're saying grip strength, and I can see that too,
<v Speaker 2>because if you're getting older and you need to hold
<v Speaker 2>on to things too, but you're gonna want strong hands.
<v Speaker 3>This is the first I've heard of the hands.
<v Speaker 5>Everything else is you have to make sure you have
<v Speaker 5>strong calfs, you have a strong like these are things
<v Speaker 5>with balance that has been so important.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, this is the first I'm hearing.
<v Speaker 4>About the hands handshake. I'm over here, a handshake. I
<v Speaker 4>want to feel your hand strength. Come here. All right,
<v Speaker 4>just collapsed under this pressure. You got a weak hand shake. Okay,
<v Speaker 4>I'm sorry.
<v Speaker 2>I mean to see, I'm sorry about that.
<v Speaker 3>I think my pinky's been back now.
<v Speaker 4>Poor Katie well hands rest in peace. Okay, poor Katie cat.
<v Speaker 4>All right, what else we got, Josh?
<v Speaker 1>Well, the Olympics are well underway and the Bob sledding
<v Speaker 1>is part of the mid game. So about halfway through,
<v Speaker 1>team Bob sled gets to start going. And the Canadian
<v Speaker 1>Bob sled team may went completely viral over the weekend
<v Speaker 1>for the way that they were answering questions in a
<v Speaker 1>specific interview.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I mean we talked to coach after the first
<v Speaker 3>period there.
<v Speaker 1>We were really thinking about just getting pucking deep, dump
<v Speaker 1>and chase, you know, the classics. I've done a lot
<v Speaker 1>of hockey interviews and I've heard a lot of things,
<v Speaker 1>but I didn't think that actually crossier with Bob's.
<v Speaker 4>I love it, absolutely love it.
<v Speaker 1>Like I talked to you earlier on this week, and
<v Speaker 1>you know, this is kind of a sport where you
<v Speaker 1>gotta be patient when you're in bob slid because you've
<v Speaker 1>got all the other sliding sports.
<v Speaker 4>You were itching a guy going how good does it
<v Speaker 4>feel if I to get down there? Yeah? Absolutely, you know,
<v Speaker 4>we're trying to stick to the process.
<v Speaker 2>I'm here to bang bodies, skip pucks, steep, get in
<v Speaker 2>front of the net, you know, maybe getting the goalie's eyes.
<v Speaker 3>See what we can do. You know, you got a
<v Speaker 3>role to play, and I'm here to play my role.
<v Speaker 4>So, in typical Canadian fashion, they playing hockey.
<v Speaker 1>He completely ignores his Bob Sled responsibilities in terms of
<v Speaker 1>the interview and goes straight to talking hockey. I have
<v Speaker 1>never seen this before, but obviously in their they went
<v Speaker 1>to went on to answer the question seriously. They wanted
<v Speaker 1>to bring more eyes and attention to the Bob Sled,
<v Speaker 1>and in a way they did so by answering questions
<v Speaker 1>in a typical hockey fashion.
<v Speaker 4>Also, the Canadian team is.
<v Speaker 1>Doing incredibly well right now and probably will win Golden Hockey.
<v Speaker 1>So really it kind of goes back to all what
<v Speaker 1>Canadians love, and that's hockey. And I thought that was
<v Speaker 1>so funny and how they were answering questions as the
<v Speaker 1>Bob sled team doesn't.
<v Speaker 3>Don't they know how to answer Bob Sled questions?
<v Speaker 4>Not at all, Katie, feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme.
<v Speaker 4>Get on up, It's Bob Sled time.
<v Speaker 3>Thank you.
<v Speaker 4>That's how they should have answered. It went straight to hockey.
<v Speaker 3>Don't they know up there? They don't? You know what
<v Speaker 3>dare in Canada?
<v Speaker 5>Hey, down here in Colorado, did you hear about this
<v Speaker 5>new bill that could make.
<v Speaker 3>It's pretty intense. I mean, prostitution could be legal.
<v Speaker 5>If this bill has passed, it would make Colorado the
<v Speaker 5>first state in the US to fully decriminalized prostitution if
<v Speaker 5>it became laws.
<v Speaker 3>So here's the thing.
<v Speaker 5>Nevada and Maine they also have laws, and prostitution is
<v Speaker 5>legal in certain ways.
<v Speaker 3>Now.
<v Speaker 5>In Nevada, it's only legal inside a licensed establishment. So
<v Speaker 5>that's why they have the brothels, they have all the
<v Speaker 5>you know things like that. Yeah, the bunny ranch. That's
<v Speaker 5>a big one. And then in Maine it is legal
<v Speaker 5>to sell you know, the stuff, but not buying. Yeah, like,
<v Speaker 5>so as long as you're buying a lobster at the
<v Speaker 5>same time, understand the cat As long as they do that,
<v Speaker 5>so it helps the people who are working in the industry, Yes,
<v Speaker 5>if they need to file charges against somebody, because that's
<v Speaker 5>the thing before when it was illegal, they were afraid
<v Speaker 5>to come forward because it was illegal. So they're like,
<v Speaker 5>how can I press charges if I'm not even supposed
<v Speaker 5>to be doing this. So that's kind of Colorado's take
<v Speaker 5>on it as well. That's why they want to fully
<v Speaker 5>make it legal. But it is like trying to read
<v Speaker 5>all of the stuff that's involved in it. First of all,
<v Speaker 5>it needs to go against like a Senate committee, and
<v Speaker 5>there's no timetable for that that this is just a
<v Speaker 5>proposed bill. But if they do vote on it and
<v Speaker 5>it goes into effect, that'll happen in July of this year.
<v Speaker 5>So all of it could you know, snowball and hit
<v Speaker 5>us before we even know it. But you know, brings
<v Speaker 5>up the other thing that Denver used to have a
<v Speaker 5>red light district.
<v Speaker 3>Again, it wasn't.
<v Speaker 5>Legal, but folks in the town used to call it
<v Speaker 5>the worst kept secret in Denver because it was just
<v Speaker 5>all over I mean Market Street in Denver's Union Station
<v Speaker 5>and then the Five Points neighborhood there that's.
<v Speaker 3>Now filled with the restaurants are years ago.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, it was known as the Row, the city's red
<v Speaker 5>light district, so it's not the first time that this
<v Speaker 5>has hit our city. But as far as making it legal,
<v Speaker 5>my goodness, it's all anyone can talk about today.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, we're definitely talking about it last year, you know,
<v Speaker 2>just generally the conversation was, can you imagine making money
<v Speaker 2>that way?
<v Speaker 4>I know, yeah, I don't know. I know. The hookers.
<v Speaker 4>Hey guys, good morning.
<v Speaker 2>They said, a lighthouse in your pants or you're just happy.
<v Speaker 4>To see me, here's your free life. He's pretty good,
<v Speaker 4>pretty funny.
<v Speaker 3>Let's move on.
<v Speaker 5>How about this story is also kind of crazy drivers
<v Speaker 5>disguising their license plates to avoid paying tolls.
<v Speaker 3>It's happening.
<v Speaker 4>Some of the best ones I've seen there.
<v Speaker 2>They're putting like vanity like fake plates that you could buy,
<v Speaker 2>like it as Spencer's or something, and they're putting them
<v Speaker 2>on their cars and tooling around like that's funny.
<v Speaker 3>Bring more attention to it, why don't you?
<v Speaker 5>But this is against the law, like, really, you're legal
<v Speaker 5>and not just a couple of bad apples making the
<v Speaker 5>story headlines.
<v Speaker 3>Either.
<v Speaker 5>Police posted a warning that more than one hundred and
<v Speaker 5>fifty drivers have been cited for intentionally concealing their license plates.
<v Speaker 5>And people are mad because they say.
<v Speaker 3>You know, they're going to have to pay more because
<v Speaker 3>of it.
<v Speaker 5>It's not fair because then the tolls are just going
<v Speaker 5>to increase for the rest of us that are following
<v Speaker 5>the rules.
<v Speaker 3>You're just making it harder for people because now they
<v Speaker 3>need more enforcement on those tollays.
<v Speaker 5>Got try, Yeah, I mean they're right and being cited
<v Speaker 5>for toll invasion, right, So this requires a mandatory court appearance.
<v Speaker 5>You're going to have to be in front of a
<v Speaker 5>judge if you do this and explain yourself. I went
<v Speaker 5>to Spencer's and picked up some plates.
<v Speaker 3>It's not it's not a good look.
<v Speaker 5>And hopefully people are listening to this, please don't put
<v Speaker 5>fake plates on your car.
<v Speaker 2>You can do the thing too where there's like stickers
<v Speaker 2>that you can put over various numbers and letters on
<v Speaker 2>your plate. Yes that look like license plate numbers, so
<v Speaker 2>you can change it. And then it supposedly there's covers
<v Speaker 2>that you can put on too that refract the light
<v Speaker 2>so the cameras can't take a picture of your plate
<v Speaker 2>or they do the dark out the blackout covers, yeah
<v Speaker 2>on there, so they can't read the point.
<v Speaker 4>So many ways around it.
<v Speaker 5>The grease smudging like taking mud and putting it on
<v Speaker 5>your They're saying, there's so many things that people are
<v Speaker 5>doing right now, and that's a thing, like I don't
<v Speaker 5>know how people are so like they've got all this
<v Speaker 5>courage when I mean, I get freaked out when I
<v Speaker 5>even touched that white line. Please don't take it. Please
<v Speaker 5>don't send me a ticket. I swear I didn't mean
<v Speaker 5>to do it. So it's like funny that people are
<v Speaker 5>going to sun sit route. Yeah, and then hey, how
<v Speaker 5>about this wrapping it up. We talked about this earlier,
<v Speaker 5>how Georgetown Lake did not see the temperatures that it
<v Speaker 5>needed to freeze over completely. Usually that starts in November,
<v Speaker 5>and folks who you know are familiar with Georgetown Like
<v Speaker 5>are like, yeah, it didn't happen at all. And an
<v Speaker 5>abnormally warm season has shut down all activities for the
<v Speaker 5>year for both the Arcticana and the Rocky Mountain chapter
<v Speaker 5>of the Audi Club of North America. So no ice
<v Speaker 5>driving on Georgetown Lake at all this year.
<v Speaker 3>They put the gobache on every.
<v Speaker 4>Start different events. Then what do you mean, let's go swimming? No,
<v Speaker 4>it's too cold, comeing up the practice, your scuba diving,
<v Speaker 4>practice your scuba dive.
<v Speaker 5>Georgetown cold for the scuba diving you put on school.
<v Speaker 3>It's too cold.
<v Speaker 1>People in the Arctic get school scuba seed.
<v Speaker 4>From Cold Watertown.
<v Speaker 5>It is kind of sad that they're not doing anything
<v Speaker 5>because even if you don't participate, driving by Georgetown.
<v Speaker 4>It's a money maker for the city.
<v Speaker 5>Seeing people out on that lake is so much fun
<v Speaker 5>just to be a part of. So the fact that
<v Speaker 5>they're not doing it this year, I mean town, it
<v Speaker 5>is kind of bummer.
<v Speaker 4>Thanks Earth, I know, worst this year. Earthm
